Xperience is where socialites come to wine and dine, meet and eat. A vibrant all-day café, restaurant and bar located in the heart of Singapore’s bustling CBD, Xperience is known for its tantalizing cuisine and attentive service. Culinary designer and executive chef Hong Dingzhao uses fresh and flavoursome produce to present a variety of International dishes, perfectly paired with our sommelier’s handpicked selection of fine wines. Satisfy your cravings for all-time favourites on the refreshing a la carte menu, or spice up your lunch meeting with a dynamic seasonal set menu which never fails to surprise and delight. With a magnificent 20-foot molteni oven that sits centre stage, diners can sit back and enjoy the show as tasty temptations are skilfully prepared before them.
Service was slow and we weren’t informed not to enter through hotel lobby. Though most food were delectable, some of them were disappointing such as the soaked through pancakes, dripping ice cream and hard rice cakes.
I ordered a dish of glazed chicken wings but I felt that the meat was taken out from the freezer before cooking it for us immediately.
The entire experience was good, I believe its due to Covid19 thus the reduction in choices of the menu items. The catch of the day, barramundi was good, made better with the awesome sauce. The chicken roll was passable. I was curious why was the attire of the service staff's were rather unappetising, the usual crispness was missing.
Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. My son loves the open kitchen.
The food was sumptuous and nicely portion even for a group of 4 to a medium tower (2-3pax). Great that the restaurant didn't insist that we had to take a large tower, in fact, they didn't even mention and took our request as it was. Felt comfortable and all the managers and service staff are very nice. It was my 2nd brunch there, and planning to go back next month. The Gin Cart is something to die for. Bartender, Joseph, did a wonderful job. Changed our perceptions on Gin and even thrown in some Gin lesson. Overall, very satisfied with our experience. Only downside was the sittings. Cheers
Excellent food with service, the portion is great, too much for 3 person for our medium tower, bring more people next time to finish the food! Will visit again if I get the chance.
It's a nice place, but the food's quite expensive and can be hit and miss. The portion sizes are small and sometimes the food came out lukewarm. The staff were nice enough, but ordering drinks was awkward: we called over someone to our table, the person took my order of a glass of wine and rushed away without asking my husband if he wanted a drink. The same thing happened on a different weekend in reverse - he ordered a drink and I was ignored. All in all it's a good location, and a pleasant place, but I wouldn't go back there unless someone else chose it or it was a special menu again (we were there for the Poland Shiok festival on two weekends).

Food was fresh and delicious

The restaurant light is too bright. I’m not sure why would you stage a bed in the middle of the restaurant with those swan style towels on it. It just seems inappropriate. The food didn’t taste authentic. The bathroom could use a signature scent.
Attended the Saturday brunch and what a feast. 3 guys and the standard platter was more than enough to leave with a food coma. Ordered cocktails directly from the bar and classics like the French 75 were delivered with gusto. Only recommendation would be to expand on the gin cart options, I can see the intended direction of offering a different option from the usual free flow champagne but if the only options are simply different gins and tonics for the usual G&T, best to call it a free flow G&T. Alternatively, it would be awesome if some additional classics could be ordered with gin as the base alcohol from the cart such as a French 75, Tom Collins or South side. Minimal prep or experience needed from the bar for maximum enjoyment.
The pasta was really good. The fish and chips was beyond disappointing.
Interesting brunch concept. Will come back again.
The food is outmost delicious and generous portion. The service staffs are very friendly and attentive. Certainly the dinner is much value for money. We will come back with more friends. Thank you to the staff and chefs of Xperience restaurant for my memorable dinner.

Nice quiet ambience, staff were attentive. The Asian Fusion flavour is unique yet delicious.
Service staff was inexperience. Meat Platter was a letdown. Roast pork was sub-par. Skin was chewy and not crispy/crackling. Steak was pretty good, though. Seafood platter fare slightly above meat platter. Lobsters, prawns and oysters were fresh. However, Mussels were so small they look like clams Atmosphere was a letdown. Our adhoc table was set up near the back of house kitchen.
I appreciate that the whole brunch was an about showmanship and being different but bringing all the food together (including dessert) just felt a bit too much. The ice cream was delicious but obviously melted by the time we got to it. The food itself got cold quickly and serving it on a bed of floppy rocket wasn’t appealing. We over ordered and that was down to ya but some of the food just wasn’t great due to the temperate it came at and we wouldn’t have eaten it anyway. Overall, we wouldn’t return but are grateful that you are open and appreciate it is a strange time and your kitchen is trying to work around that. The price point was good. The staff were extremely efficient and very friendly. They were the highlight of the Xperience for us. Hopefully the rooftop bar will be open soon as we can come and support the hotel in that way.

Hope the set menu options can include more dessert options. The mains we had were excellent, esp the Grilled Squid otah.
Lovely Saturday brunch, just wish the desert portion of the tower was brought out after savoury. Ice cream melted and deserts were good by the time we got to them!
Terrible food for the price. Service was mediocre
Xperience has made great improvements on setting and decor since my last visit in August. It is good to know that the restaurant took feedback from customers seriously. The lady manager (I will get her name the next time) came to say hello and thank me for the feedback. I was surprised that she actually remembered me. The restaurant is not busy - but keep up with the good food, good service and good spirits. Things will get better for everyone. To all the staff, stay safe and stay healthy!
