This is a clean, friendly and inviting place , every time I go never fails to impress with the quality of the service and food provided. Easy to book a table, great atmosphere.

Staff excellent, could be better, but waited 1.5 Hours for food!!! Very poor, lots of unhappy customers looking at their watches
Risotto stodgy and egg over-cooked. When I pointed this out I hoped to be offered a new runny egg but I was not offered this at all. Just an “oh dear” . No alternative milks so I couldn’t have a coffee. Probably won’t return. Feel standards have slipped since my last visit
Service excellent. Food over priced for what you get and not much menu choice. Atmosphere ok but quiet as a Monday night and not much happening
It was a very quiet time so, it's hard to create an atmosphere. My girls enjoyed the music. Food was lovely and the service was good.
The service was really slow.There did not seem to be enough staff. No one asked if we wanted a pudding. We waited ages and had to ask to order one. My friend ordered the dough Ball pudding off the special menu and it was just a bowl of cream with 4 very small balls. Very very disappointing.
Service was attentive. My daughter was disappointed there weren’t any fruit lollies. This is the second time this has happened.
The staff were very welcoming.
Unfortunately I didn’t find the experience up to the normal standard I have come to find of your restaurants. We quite often use Newmarket or Ely restaurant and come away very happy with the experience, however on this occasion we found the experience some what of a different standard in regards to service and food. The starters were lovely however one of my parties food was delayed, whilst eating them our young waiter came up to the table and asked if we had finished eating which seemed very strange as you could clearly see two people hadn’t, within a minute the manager arrived with our main meals putting them down on the table when we were still eating starters. Three mains arrived but again one didn’t and they said it would be long when it came it was missing the sweet potato fries, the manager said she was just getting them so we began. After about 5 minutes nothing had arrived so my friend decided there was no point having them as she hadn’t eaten most of her main already so I asked for these to be cancelled which was completed. I do feel as though there is clearly timing issues as main meals should not be being served whilst people are still eating starters, also the cheese on my pizza seemed to have been sat under a heat lamp or similar as the cheese had hardened in places and the base become tough, which was a massive shame as I normal love your pizzas. The desserts were very nice, however again one was served a good 5 minutes after the others. The drinks were nice, we had cold and hot, however we had to chase several timed for some water. Overall it wasnt a terrible experience but we have had a lot better, and think for the price of a meal the service should have been better.
We had an excellent family weeknight meal, making the most of the Mon/Tue February offer. We couldn’t fault the service or the food & are looking forward to our next visit.
Although the waitress forgot our drinks we thoroughly enjoyed our meal as always, although we feel the size of the olive potions are a lot smaller than they used to be.
I had won a cocktail making party and i have to say it was brilliant. Never laughed so much. Service was excellent Norbert who was looking after us was brilliant made sure we had everything we needed and was the perfect host thank you x
Great ambience, tasty food.
Despite booking on line they had no knowledge of our reservation and consequently we were given a bad table. My steak was very gristley but my friends was perfect. Shame no malt vinegar. Service was fantastic.
yes i book a for dce24 but i had to cancil it becouse this was for 7 guests nut that could not maker it so i went to at Wildwood in Newmarket that sed phpne u but i did thay sed that wood get back to me never hard from any body i paid 35 pounds the refis B6DG2V4 so is the any way that i can come in some and have a meal on this sorry about but it was all my friends that let me down my nane is Brian higgs wait to here from you thank you my [email protected] we do come in lots of times and all ways very good
Made a reservation and got told I had to talk to someone else. The man didn’t even ask if I reserved or looked at any resiervagiin booking because it would have said “it’s my boyfriends birthday, window seat please” I insisted it was my boyfriends birthday- no special treatment. Took us 25minues for a drink. Food was plain and took a long time- the manager apologised because she realised how long we had waited. Will not be here again and we normally love wildwood!
Booked a table for New Years Day in the evening. The restaurant wasn’t particularly warm and the staff seemed fed up and acted like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. The food was ok but not outstanding. We could not have coffee following our meal as we were told the coffee machine was broken. We were presented with the bill and card machine rather too promptly in my opinion almost as if the staff couldn’t wait to be rid of you. The glasses were cleared from our table before we had settled the bill! Would we return - probably not as other chains eg Prezzo offer better menu choice, atmosphere and their staff are friendlier and more professional.

Unfortunately no hot drinks were available (coffee machine broken but no hot water available for tea either!) It had been broken for "days" apparently so would have thought the purchase of a kettle or 2 might have been a good option? Sadly, we were not advised of this until after dessert had been served so was a disappointing end to the evening.
Restaurant serving staff are very slow. We got our food before our drinks and had to ask 3 times when the food came it was incorrect and the drink spilled. The food is lovely and other locations are amazing but this one has always had issues
Had not been here for over a year following a poor meal but decided to give it another go. Disappointed with food and service was slow. Starter of garlic bread had a strange buttery taste and my spaghetti bolognese was warm rather than hot, I would guess due to being placed in a cold dish. No offer of further drinks despite my glass being almost empty when main course served. Won’t rush back.
waitor was very friendly as was all the staff my only upset was originally I booked for 2 people and was asked to pay a deposit, just because it was December, but a table for two is not a party, I refused, then I was asked on emails to order before hand, I also said no so I did nearly cancel the booking as I was getting annoyed!, but meal was lovely, will be back
Although the food was lovely and the waiting staff were very polite we had to wait ages for our food, we only had a main and some drinks and we were in there for 2.5 hours with 3 kids.
