About VOYAGES by Alain Ducasse
Voyages by Alain Ducasse continues its exciting journey exploring classic French flavors and showcasing bistro favorites with a contemporary and generous approach.
Using market ingredients and expert techniques, Chef Anthony Bacle takes Voyages to new culinary pinnacles, revisiting classics such as Parisian-style beef tartare, cheese soufflé, onion soup, roasted French chicken and Koulibiak salmon.
The decadent dessert menu includes Profiteroles served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled tableside with warm chocolate sauce as well as Tarte Tatin, served with crème fraiche.
Tantalizing the taste buds even further is the Bar at Voyages, where Head Bartender Norbert Szasz welcomes guests with custom-made concoctions, including Martinis and Bellini’s, with a distinct twist.
With its stylish cocktail bar and fresh take on classic French cuisine, guests can indulge in familiar dishes, while creating fond memories in a uniquely vibrant and modern setting.

good services and nice food.
Everything was fantastic!
The duck cooked so nice, v tender n smell so good The 2nd dish comparatively less tasty n tender.
We ordered the salmon pie and soufflé. Both had great taste and excellent presentation. The portion of both was generous. Just don’t know why no cookie was served with the coffee this time !
The French duck is a must try. Affordable wine pairings make this a good restaurant to have dinner.
Staff are very friendly. Could add a third dessert option. The chocolate at the end of the meal is nice.
Cheese Soufflé taste perfect! Bake duck with orange sauce also and taste delicious. Very good price with yummy food, a must to be back again!
The starters, snail and frog legs were very salty. The main course roasted duck was superb though. Breads were just average. We are a fan of the Rech restaurant at the Interckn hotel in HK and we think the macao branch was not as good as the one in HK. Service could be more attentive. We didnt get refilled for our water unless we asked.
We had the afternoon tea set. I informed our waiter that I have a shellfish allergy and will not be able to consume the lobster and shrimp from the savoury bites and asked for alternative. They switched it and also took away the salmon one when I specifically said I’m fine with fish. Would love it if they would ask what scone we want instead of assume. The quality of the fruit jam is frankly quite appalling for a restaurant in a luxury hotel. The water for the tea was not hot, therefore we were having tasteless tea. Not steeped at all. Asked for a refill with hot water, still not hot, simply had earl grey flavoured water. Portion wise - we had two sets. Some of the desserts only came with one piece, some came with four. Very strange decisions. The hostess was friendly, the waiter/ server’s finger was frankly abit too close to the food when he was introducing. And the way he explained what the food was was rather ambiguous. Overall quite disappointing, hope to see it improve.
Great ambience, classy environment and magnificent food.
A nice dining experience.
I am impressed by my lunch in Alain Ducasse: gorgeous food, especially the french duck & the lobster caesar salad 🦞. The servers are brilliant, and are always prepared to advise on what's good and how i felt about the food. It is a very pleasant experience.
The new menu is great in a sense but we do really miss the previous menu with the Asian fusion theme.
I wrote a TripAdvisor comment, too
Thank you guys for a great afternoon. I hope I will see you soon again. 😍 from chilly Sweden Anette and mom Gerd
Very good service and amazing food. We enjoyed very much.
Time waiting between the starter and the main course is a bit too long. In general, the duck confit and frog legs are the most impressive dishes. Wagyu steak was a bit disappointing as the meat was quite chewy although we ordered medium, and was a bit cold inside when served, maybe due to insufficient defrosting time. We didn't request for a redo as we have already waited quite long and have plans after lunch. The Wagyu steak is clearly not a good value for money as it is the most expensive dish on the a la carte menu and did not meet our expectation. The environment was good and services were exceptional.
Truly delicious French cuisine executed flawlessly. There were only 2 of us dining, and since we wanted to try a variety of dishes, we ended up ordering the snails, frogs legs, beef tartare and the confit duck foie gras from the starter menu. We were not disappointed - the servings were generous and each dish full of flavour in it's own unique way. You know its good meal when after each bite you mutter, "wow" under your breath. Our only regret was not having enough room left to try any of the mains! Highly recommended and look forward to going back again in the not too distant future!
A very amazing experience ! The service of the restaurant is excellent, giving me an impression of warmth, considerate, efficient and professional. Definitely money worth.
I ordered the duck leg from set lunch menu. The presentation was very good. The sauce was wonderful. It would be perfect if the meat was more juicy. Presentation and taste of the dessert was really amazing.
餐廳環境及食物質素非常好, 服務員很細心地介紹食物. 有機會再試其他菜式
An excellent restaurant with great ambiance, chic design, delicate food and out of all, perfect service. A special compliment to your waitress Tessa who made our birthday celebration one great night there.
The staff are nice and the souffle is very tasty which worths the wait.
