About Tracks and Records
Authentic Jamaican flavours and vibe
Really love the food Drinks was very reasonable price Staff was really welcoming and very polite help with the decision of food Staff was helpful on showing me the lounge and the information on it Definitely would go back.
Very nice experience,would definitely recommend.
Great new venue!
We all had a great time, lovely place, good service, and food on point. Seasoned very well and very tasty.
The staff were very welcoming , the food was tasty and yes different to your typical Caribbean place which was a plus, everything came out fresh and warm. I will definitely be returning there again soon
My party of 4 people were very pleased with service of Francesco. I found the main course menu very limited as a non-spicy food eater and would of liked to have seen greens, vegetables and Mac n cheese available as sides.
Waited over an hour to be served. Appetizers came with dinner after the long wait from taking order. Seems a little disorganized and short staffed.
I was not impressed. My first disappointment was the "Happy Hour" signage outside. I went in and thought "Happy Hour" was for everything as the signage didn't stipulate what drinks were on the "Happy Hour" deal. That is VERY MISLEADING. Is that how you intend to draw the crowd in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOOD. Secondly, I cannot believe that Usain Bolt would have given the thumbs up for the menu, there needs to be more of a variety of foods and not stipulate which part of the "Jerk Chicken" you would be given. It's not FREE, people are paying. The vegetarian and children's option was disappointing. The so called hardo bread, was a roll, I expected sliced hardo bread, the 2 miniature half ripe plantain and the dollop of coleslaw, which was not home-made, Really. Cannot believe that you are using Usain's name to draw people in. Just to finish off, THE FOOD DOES NOT REPRESENT THE NAME !!!!!!!!!!!
We had a great time ! I hadn't been before , you were recommended by a friend who had been. It was my cousin's 60th birthday and she was happy. Only thing is you might want to provide your guests with information about parking facilities near to you so they can plan ahead depending on when they visit you, it would help a lot.
It was a very lovely evening service was great and our waiter was so helpful all night long. Considering we we’re a large group with two birthday people celebrating there birthday’s, the area we had was lovely 😊 Food was good but the one finger festival with the fry fish wasn’t enough and rice portions need to be bigger! Also to be able to continue the night downstairs but the DJ was not great only played for himself, so only got to dance the last 10 minutes after we requested the music to change. Other than that everything else was amazing. We will be coming back - Thank you for a lovely evening.
Service very slow Starters came at different times Menu not that great Music too loud Levi roots a lot better to be honest
Fun, buzzy, delicious!
My family and I enjoyed ourselves my only fault was the music. Please play the clean version! I would love to bring my parents and my God children but not with that type of music - the vulgarity otherwise Great time Great food.
Food and drinks are nice and service was great I will go again
Great evening, food better than I was expecting will recommend and come back for more!
Food was not well seasoned. The escovitch fish was not coated enough and tasted like fish and chip shop fish. Chicken had too much skin on it. Fritters were the best part of the meal. Service was mediocre. A lot of staff but they were not all very attentive. 3/5,
We had an enjoyable afternoon and the staff were amazing especially the young lady who served us, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was excellent at explaining some of the dishes. I will back again on the 8th of May celebrating my friends birthday
Food was lovely but the portions was quite small.
Was greeted with a warm smile and the environment was lovely so had very high expectation. We looking forward to having a lovely meal here in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary as we got married in Jamaica. We were asked where we wanted to sit. So we selected a booth and were told we couldn't because there had to be 4 or more for a booth. The restaurant was virtually empty and I spotted only 3 other tables having guests. So we placed ourselves at a table for 2. we were given food menus and not advised that drinks were on the back. I asked for a drinks menu which the waitress brought over. A couple arrived after us who appeared known to the waitress and they wanted a booth and they were shown to a booth which we are told had to have 4 or more. At this point I asked the waitress if we could move to a booth and she agreed seeing that I was aware the same rules were not being applied to everyone. The food although flavoursome arrived cold and on the 3rd attempt had the jerk pork meal arrive hot. On the second occasion I asked the chef to taste what I was being served and she agreed it was barely warm. The apologies at the time felt a little limb as though they were not genuine. We had travel over 100 miles from Stafford to eat at Usain Bolts Restaurant and really disappointed. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant lacked customer service and quality and therefore not an award winning as would have been expected from a great athlete like Usain Bolt.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great drinks and amazing rum selection
Booking was easy to do and great service from friendly staff
As always the experience was great. It a little quite for my liking but I guess attending 1pm on a Sunday afternoon should have been expected. Apart from that it was great. Food ten out of ten as always. I think your waitress. (Young black girl with long black hair) (Sorry I didn't catch her name) is amazing at her job. This is the second time I've had her and she is always so warm and polite. I have a few friends and family who have also had her before and we all agree she is great. Keep up the good work guy's.
This was my first visit o the restaurant, generally a satisfactory visit but I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement. There should not be charge for the cloak room this is a restaurant not a club, no reputable restaurant would do this. The music was far too loud which prevented you have conversations which effects the ambiance whilst having a meal. If you investigate how music effect your mood, you would choose the music in the restaurant area more strategically so people will feel than they have had an enjoyable experience. The soup was very salty. The Guinness punch lacked an authentic flavour it just tasted of rum. The main course too far too long nearly 1 hour to arrive, the waiting staff are not proactive in ensuring all customers are looked after it took far to long to get someone's attention to order more drinks or more food. The menu options are limited.
Loved it! Great music, great food, great service 😁
I was very disappointed with where we were sat. I felt that booming about 3 weeks before attending would not have resulted being crammed on the end of a sofa. The food was very good but could do with more choices and starters. Our waitress when asked questions about the menu could not answer well and gave the impression she did not care either. We will return though for drinks and the basement vibes
