Great meal, delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a group meal.
Under staffed so slow service, staff themselves were great
Food excellent, but service very slow considering there were three or four waiters/waitresses for about seven full tables. Other than, staff were really friendly, and once you had their attention were very willing to help.
The manager in the black and white spotty shirt was so helpful when i was embarrassed about sending food back that didnt taste very nice, she made me feel valued still and was so kind to me when i got shy and apologetic.
The menu was very limited compared to when I had last been to the cinema and food nights. It would be nice to see some more on the mains. The service was a little slow too, we had to take the pudding into the cinema with us. Having said that the waiters/waitresses were very friendly and helpful.
Seated immediately, the food arrived so quickly we hadn't even received our drinks yet. Food tasted great, nothing over or undercooked.
Been here a few times before and it's always been good, pricey but the food was worth the money. I asked for a medium rare steak and it came out blue. I asked for it to be cooked for longer and they bought me another steak out it was just as rare as the first one. I told them at the end and my meal was free. The staff were excellent and I put it down to being very busy
Amazing food , staff were very friendly , food came lovely and hot
Very good food and service. Can get very busy so best to book to avoid being disappointed
Enjoyed our meal
Risotto gave my girlfriend food poisoning and the calzone wasn't at all nice. Would like some money back on the food as would not recommend
The staff at Lincoln were amazing. They had balloons and sparkles on the table for my daughters birthday. They had put my flowers on the table and brought out our cake when asked. I would highly recommend Lincoln Wildwood . Nothing was too much trouble 🌟
Really enjoyed the Cinema evening - the staff were very helpful and friendly - look forward to doing it again.
Lovely meal, very quick and prompt service.
I really like the place and I’ll definitely come again
Very nice food - we had pasta - and excellent service
Had the cinema and meal deal which is excellent value. Service was a little slow and we felt like we had to chase up continually.
We were seated and given menus but it took about 10/15 minutes before anyone came over to take a drinks order! By this time we were ready to order food so just ordered everything. Draft beer had run out which was disappointing for those of us that wanted it! The food overall was nice however the prawns and spaghetti were very very spicy and the Piri chicken penne was a very small portion. Nobody came over to do a check back either. We asked for the bill at the bar as we needed to get up the hill for my graduation and when the lady dropped it off she did not clear our table even though we had all clearly finished eating. I might add that we were one table out of around 5 in the restaurant so it was by no means a busy service. Overall a fairly average visit.
Needs more vegetarian pizza options
The food was great on the night but both myself and my friend had awful stomach cramps and a violent dodgy tummy (we both ordered the same dish- the Peri peri grill chicken) Bit annoying because I like Wildwood but might think again about going if I’m going to be feeling ill the next day.
Table booked for 7pm, we not greeted until 7:25 as staff was overwhelmed by party of about 20ish therefore busy on the bar, not good either when the chef is making and taking out the food, as I work in a high sought after restaurant I know this is due to a lack of planning and it does not register as good. Drinks took ages, they came after we ordered our main course and then our second drinks was forgotten and this happened to the table next to us who wished to cancelled their drinks order, been many times before and it’s been lovely but this time I was disappointed as our meal was an occasion and won’t be remembered as happily as I wished
Peri peri chicken dryer than the Sahara desert
A disappointing evening when we reminded our waitress, after a long wait for an adult starter to arrive, for the child’s one starter. Only to be informed that she had forgotten to order the one starter on the child’s menu. After a considerable wait we were informed someone had gone out to purchase limes for one of our drinks and they were happy to offer us a second drink for free. Where was the manager? Though the staff were apologetic and free drinks were offered - which we dared not wait for. We experienced long delays, a very forgetful waitress. The food did taste good but the long wait and lack of attention left us with children that were fed up. The restaurant was not that busy. An exhausting evening - not happy.
Great food and staff were helpful and polite would definitely eat there again
