Thankyou to all the wonderful staff in particular Maria she was so lovely & hospitable. Appreciate the chefs the meal was absolutely lovely.
Staff we’re amazing food was delicious!
Lovely waitress but all staff were friendly and polite. Thankyou for the wonderful service.
A great night out Friendly efficient staff and a great atmosphere The meat is to die for
Very good food, albiet on the expensive side especially for larger parties
Great way to eat
Excellent place to go! Fantastic food and amazing service.
Lovely as always.
I rated low for food and drinks because I was expecting to have some cassava chips, rice and beans. I wouldn’t mind paying extra as a side side but I was told that these foods were unavailable for dinner.
Loved it and will be back! The older pakeha gentleman who served us was lovely.
It was just awesome!!!
We were very welcomed by all the staff. There was a Brazilian waiter always concerned we’d be served with the best meat ever. Thanks for making us feel home.
Was a beautiful night with amazing service. Thank you😊
Food was great full of flavour, tender meat and wow alot if meat! Would've liked more of the cold seafood platter though
Our waitress was lovely! Maria (Marie??) Louisa was attentative and friendly and just a delight. The food was filling and delicious, and so varied! A nice, fancy place where you can also stuff your face full of food hahah
We come every year for my husband's birthday and have done so for the last 6 years. Every year the service has gotten better and better, the staff are very well trained, attentive and so eager to serve, nothing is a problem and the food has always been of the highest quality. The team always makes the effort to help my husband feel special with a song and dessert. It's these kinds of personal touches along with the outstanding overall experience that is the reason why we keep coming back and love bringing our family and friends here. All the best, till next time!
Great place to spend your birthday! Whether you'd like it to be an intimate or for large group celebration, Wildfire is a nice place to be! Wide range of tasty fire-grilled meat & seafood plus delicious & healthy selections for their entre & side salads and of course, those amazingly crafted desserts! Just perfect! Definitely an experience I would have again in the future. :)
A wonderful dining experience ! Pleasantly welcomed, comfortable seating, very friendly staff and accommodating. The food was so tasty and delicious, we enjoyed every part of our menu, starting with the tapas & tasters, to the Huge variety of meats, chicken , pork , lamb , salmon, to many to mention, such a large selection to cater and yummy roast potatoes and vegetables and the delicate deserts at the end to finish was delightful. Many thanks to the management and team for your first class service, kindness & hospitality.
Food was quick and delicious. Service was nice and friendly. Good view outside. Wine list is a bit pricey however
Alot of the meat was over cooked. The quality has certainly gone down at wildfire and we won’t be coming back again
I've been to Wildfire a number of times with my (now) fiancé, and Friday last week we thought to treat my parents to a surprise dinner just to thank them for all their hard work to date in support of helping fund for our wedding. My fiancé and I were really excited and spent the whole week boasting about the great food & this being our preference (because my parents are ALWAYS at the Eight). We highlighted the great service, with delish food EVERY time we come, as this is the place we are ALWAYS bringing friends and family from overseas but also for special occasions such as birthdays. Anywho, the night itself was such a disappointment. We arrived and waited for about 30 minutes till we received our entrees, then waited a further 30 minutes before the mains started to come through. Now my mother who is a seafood freak hence her love for The Eight, was really looking forward to the seafood dishes like mussels and salmon ; My dad on the other hand is more a meat man. We had meat come and go - at one point, we had the same pork dish come 3 times in a row without another meats in between! An hour into our dinner, my fiancé got upset and so she asked one of the waiters for the seafood dishes. We waited some more - and still nothing. So, she asked ANOTHER waiter and the same thing. It wasn't until she got fed up that she demanded the next waitress, that only THEN did our salmon finally turn up as well as mussels … with only 2 left! So of course, the waiting game began once again and we had to ask for more mussels of course. We understand there was a big group who obviously were getting the first dibs on the mains, however the disappointment is that - we paid the same amount as they were, only to receive a 2 star service that evening compared to the 5 star service we would always get in previous visits. Also the fact that, we have so much pride in Wildfire service and food, only to be disappointed in front of my parents! We ordered dessert for the first time in all our visits - again to treat our parents, only to find out we could only choose 1 dessert each which was a disappointment considering, we were excited to try out something different.
Food was delicious and staff very friendly & accommodating - no wonder you've been going for so long!
Staff were friendly & great service. Food was delicious cooked to perfection. Will gladly recommend, book and visit again soon.
I felt a little like we were being rushed hurry up and eat so we would leave. Otherwise it was an awesome evening.
The service was a bit slow but overall it was good
