Beautiful location overlooking Burj Al Arab, Palm and Sh. Zayed Rd. I enjoy every time I go there. Saad is making everyone feel so welcome.
good down hill service awful never again
Fab, fun, lively
You kindly let us add vodka to the ladies night as your marketing suggested other spirits were included. I am booked in again this coming tues So will be looking for the same 😉
We used to come regularly to this place and it became one of our favorite bars. After 3 months of not being able to go out, we visited again. However, we were little disappointed. Since the implementation of the new menu the value for money is unfortunately not anymore as it used to be. The quality of food is good, but before was just amazing! Few of the of the promotions Have been stopped and are no longer available. The late night happy hour as well as the code for discounted taxi rates have been stopped. Also service is just alright but nothing outstanding. We hope it will get back to where it was so we will be regular customers again.
What a lovely evening we had last Tuesday - views of Dubai were lovely.
nice view and serving, although i asked for a glass a prosecco and they brought me a glass of champagne :)
Why did the AED 13 drinks offer not there anymore ! That was the best deal we could ever get at the bar... Please bring it back - covid is not over yet :-)
We reserved a table on the terrace for drinks. Greeted by the friendly hostess and taken to our table. Waiting staff were very efficient . Drinks were really well priced as it was happy hour. Will definitely be going back and would recommend.

Fantastic ambience with a beautiful view
Good morning, Thanking you for sending me an email regarding feedback from Friday 20th November brunch. I am emailing on behalf of the booking under Laura Kennedy for 17 people. This was the first time myself and 16 of my friends had visited the venue or the brunch. However, looking at the menu we were really impressed with it and we were excited to try somewhere new. I was especially looking forward to the day as it was my birthday. However, from start to finish, I was nothing but disappointed and I feel like I have let all of my friends down. The list below details why we were so annoyed, I would appreciate your comments regarding each point. 1. We turned up at the venue at around 1.15pm, ready to start at 1.23. When we arrived, we were greeted by a non-socially distanced queue to enter the venue. If DHA arrived each member of my party would have been liable for a 3,000AED fine as it was impossible to socially distance given the size of the queue and how small the area was. I dread to think the fine that would have been given to the venue if there was a spot inspection. I understand temperature checks are required, however, there was temperature checks done as we entered the hotel, only a few minutes before, therefore, I don’t understand the requirement. In addition, we were asked to pay before entering, this was the main reason why the queue was so slow and so long. We were in the queue for around 30 minutes, not a good start to the day. Perhaps moving forward, guests can pay at the table. This is done at the majority of other venues across the city. 2. Given we were such a big party, we were split across 2 tables, 1 table got drinks right away. The other table were waiting a long time for their first drink. This continued to happen throughout the day, with both food and drinks. My friends on the other table got their first drink at around 2.10. Almost 1 hour after arriving. This in my eyes, is not acceptable, especially as they had already paid at the door. Perhaps moving forward, guests could be given a welcome drink as soon as they enter the venue, this is done at other venues such as: love parties and secret brunch. Two of the biggest names on the brunch scene. 3. Given the tables we were given, we were in the middle of the room, with all terraced doors fully open. This meant that wind was coming through extremely strong in all directions. This made brunch very uncomfortable and it was very disappointing. In addition, given it was my birthday, myself and my friends made a special trip to the hairdressers prior to brunch. This was a waste of time and money as our hair was ruined almost immediately arriving to brunch. I spoke with the manager at the time regarding the wind situation and I was greeted with ‘well, it wasn’t windy last week’. For a bar on the 23rd floor of a building, I am pretty confident it is windy all of the time. I offered the manager some solutions to the situation (at this point, majority of my guests wanted to leave as they were so uncomfortable.) Some of the solutions I gave was, close the doors slightly, put up a clear screen at the table, similar to what was at the DJ box. I was told the doors couldn’t be closed, as there was a table of 4 sitting at the doors and they would have to be moved and that would break social distancing rules…however, you were not concerned about social distancing at the entry to the venue, as explained in point 1. With regards to the clear screen, I was told there wasn’t any more. Perhaps this is something the venue should look at investing in. I then pointed out to the manager that there was sofa areas outside that my party and I could move to, he said that would be no problem and he would arrange for us to be moved after our mains. Myself and my party were happy with this and we were looking forward to enjoying our day wind free. However, this did not then happen. 4. With regards to the service, it was nothing short of shocking. As explained 1 table got their food and drinks no problem, the other table were still waiting on their mains as we finished desert!!! This is embarrassing, by this point my guests were cold, windswept, thirsty and hungry. I could only apologise to them and ask the waiter to speed the process up. Were you understaffed on the day, can you please explain why everything was so slow? 5. There were 9 people on my table – I was told 8 was maximum, again, breaking social distance rules. Who would be liable to pay the fine if spot checks were carried out? 6. When the food arrived, it was nice, however, there simply wasn’t enough of it. With the bread we asked for more, that didn’t arrive. The cold starters, we got 1 tray amongst 9 people, simply not enough, again asked for more, didn’t arrive. There was a vegetarian at my table and when we were given the cold starters, we asked what everything was and what was non-meat. The waiter simply told us to scan the QR code to look at the menu. This is the first time in my 5 years in Dubai where I have been told to look at the menu – we did do so, however, we didn’t know what everything was. In future, your waiters should explain each and every item when the guest asks them to. 7. When my tables mains arrived, there was no cutlery, again having to wait before eating. Things like cutlery should be given prior to food being served. 8. With regards to hygiene, there was no hand sanitiser on our table and there was no tissue left in the ladies bathroom towards the end of the day. We are in a global pandemic and these things are essential. Especially when you provide food such as bread and cold starters which would be eaten by hand. 9. I told the venue that it was my birthday brunch when I booked the table on 17th October via Instagram, however, since looking at the venues Instagram stories from the day, I seen that other parties got a birthday cake and celebration, this didn’t happen with me. I’m not sure why. As you can see, there were 9 things that went wrong on the day, a lot of people have asked me on my opinion on the brunch and I said how disappointing it is. I have also said I would not recommend it for future events. I am confident the 16 other guests at my party would be giving the same recommendations. I do not want to feel this way regarding the twenty-three brunch and venue, it has a lot of potential and I’m sure it can be a go to brunch for others in the future. Given my extremely poor experience last Friday, are you able to offer anything as compensation for myself and my party? I look forward to your feedback. Laura Kennedy 0585334780
Fantastic location, service and atmosphere. Will defo be back.
First time at twenty three bar and I will definitely be back, music was fantastic along with saxophone guy. Will be recommending to my friends to go also
The venue is really nice. Food was great and they serve proper drinks (some places the alcohol seems watered down). Really good vibe, especially when the dj arrived about half way through. Excellent value for money, I would expect this to be 400-450 if the venue was downtown.
One of my favorite places in Dubai, nice music, very good services and staff. Highly recommended.
Service started off really well, staff were attentive and drinks were regularly replenished. As the night went on this slowed down and we often had to request serving. Overall I enjoyed the evening.
The two British girls on the reception were very helpful under what looked like very difficult circumstances On a very busy night
Great vibe, very warm and friendly staff and super awesome music by the resident DJ. Going to be a regular here for sure.
Todo perfecto, sobre todo el personal!
Great team and kind service. Great location. Food was very good but somewhat surprised about a lack of vegan options which a lot of quality contemporary restaurants offer in the meantime.
a great venue with great service and views
