Parking and wifi poor. Admin for ore booking poor rest vety good
Food was good. Wasn’t busy only our table and another in the restaurant area. But when you wanted a member of staff there was nobody in sight, when there was he was too busy talking and joking with his friend on the other table. Even trying to pay couldn’t find a member of staff to give the money too. staff could do with being more attentive to the customers they have instead of there friends that visit.
I booked for 5 but had a late guest and Wildwood accommodated the extra person. The sticky toffee pudding is out of this world.
Great food and always made to feel welcome by staff.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that you can only park in the car park for 2 hours then you have to go back out and feed the meter again.
Lunch with some friends that we hadn't seen for a long time. Staff were quite happy to come back when we were too busy catching up to look at the menu. Service was good but not intrusive. Good food too.
We had a fantastic time at wildwood and would not hesitate to book another event here, everyone loved the food and the venue - especially the climbing frame. We had some crossed wires over the food as we didn’t want individual kids meals - just the chicken and chips in one big bowl for them all to share as the kids were all different ages, but they came out in individual portions so some kids missed out and some of the food taken went to waste, nevermind everyone had a great time it was just a little difficult when organising the food buffet.
We had a fantastic afternoon, couldnt have asked for any better!
Celebration meal for daughters 17th birthday. Perfect evening.. great food, service and atmosphere. We will be back. Thank you to everyone...from the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and food came out very fast. Pornstar Martinis were very good!
Two orders came out wrong Sea bass was massively overlooked and inedable. Deserts were mixed up despite waitress checking which was which. Only upside was that we had a discount voucher or we would have complained.
First time eating there. The layout is a bit of a mish mash. Had to go to the busy bar to let them know we had a table booked. Place order food came out before drinks arrrived, service slow. Wouldn’t go back
Wife's burger came out cold and dry chips were cold and my steak was mostly fat than meat. Waiter apologised and said it was a new chef!! Not great but hats of to waiter as he didn't charge for wife's meal and didn't charge for drinks
Excellent service good food
Mediocre, Friendly, forgetful, Casual service.
Service was poor. The most unfriendly welcome and it didn't improve. Very slow to take order, to get drinks, to take order for food and get food, on a fairly quiet Tuesday evening. Not a smile or any type of engagement from staff. Would try other Wildwood restaurants again but not that one.
Great value for money - quick service - polite friendly staff, food delicious food portion size.
Good food at a great price. Recommended.
Very attentive staff but didnt hurry us at all when we wanted to take a while to chat before ordering.
Great restaurant, good service, bit of a issue with the drinks.. Overall ok
Great food and atmosphere!
I had a table booked for 2. On arrival it took some time to find someone to let them know as the bar end seems to be the priority. We were shown to the only free table in the restaurant which was for 2 people, had 1 chair and hadn't been cleaned or set up. We had to stand awkwardly and wait for this to happen. Despite having a booking. Unfortunately our waitress was unable to answer questions such as do they offer a carafe of wine, and could she describe a main off the specials more. When ordering I pointed at the pasta on the specials and named it. When it arrives it was clearly the wring dish. I suggested this to the waiter who served it but he told me it was the right dish. Well it wasn't. After waiting a long time to get the attention of our waitress she just looked awkward and took the dish away. A short while later the manager arrived and apologised which was good but he shouldn't have tried to justify the mistake by saying there is also a mains pasta that has tagletelle. I explained to him the issues we had experienced that evening. He offered complimentary coffee and desserts however we had 1 coffee as didn't fancy a dessert. On paying once again no one was around so after giving up waiting we went to the bar where the manager apologised again and removed our wine from the bill. Such a shame as the Wildwood in Camberley is such a positive contrast. Won't be returning.
We booked but our table wasn’t ready, food came 60mins after ordering and we had 4 kids in our group and their food came last! All of this on a Monday when it was fairly quiet!!
Really good friendly place, with good food and service
My food was awful. It just tasted burnt. Chips were dry. I didn’t complain because I was with friends and it was awkward!
The food was ok but the service not the greatest
