About Xperience Restaurant
Xperience Bar & Restaurant is a relaxed yet stylish gastro-bar that will take you on a one-of-a-kind interactive culinary journey of the senses.
At the centre of our restaurant you can see a magnificent custom-built matt-black and rose-gold 20-ft Molteni oven, which is known as the Rolls Royce of all ovens. It is the theatrical stage of our Culinary Designer’s team.
Behind the Molteni French Oven is the private area which holds up to 6 privileged guests. This serves as our exclusive dining area within the restaurant for those special occasions.
The fresh and funky interior features LED lighting and a “bed-table” positioned at the back of the restaurant. Guests can climb into the bed for any of their meals, bringing a whole new meaning to dining in bed.
Our diners will be able to design their own customised menus, based on different culinary experiences - crunchy, juicy, smoky, creamy, silky, spicy and zesty – to name a few.
Service from the kitchen is painstakingly slow.

Hi Always enjoy dining here , the previous fusion menu was excellent compare to current Italian fare . The Italian food is awesome but it falls short of value and wanting to come back. Moreover the service while dining was rather bad due to this male service staff , a big size boy with specs. He kinda pissed me off . I queried abt a seat closer to glass panel with Robinson Rd view , he said the whole area is booked for 45 pax ,thus I further asked if I could get a corner sit ? of which he made a PASSING COMMENT ..."if you would like to sit with them" and WALKED AWAY..., I was standing there kinda lost till I approach another girl and asked for a seat for 2 , This nice trainee whom told me the whole area is booked and offered me another seat away from the group booking. After coming over to this restaurant on numerous occasion ,this is the worst experience and memory. Btw , give us choice of a fusion menu rather then simply Italian, which I would go to Prego.
Kelly Cho has been very helpful and attentive to all our enquiries. The service is excellent and I would definitely come back again for more event and function. We are 100% satisfied with the service.

The place was OK but I was very upset and disappointed. Initially I was requesting the restaurant manager / supervisor Zean or Zen whether he can request kitchen to help me prepare some French fries as my mum is a vegetarian and he turn me down and said if I want I need to go to the upstairs bar to order and eat there.. So without much choices I tried to order some dishes from the exisiting menu but what really upset me was when we wanted to leave the place, we saw a table of guests ordering food that are not in the menu. This really turn me off. As he has double standard for things. I confronted him and lousy explaination was the guests could only take these food. Which is totally unacceptable as we are in a western restaurant, and they are serving curry, nasi bryani etc... And I only requested French fries. I was really upset and as an Accor card member I am totally disappointed by this place and the group
My wife and I had dinner for the second time here. We really enjoying dining at Xperience because with the Accor Plus discount it provides great value for money as the food is really nice. I think the wine is really reasonably priced for the market (Singapore hotel scene). The service here is always strong. The staff works together and anticipates the needs of their customers. I'll be back.

Great food, great atmosphere, great value (surprisingly) but service is patchy (also surprisingly!) - sometimes excellent, sometimes dreadful (in the same evening!). I dined there while staying at the hotel, I made a booking through the hotel operator. Guess what? Restaurant said there was no booking when I went! We also found it really difficult to order drinks, couldn't get a waiter's attention. Got the staff attention, the staff told us to wait for the drinks waiter. Drinks waiter never showed up. I think hotel needs to review some of their F&B processes, and staff roles and responsibilities. Otherwise I would really want to go again... We had a 3 course dinner for only SGD 42++ ! Side note - beware of the very sharp table corners... Ouch!
Ordered a cold-cut platter as a starter and the main was served while we were still eating the starter. Ordered steak & fries as a main and the french fries were drenched in oil. The kind where you're sure the oil was not hot enough to seal the outer layer. Squeeze the fries, and the oil seeped out. We informed the waiter, and he said, "The fries are always like this." So, we told the senior waitress. She discussed it with the Chef, and they send over a new batch. Unfortunately, the same kind was served. The restaurant supervisor (or manager) then addressed us and said that the french fries were always like that. But he understood our complaint. He solved the issue by not charging us for the mains. That to me confirms that the quality was below par, especially for a hotel like Sofitel. Very disappointed with the food quality and the service. Really. The manager resolved it with money, and it was an appropriate gesture, but we won't go back nor would we recommend eating there.
Excellent Service and great food. My husband and I had a dinner for the Polish Dumpling Night. It tastes authentic and well presented. The only downside is that a cab cannot go in the pick up point of the hotel due to the satay place in lau pa sat so we have to walk to the main road and get in the car in hurry because it’s not the right place to pick-up a passenger. But Overall experience of the food, ambiance and service is excellent.

Bad Xperience. Booked the Weekend brunch at this outlet for a family birthday celebration but was terribly disappointed. Accor app confirmed my reservation and had even sent a reminder for it. When we arrived, server mentioned there is a marketing glitch and promo is not yet ready for launch till later. (Seriously??!!!) So we sat down anyways for the a la carte menu as we have already travelled to the location for lunch and kid was hungry. Food was again dissaponting- one of my starter dishes was served incomplete/missing ingredient; steak we ordered was terribly cooked (medium rare was served as Rare; and my Medium was served as Well done) We reordered our mains. Food arrived but without cutleries. Food presentation was nice, but taste wise was basic & average. Nothing exceptional in taste. Our iced lattes and kid’s meal were ok. Overall experience was really bad and disappointing for this Sofitel outlet. We had dined at other Sofitel’s and could not understand why the vast difference in customer service and quality rendered.
