Nice place and great food. I saw nothing to complain.even the women's restroom are complete with toiletries and so clean. I love to dine again next time
The experience was disappointing. First off, we arrived 7:45 pm and the food quantity was small. The filipino cuisine especially the kare kare was not replenished. I also noticed that the tempura sauce and miso soup were not even warm. We had to call the server's attention several times to serve the sukiyaki and the grilled seafood. We also had challenges in getting yogurt because the dispenser was not dispensing. It took several attempts from your waiters to fix the machine's problem. It was my birthday yesterday and to be honest my family and friends didn't enjoy the dining experience. We thought that we will experience "the luxury dining experience." Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I never had this experience with your SM Megamall branch. Dr. Hertz Alano
1. Disappointing spread. Why did you take out crabs from the menu? This is the 3rd branch I ate at that did not have crabs. Please update your menu and not include crabs if you're no longer serving it. False advertising is unacceptable. 2. Food quality seem to keep getting worst. If you're not going to improve on food quality- maybe keep it the same and not make it worst.
Overall it has been great. 5 stars for everyone!

the set up team who accommodated us are NOT ACCOMMODATING. Especially the girl who talk to me during set-up. She seems sarcastic in asking question and its like irritating to her if we have suggestions on how to set up the venue the way we wanted to be. She possess a bossy attitude and she treats us as an event organizer, but we are NOT! We are the HR TEAM. HR Team who mistreated during set up. Yung mas marunong pa sya sa may event. yung gusto nya set up nya yung sundin instead na yung set up namin. Hindi friendly kung makipag usap, at kung kausapin ako at ang team ko parang mga kargador ng catering services. My team felt degraded that time. I am saying this to improve her attitude and be friendly in ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!
We availed of the Big Group Proml as I had a party for 150 guests (mix of adults and kids). We did a count and we only had 124 adults but they billed us for 138 adults. the discrepancy is just too big. Furthermore, early in my booking I specifically requested for an HDMI cable and they gave this to another party who booked after me. I wish they know how to honor requests snd properly handle reservations
There're no crab.
Very good food. Fresh and delicious. Place is clean and they quickly refill.
Disappointed. Slow and unresponsive service. It’s like they are picking whose customer they will assist.
