We had a most enjoyable evening and look forward to doing it again just as soon as we are able to. Take a bow everyone at The Wiveton Bell. 👏
Lovely country pub serving good food. Service is excellent
Lovely lunch friendly staff great service Would have preferred another option for veg and a lighter option for a dessert Merry Christmas
Excellent service from the staff, wonderful food and good COVID safety measures in place.
Yet another great meal with fabulous service
We made a special trip for lunch and enjoyed it a lot. They are coping well with Covid. Lovely place.
First time at the Wiveton Bell. It was great, tasty food, very relaxed with lovely staff. I will definitely be coming back.
Lovely pub, felt especially cosy with the fire going. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Only thing that would have improved the experience would have been a bit of quiet background music.
Food always good , made welcome lovely atmosphere
Friendly staff and fantastic food. Cracking on the pork was sensational.
Delicious food, cooked perfectly. Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere. My only complaint was it was hard to choose what I wanted to eat because the menu had everything I love on it!
Overall we enjoyed it, however, we thought the service was a little bit too laissez faire / nonchalant, and could be smartened up! A bit too casual. Generally the food was great, although my starter was missing the tomato jam with the cheese souflet, and our other starter of mussels had bread instead of toast. The mains of pan fried hake were tasty, if a little over greasy, but nonetheless well cooked and delicious. My ginger stout pudding only really tasted of sticky toffee pudding and was too sweet. However my partner's chocolate tart desert was outstanding. The atmosphere would benefit from some background music. Thanks!
Excellent food. Atmosphere in the marquee was perfectly OK but naturally not as good as in the main pub. Our waitress was lovely and friendly and all in all it was a wonderful way to avoid the storm outside!
Fabulous meal as usual and our waitress was lovely
For our first meal out post lockdown #2 we were very impressed. All the precautions were done in such a way as to not take away from the atmosphere. The food was fantastic as expected, combined with polite, helpful staff it was a very good meal.
Started with the mussels which were fantastic. I had the venison- tasted lovely but was a bit tough. Husband loved his burger. Ginger and stout cake was a rubbery mess which was a shame as everything else on the plate was yummy. Husband liked his ice cream. Excellent service
Really great time and excellent food and service
A truly delightful dining experience. Wonderful ambience, service and the food was exceptional. We will definitely return when in the area again.
Amazing food guys , well done !
Really cosy and buzzy pub, good local food, great service and atmosphere. We visited twice during our stay and we will definitely go back again.
We had the misery of an awful meal at the kings head Letheringsett two days earlier. What a difference, for only marginally more. Great service, well presented food, cooked beautifully, couldn’t really fault it. Top dining and good value. Do make sure you park in the lit area 60yards from the pub.
Another fabulous meal at the Wiveton Bell! But I must say the oven roasted chicken supreme was one of my favourite meals I’ve ever had at the Wiveton. The truffle potato purée was amazing!!
