Perfect as always
terrible we waited 2 hours to have main meals 1 hour and half to have starter !
Friendly, pleasant and professional service, good to have just one waiter to build up rapport with. Food was tasty and really well priced with the exception of the starters which were a tad high. Pizza and Carbonara were great and Sea Bass to die for. Will definitely eat here again and may just swop the starter for a sweet as too full this time! Well done, Wildwood Canterbury.
Have been visiting this restaurant for last 3 years now and we always enjoy our food . Has never let me down . The only thing I miss is their menu had changed and my favourite grilled chicken with potatoes is gone:(
We had a wonderful experience at Wildwood. Despite the fact that it was really busy the staff were amazing, so glad I booked this for my sons 20th birthday meal.
Second visit in a week, both times the same staff have been working, the young waitress is so lovely and bubbly, the rest of the staff are lovely too. Food always good, especially those Nutella donuts!! The £10 voucher I got got for joining the wildwood club when I booked online made it even better.
Great service and pleasant staff, food was lovely and quick to arrive
I've booked the table for 8 people to celebrate my graduation. The overall experience was amazing, there is nothing I wouldn't enjoy that evening. Meals were very tasty and we've been surprised by the time it came to our table even the restaurant was packed. We could bring our own home-made cake which have been served as dessert. Our waitress Sarah was very attentive and in great mood smiling all the time and took perfect care of us. Thank you!
Waiter for very pleasant and apologetic as waited an awful long time for food. One of our chicken burgers was burnt and the bun soggy. Inedible and all we were given was a £5 off that meal so we actually paid £8 for a portion of chips. We had no time to wait for a replacement meal so all in all not a good experience
Great food and great staff
Our waitress went beyond expectations as we arrived late due to traffic and busy car parks, we showed her our tickets for the theatre and she served us so swiftly it meant we could eat , relax and still make the show - all within 40 minutes. Much appreciated. Would totally recommend.
We had reserved a table but we were seated upstairs in an area with no heating on a night that was freezing. Starter was luke warm and likewise for the main. Only the gent serving us seemed to know what he was doing. Waiter with the drinks, and then one with food stopped at all 3 tables before getting to the right one. We were told we could move tables if one became free downstairs where it was warmer, but that didn’t happen. We hat to sit with our coats on and left as soon as we could as we were so cold. We did have an apology and discount but it wasn’t good enough really. Very disappointed.
Service was a bit slow but restaurant was very busy! Food was lovely and we will be returning soon. It’s very convenient for the Marlowe theatre so is a favourite
Great service, very friendly waiter and good atmosphere
Good service and good food
I been in Wildwood many times and I must say that I was really disappointing with the food?xmas menu,we waited ages for the starters and then for the main course,it wasn't what i expected it,also we were a group and they knew what we were eating. Also I don't think the food had the quality another times I ate in here,it was really bad.
The Ladies toilets need sorting. My 10 year old daughter was got locked in the cubicle. The staff member who freed her said its happened lots. This is not good as my daughter was quite scared! Please look into this asap.
Always lovely food and great service
We visited the restaurant for our staff Christmas meal the service was slow even though a pre-order had been given the food that was served with either cold or just out right strange in its taste not one person finished the meal for fear of being ill afterwards. The Staff did not seem to bothered by this, the toilets were disgusting with vomit and urine all over the place, drunk people asleep on tables a complete shambles would never eat here again or any other restaurant in the chain.
Excellent service but would have liked more starter choices on fixed menu
We booked on line and made a request for a window seat and this was provided. We really appreciated this as my partner can be uncomfortable in crowded places and this helped him enjoy his time and meal even more. Despite there only being three waiting staff we still were very well looked after with prompt services.
Came on Christmas Eve, got sat upstairs where it was cold and there was zero festive atmosphere. Staff were initially attentive but after our starters service dropped off. My husband was served the wrong meal and my meal didn’t arrive with the others. Once it did arrive it was cold. My husbands meal was quickly sorted, but my meal returned too fast for it to have been cooked fresh, so suspect it was somehow warmed up. Not the service or food we were expecting at Wildwood. Restaurant didn’t feel particularly clean either. Not in a hurry to go back. Shame as used to be one of our favourite places to come as a family with children.
