About Wiveton Hall Cafe
Wiveton Hall Café, which overlooks the marshes and out to sea, opened in 2007 and quickly gained a reputation for fine, wholesome food. Situated on the fruit farm, surrounded by strawberry fields and raspberry canes, the food is always seasonal which is reflected in the regularly changing menu.
Lovely surroundings, staff very helpful, all round good experience.
Great Food, very polite staff, will come again
Another lovely evening at the Wiveton. As always, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious
Asparagus soup was delicious, recommend!
It was a wonderful leisure lunch much enjoyed following a tour of the garden
Excellent food , felt the menu was a little bit random but still a good choice.
Sublime place - the aesthetic is perfect. Be sure to visit the garden!
Such a lovely place with friendly staff and we loved the roast dinner! Unfortunately we had come for the asparagus with salt and pepper and when we didn’t see it on the menu thought it mustn’t be on, only to hear the waitress offering to other people after we had ordered, if only we had asked! Lovely time
We love it, love it, a little piece of paradise...one small niggle only - wine by the bottle super but not quite so impressed with the wine, by the glass, selection. Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Cant recommend highly enough. Strawberry jam best ever. Thank you
Very lively cafe with great views of the distant sea. Lovely atmosphere and efficient service with a smile.
Our large party had the most amazing time! Beautiful setting, beautiful food , fantastic attentive service and Desmond was brilliant!!
Love the variety of tapas dishes - acoustic guitarist is excellent. Lovely team and good atmosphere
Lovely breakfast with quality produce. Could have been a little bigger for the price eg 2 sausages instead of one. Fried bread could have been on offer.
It was a wonderful setting. Great food and ambience
Stayed at Lubbocks Cottage for a week and had excellent coffee, Sunday lunch and breakfast at the cafe. Staff welcoming and friendly. Importantly, there was always sufficient staff on duty, unlike many establishments who understaff their establishments to save on costs.
Perfect lunch. Dogs welcome too.
My wife and friends, visited the cafe for lunch on the 15th May, and arrived early for a 1 o'clock booking.. The staff were very helpful and rearranged tables to accommodate, us and our two dogs. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. whilst not a cheap meal, the quantity and quality of food and service more than justifies the cost, and fully lived up to expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending a visit.
Living in Hunstanton, we have travelled many times along the coast road by bus and car. We have purchased strawberries from Wiverton Hall and have read about and watched Normal for Norfolk. After many years we decided to try a meal in the restaurant. We were very impressed with the welcome, the food and the excellent service. I have no hesitation in reccommending it to friends and family.
Tagine was delicious
Friendly staff helps to make a pleasant time
Loved our lunch. I contacted ahead concerned about seating , needing a quiet space for our Labrador. We were given the perfect table. The staff were helpful and charming. It was my husbands birthday and they were so kind, making it a very special occasion. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.
A long drive from Yorkshire for a few days In Norfolk but Wiveton was the highlight.
All our family love Wiverton Hall Café. The location and atmosphere are great. Ditto the food and the relaxed but efficient service. New extension good too. What’s not to like.
Wiveton Hall is excellent but I think you need to give priority to local residents rather than one off visitors. I live in Blakeney and it is really disappointing when I spend a lot of money with you throughout the year and the quieter months then can't get a table when you are busy in the Summer.
