Service was terribly slow. The Brie starter was not pleasant. Tasted of burnt garlic
Waiter seemed uninterested and not at all friendly .. there was only one other table in there at that time. Didn’t go through specials or recommendations xmas menu etc. Also good took quite a long time to come considering weren’t busy.
Great food, delicious drinks. Service was a little slow but it was extremely busy. Had a lovely time! Manageress was a star!
Baby Ribs and Birra Moretti are great!
My prawn starter came out with raw prawns, they were grey still and cold and gooey in the middle!
We came with loads of friends and children and all the staff were so good, they were a massive help and the food was beautiful. Even gave us loads of toys to keep the kids entertained. Love this place and highly recommend
Enjoyed my meal in a friendly atmosphere. Bit expensive but nice for a treat.
Far too few staff, seating dirty and in general very disappointing visit.
Excellent food and service as always
Very easy to make a booking online. The staff are always friendly and courteous. We had two fantastic steaks, cooked to perfection. Wildwood didn't have any pencils, stickers and colouring in hats for the kids this time, the kids love the kiddie plates, cups and goods they normally receive (luckily I'd brought my own colouring bits for them to keep them entertained while waiting for their food). A lovely meal out.
Lots of menu choices. Really enjoyed the food. Would definately recommend
Easy to book a table online, friendly staff, the food was good and a nice atmosphere too! Would definitely recommend 😀
Had a really enjoyable meal at wildwoods Market Harborough. It was a 25th birthday meal and we were really well looked after by a Hungarian waiter who made me two lovely mocktails. Great service.
Lovely venue and food. Just took a while to get desserts and bill when it was really quiet.
Great service - friendly and attentive. Very pleasant ambience. Very tasty food (the Fried Brie with Hazelnuts is to die for!) What more need be said. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely lunch. fast friendly but unobtrusive service.
We had a lovely meal however the service was very slow. We were not approached for a drinks order for a while and when the waitress did take the order, with which we ordered our food at the same time, the food was brought out way before the drinks.
The waiters were really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble!
The menu had changed since our last visit but we all enjoyed our meals.
I thought a £20 service charge was very expensive, and I like to decide what I give, not be told. The meal overall was more expensive than I bargained for. Not sure we’d come back.
We booked a meal here as it said it had disabled access. My daughter is a wheelchair user. Arrived at restruant to find steps into the entrance. Luckily I had my husband with me. We managed to get my daughter to walk up the steps and lift her wheelchair. It also has 2 internal steps up to the disabled toilet. I explained my daughter and I was allergic to dairy staff were helpful i explained I didn't want any cheese on my pizza. Pizza turned up with cheese on. Waiter explained it was vegan. But I hate vegan cheese. Had to send pizza back. Ordered sorbet for my daughter. It came in a waffle cone which had milk in. And on plastic cone stand that was filthy. Looks like it hadn't been washed in weeks. My daughter is anaphylactic to dairy so if she had touched the stand or cone she would have had a bad allergic reaction as contact to milk can cause an episode. Overall disappointing. We have used your chain before in different towns and had a great meal.
Always fantastic on all fronts, for food, service and menu specials. Couldn't recommend more.
Drinks really expensive, food mediocre quality. Penne was hard and only 4 small slivers of chicken in the dish, was asked if anything wrong and told waitress. She asked if she could get it re-cook but I declined as by this this I had lost my appetite.Any other place would not have charged for the dish.Very poor indeed. Hallumi burgers were also not very good as the hallumi was burnt. We ordered 3 desserts and only one was brought to our table until we asked where the others were and they had been left on the bar! Over all not a good experience for a celebratory meal.
Good food but slow service.
