When I booked for lunch via the Accor website, I was advised that Accor dining benefits would apply. After the meal, when the bill was presented, they said that today (25 Jan) was a blackout day. After some discussion, they decided to honour which was appreciated. To avoid future disconnect, any blackout dates by the restaurant should be made clear on the Accor website.
For a 8 course Chinese dinner it took us more than 3 hours to finished due to the serving time was so slow. It took 20 to 30 mins to served the next dish after we finished the prior dish. My booking was 6.30pm with preordered menu for 3 tables and we didn't start until 7.45pm and finished around 10.30pm. The restaurant only had less than 10 tables of guests. For the price that I've paid it's better spent elsewhere as the food is definitely overpriced and the taste need further improvement. Definitely a one time off experience and not recommending to anyone.

The restaurant did not have our reservation, despite online confirmation. Service was very slow, even though the restaurant was half empty. Food was good. But there are better restaurants in KL with the same price and far better service.
This restaurant has certainly made some improvement compared to my last visit on May this year. However, there are definitely rooms to improve on their services. We were assigned at an isolated section (which is perfectly fine for us as we were dining in a big group) but we experienced VERY minimum attendance from the staff and they were scattered all around the restaurant. We really had a hard time calling them over, until the extend of we had to walk to them just to call them over. I really hope that the management could improve on this in order to ensure a better dining experience for all the future guests and customers.

The restaurant couldn't find my online reservation. Thankfully there were tables available. The food, drink and atmosphere were great. Food service was fast, but service in general was a little slow. It was tough to get someone's attention - perhaps the restaurant is short staffed.
4th time to Wan Chun Ting and it had been always an awesome food experience. Love the food, ambience and service. Roasted duck is a must try.
The restaurant is clearly short-handed to attend the customers. My partner and I reserved a table at 7.30pm but we were not attended in the front desk and waited for a while until a staff who was serving customers in the restaurant to attend us. The menu and the information in the website was not up-to-date either. We ordered the signature Peking duck (where we pre-ordered about a month ago) and in the website it was clearly stating the price is at RM168 per bird (promotion until 31 December 2019) but we were told that this promotion price is no longer available (normal price at RM188 per bird). We were not informed when we reserve the table through the website but we still ordered it cause it was supposed to be a birthday dinner for my partner. We consulted the staff who suggested us to order some extra dishes in addition of the Peking duck (whole bird). We asked the staff about the portion of the duck and the staff clearly suggested to add another two more dishes where the portion of the dinner (the duck + 2 dishes) can actually accommodate up-to 4 pax in our opinion. Just imagine how we could have finished the dishes as we do not want to waste the food. We strongly suggest the staff to be trained professionally and not just trying to sell us some pricey food as we strongly despise food wastage. As for the washroom, the used handkerchiefs were left unattended and just simply put at the side of the basin. I couldn't have imagined such unprofessional services we received in such a high class restaurant. However, on the plus side, the food was really good and up-to the standard (the Peking duck was really good compared to most of the restaurant out there in KL). The only thing we were satisfied with is the taste of the food. The reason for re-visitation will be purely on the food and we really hope that in the future, we were able to expect a better dinning experience.

Overall foods are ok, but the service are slow. They didn’t serve us rice even after the dishes are out and we have to remind the waiter twice before they serve the rice. The Peking duck is delicious but again the waiter took too long to wrap the skin with popiah wraps. The duck meat served doesn’t equal to the whole duck we ordered, the duck looks big but only certain portion of meat used to stir fry the noodle. Our plates was not changed even after few dishes were out.. the plates are dirty and full with bones and we need to called twice to get our plate replaced.
Very very very poor service even when there were 2 tables with customers only in the public dining area on a weekday. Accor Plus members beware - certain items on the menu not applicable for the benefit. Food and ambience otherwise is alright. Felt that it could have been a 4/5star rating if not for the other shortcomings.
Great ambience, good service, lovely food preparation but the taste is bland.. very disappointed with the quality of the food, especially for the dim sum..
Service was rather slow & staff needed to be more attentive to the customer. Lack of training which need a lot of improvement being a fine dining & a 5 star hotel. Was truly disappointed with the staffs’ communication & food knowledge when ordering. Especially paying & dining in a high class restaurant you will never expect this sort of treatment.
Faster serving and efficient , be more attentive, to have sufficient manpower to cater full house.

Roast duck was rubbery but yee sang was nice. Wierd to have to sign a waiver for takeaway. Made an online booking but they couldn’t find the booking at the restaurant.
On the day we dined the restaurant looked fairly empty, less than 50% full. Even so it look more than 45mins for any food that we ordered to arrive. We had to request our tea to be served 3 times before it was actually served. The children were starving and waited an hour plus for their dishes to arrive. Can not fault the food- everything was delicious & waiters were polite, but won’t be coming back anytime soon. Too slow, staff seemed disorganized & for that price point we expected better service.
