About Xperience Restaurant
Xperience Bar & Restaurant is a relaxed yet stylish gastro-bar that will take you on a one-of-a-kind interactive culinary journey of the senses.
At the centre of our restaurant you can see a magnificent custom-built matt-black and rose-gold 20-ft Molteni oven, which is known as the Rolls Royce of all ovens. It is the theatrical stage of our Culinary Designer’s team.
Behind the Molteni French Oven is the private area which holds up to 6 privileged guests. This serves as our exclusive dining area within the restaurant for those special occasions.
The fresh and funky interior features LED lighting and a “bed-table” positioned at the back of the restaurant. Guests can climb into the bed for any of their meals, bringing a whole new meaning to dining in bed.
Our diners will be able to design their own customised menus, based on different culinary experiences - crunchy, juicy, smoky, creamy, silky, spicy and zesty – to name a few.

Hi, Just a lil feedback. After taking our order, we were left there with our teapots for about 30mins and there was no service staff around for us to approach either. Considering we were the only 2 people at the restaurant after a group of diners left, it was pretty disappointing that the service was this slow and tardy. As mentioned that we were the only 2 people there, we were seated next to a rattan bin meant for soiled napkins. That should have been the last resort. Food wasn’t great just sugar laden pastries. Even the vegetarian sandwich with the mint spread was sweet, sticky and it was just dripping with mint sauce. The bread tasted like the regular ones we get at the stores. I think that the price is a rip-off for the quality of food we got. No wow factor. It made me feel like I’ve made a wrong choice of venue for a birthday treat. The guinea fowl which we ordered turned out to be dry but squid ink pasta turned out to be good.Am also disappointed with the fudge cake which was on the dry side.

Had dinner here w a friend. Realised that it was a new menu. Absolutely delish. Must trys are the beef cheeks and dessert ?mascorpone cream / tiramisu. Service was good as usual as with any Sofitel restaurants. Will recommend this place to try out their new menu.
Dear So Sofitel, I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet brunch on Christmas day. The atmosphere was wonderful as were the staff who made me feel very welcome with a Christmas stocking and cheerful service. My every need was met. The food was excellent especially the turkey and deserts. I was also able to get coffees made to my liking. Favourite coffee spot in Singapore! A very nice Christmas thanks to the Sofitel. I recommend the Xperiennce to everyone! Kind regards Jenny Phillips Western Australia
We had a wonderful Christmas brunch where the staff made us feel very special.
Food was cooked to perfection especially beef, it was fantastic! We stayed way past beyond the lunch hours and the service crew patiently served us wine, allowing us to take our time. Commendable.
Set to included Tea/coffee will be perfect Excellent bread, Beef and Cod Fish. Log cake portion is just nice with rich dark chocolate
The service staff were efficient and friendly. Ambience and food quality was good as well. Attended through a Eatigo booking, without the discount the price will be pretty steep but with the discount it's worth it. Eatigo discount applies only to the ala Carte menu, went during lunch so the options are little. Will be better to visit during dinner as there are more ala carte options.
The place was quiet. Service is good. Food is also good.
The only thing I don’t really like the the pork belly. It was too oily and fatty. But my friend order the tuna and it was great! Keep it up!

I ordered beef cheeks and it taste so good. The meat was beautiful braised and the meat is so tender. Very flavorful. Its so good I am going back within the week
Food was good and the place is reachable via Telok Ayer MRT station.
The restaurant is in a nice building. When I informed one of the staff ( he seemed to be the supervisor) we were celebrating birthday and hope to arrange something special for the birthday man, he accepted my request delightedly and even offered to give a gift. I am very happy with the service, in fact all the staff are nice and professional. And the dessert was very delicious!
Service was rather slow and there was lack of attention to diners. There was lack of initiative to top up water glass. I tried calling for attention to top up my water but it took a while before my table was attended to. We were also charged wrongly (higher than our spending) for the bill. And I had to call back in to verify the bill.
Overall, food was good in presentation and service was prompt. Taste was average
