About VOYAGES by Alain Ducasse
Voyages by Alain Ducasse continues its exciting journey exploring classic French flavors and showcasing bistro favorites with a contemporary and generous approach.
Using market ingredients and expert techniques, Chef Anthony Bacle takes Voyages to new culinary pinnacles, revisiting classics such as Parisian-style beef tartare, cheese soufflé, onion soup, roasted French chicken and Koulibiak salmon.
The decadent dessert menu includes Profiteroles served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled tableside with warm chocolate sauce as well as Tarte Tatin, served with crème fraiche.
Tantalizing the taste buds even further is the Bar at Voyages, where Head Bartender Norbert Szasz welcomes guests with custom-made concoctions, including Martinis and Bellini’s, with a distinct twist.
With its stylish cocktail bar and fresh take on classic French cuisine, guests can indulge in familiar dishes, while creating fond memories in a uniquely vibrant and modern setting.

Service was very good, but more care is needed with the way some of the dishes are prepared, are not to the standard of a Ducasse restaurant, albeit his most casual. The amuse bouche of duck rillettes with an apple sorbet, was worthy of this kind of restaurant as was the bread. The cheese soufflé, could have been smaller, with a more crispy top, as together with cheese sauce makes the dish cloying. The dome duck still had the ends of feathers stuck in in the breasts. When we told the manager an apology was given, but the excuse of it being a wild duck, should not stop the prep cook from tweezering out all the feathers, frankly it put us off the dish.
A most enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and the service superb. I particularly like the cheese soufflé.
We had a great time in VOYAGES by Alain Ducasse. We want to come back again.
Great place. Excellent value
Excellent service and friendly staff. Food is exceptional. Would definitely visit again.
Good food and very good service!
very generous portion!
Fantastic dinner service!!!
very sweet waitress called Tassa, very helpful the Angus beef is juicy and tender, highly recommended
Great food, atmosphere, service and value for money. Just note lunch menu is only Monday-Friday, which is not displayed on the cityofdreams website.
We have ordered Cheese soufflé, butter snails and French duck, the snails are greasy, I like the soufflé but it is very filling. French duck was popular in the comments on line, it looked and smelt good but for me it's a bit too dry. In general, the service and environment is nice, and the food portion is a bit too much for two of us. It's of food value for money anyway.
good services and nice food.
Everything was fantastic!
The duck cooked so nice, v tender n smell so good The 2nd dish comparatively less tasty n tender.
We ordered the salmon pie and soufflé. Both had great taste and excellent presentation. The portion of both was generous. Just don’t know why no cookie was served with the coffee this time !
The French duck is a must try. Affordable wine pairings make this a good restaurant to have dinner.
Staff are very friendly. Could add a third dessert option. The chocolate at the end of the meal is nice.
Cheese Soufflé taste perfect! Bake duck with orange sauce also and taste delicious. Very good price with yummy food, a must to be back again!
The starters, snail and frog legs were very salty. The main course roasted duck was superb though. Breads were just average. We are a fan of the Rech restaurant at the Interckn hotel in HK and we think the macao branch was not as good as the one in HK. Service could be more attentive. We didnt get refilled for our water unless we asked.
We had the afternoon tea set. I informed our waiter that I have a shellfish allergy and will not be able to consume the lobster and shrimp from the savoury bites and asked for alternative. They switched it and also took away the salmon one when I specifically said I’m fine with fish. Would love it if they would ask what scone we want instead of assume. The quality of the fruit jam is frankly quite appalling for a restaurant in a luxury hotel. The water for the tea was not hot, therefore we were having tasteless tea. Not steeped at all. Asked for a refill with hot water, still not hot, simply had earl grey flavoured water. Portion wise - we had two sets. Some of the desserts only came with one piece, some came with four. Very strange decisions. The hostess was friendly, the waiter/ server’s finger was frankly abit too close to the food when he was introducing. And the way he explained what the food was was rather ambiguous. Overall quite disappointing, hope to see it improve.
Great ambience, classy environment and magnificent food.
A nice dining experience.
I am impressed by my lunch in Alain Ducasse: gorgeous food, especially the french duck & the lobster caesar salad 🦞. The servers are brilliant, and are always prepared to advise on what's good and how i felt about the food. It is a very pleasant experience.
The new menu is great in a sense but we do really miss the previous menu with the Asian fusion theme.
