About Wildwood Llandudno
A small collection of restaurants, serving freshly prepared food - with one simple aim; to serve great food delivered by friendly staff in a relaxed, homely environment. Whether you choose from the grill section, stone-baked pizza or our freshly prepared pastas, our passion for high quality dishes is the main focus across all of our restaurants.
Arrived for our booking at 7pm. After 7.30 I had to ask someone to take our food order. We waited approximately 45 minutes for the starter to arrive and then again another 45 minutes for the main course to come. We appreciate that it was very busy but the waiting time was really too long and spoiled the experience.
Food is a little over priced, staff were great.
Another fab meal on Saturday night. We love eating here. The food is great, the staff amazing and always a happy atmosphere!!
Thankyou got looking after us and making it special for my wife’s birthday she loved it All the staff are lovely
Had the 30% deal which certainly helped us made a decision about coming, lovely staff as ever, always so pleasant and helpful.
As usual excellent service great food with very good atmosphere overall would recommend this place to anyone as they have a good range of food and steaks are very good. We now try to get into the restaurant every other week but due to high demand in peak can only get in every now and then.
Excellent service. Maz was absolutely fantastic and a credit to your team. Can't wait to come back
We are staying in Llandudno on a short break and we all enjoyed our meal in your restaurant, the food was good and the service was excellent with friendly and really efficient staff.
There was an issue as chef had added double chilli to the prawn linguine and it was inedible. Reported it to teh manage who was very helpful & removed it from bill but it did mean my partner had no dinner.
I booked this for my son (Chris) and his girlfriend, it was my recommendation for them to visit and have a meal, and it was a massive disappointment, the quality of the food was awful and the waiter actual didn’t charge for the meal and they only paid for the bottle of wine they had ordered, which was a good action given the poor food quality, but not what they wanted for a special night out. The comment was made that you had new chefs in the kitchen, this is not good enough and you shouldn’t put them in place if they can’t cook to the quality expected. To make thinks worse, I had left a surprise birthday cake for my sons girlfriend and they didn’t serve this at the end of the meal. Prior to this visit I was a big fan of your Llandudno location, but don’t know if I will visit again, which is a shame, because we usually visited at least once a month David Pye
It was a really busy Saturday and a very large party were in situ. We arrived at just after 5.00 and were served our garlic bread at 5.45pm. I had explained that we were going to the theatre and the staff were really helpful. The kitchen did their best but out main course arrived at 6.15pm we had to eat it in 15 mins to make sure that we got to the theatre in time. This did spoil it for us. The food was good no complaints but paying over £80 for 4 in such a rush wasn't great. On another occasion the wait wouldn't have bothered us!!
The food itself was good an the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a big delay between individual dishes being brought out, meaning the first persons food was cold by the time the last person got their food. Other than that I would be happy to visit again
Lovely food enjoyed the cocktails will visit again
Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten! It had clearly not been in the oven for very long, pizza was cold, so cold in fact the cheese had not even melted, also very small portion sizes, it very much appears to be pre-cooked food which is simply re-heated to order (or in my case not enough re-heating!) Food is bery cheap and tastes like the value ranges in supermarkets.Very disappointed
Appalling service, unorganised, slow. Completely shambolic. Shame as the food not too bad and perfect for a fussy child. No atmosphere & nothing to dampen the noise. Would not recommend.
my family of 8 people dined at the Llandudno restaurant and were very pleased with the meals we received. As seems to be the norm with most restaurants these days the drinks were quite expensive.
Good atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely food.
have already recommended, and will come back again, enjoyable experience
Really nice afternoon with great service. Food was lovely, arrived fast and the staff made the atmosphere Eben better. Also best sticky toffee I had in years.
We waited nearly an hour between starter and mains.
The time between starter and main was way to little. We had just finished starter and the main course arrived. Therefore the main course couldn’t be finished as there wasn’t time given to let the starter settle. We felt like we were cheated out of a meal because we paid for it yet the majority of the group couldn’t finish there meal.
It was ok. Staff really good. I know people complain when food takes ages but when it comes 4 minutes after ordering it makes you feel rushed. Bottled beer a bit odd. Stock one we all know. I wasted money on the 6.6% blond. Drank half ordered something else. Not sure we will come back.
Fantastic restaurant with delicious food. One of my favourites. Only faults are as follows 1. Eton Mess Sundae would be better with a bit more meringue. 2. Meals with fries could do with a few more For this visit I'd rate 8/10 due to the lack of meringue in the sundae and because on previous visits we had complimentary tea and coffee at the end of the meal but we were not offered this this time.
Excellent all round in terms of service, ambience and food!
