Food ... mainly is seafood only ... not other choose! Ice cream is fresh and delicious I am so wonder there is no sashimi provide at Thursday? So disappointed! The price is not include drink, and each table must order the drink ... seem not generous！
Good food and service
The lobster soup is extremely saltish and even a small birthday cake the restaurant prepared is chargble... being an AccorPlus Gold Member, it is not what I expected and am disappointed On the other hand, I still prefer Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok Hotel. Whilst it is only a 4 star hotel, the staff are friendly and humble. The staff at Voila Restaurant pretend to be engaging in some kind of imaginary work when I requested for service. Disappointed !
Très bon buffet, de l'entrée au dessert. Personnel très prévenant.
Sitting (sofa) could be more comfortable. A better selection of cheese would be great too. Seafood and fish are great so thank you for this. More fruit please as the selection was no too good. But sweats and cakes were very good. Great service!
I was not pleased when you did not serve complimentary coffee or tea. A lunch buffet is not complete without coffee or tea. Thank you
Should provide some soft drinks.
Third time there fir brunch. It seems service and food quality is slighly lowered. But its still worth of money
The food this time wasn't that good
The "seafood" were basically tasteless esp fish and clam! Sushi were unimpressed due to the mediocre ingredients. Thai food were nice. Cheese room and desert are gorgeous! Overall a mediocre experience.
Very limited food variety, not value for money
As always a very good value for money Excellent the Cheese Room Should include free flow of soft drinks/coffee-tea cause the impact on food cost is negligible but the feeling from customers would be so good. Many other buffets do include soft drinks free flow...
It was a really nice experience, the value for money are totally respected, the food was nice and the service nice and professional. But for the service can improved by more recommendation to guest and more explication. When guest seatting it will be more professional from staff to explain to them the buffet (seafood, dessert, cheese room, pizza...) because we were a bit lost.
We brought our friend here for a birthday lunch hoping it would be similar to the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit and/or the Athanee Plaza but we were disappointed: The restaurant was empty and had no atmosphere. The layout was strange. The pasta station was poor Desserts we're low quality and fruit selection limited and lack lustre. We we're surprised there was no Indian food. The choice of bread was very limited. It just made for a substandard experience and we all agreed that we should better stick to the Athanee Plaza for future lunches. We we're quite surprised as we had read that you recently won an award for your Sunday brunch and thought we could enjoy some of the award winning elements at the lunch. This was not the case unfortunately.
Not enough on main course
Excellent food quality and variety Great value for money
Buffet have limited food choice. Food quality is average.
Price should be increase in order to provide more choice in the Saturday brunch
The buffet spread is amazing, food was fresh and delicious, and the staff provided professional service. During the course of the meal, we were presented a two-tiered fried seafood platter. We did not order it but was told that it comes automatically to the table. Much as we appreciated it, it was too much food. I understand that most customers come to the Sofitel brunch for the luxury that the food brings. However, looking not only at environmental impacts but also on hunger and poverty issues particularly in this region, I would have thought that Accor Group of companies would be more mindful of its CSR footprint. To start, it would be good if wait staff first ask customers if they would like to have that two-tiered fried seafood platter. The customers can then decide if they would like to have it or not. I look forward to seeing improvements from Accor and Sofitel on its CSR in the very near future.
Food is too less of choices.
