We are proud to be able to serve the most delicious and exclusive beef on earth. ’’The Emperor’s beef’’ - Wagyu Royal Label or Wagyu Gold Label - which originates from Japan, is an up-market luxurious product which is sold in sets. Each set has a unique passport with original identity and marbling grading. Toro Dorado takes great pride in serving this exceptionally limited meat, the epitome of the best of the best.
Scottish Black Gold:
The reason Scottish beef enjoys such high reputation around the world. The cattle are raised on the lush pastures of Aberdeen Shire & North East of Scotland to produce a beef that is constantly tender and succulent. Only the very best cattle which meet strict & tightly controlled quality standards are individually selected by skilled staff to carry the Mathers Black Gold mark. The beef is matured on the bone for a minimum of 14 days before being processed.
New Zealand Prime beef:
With its perfect temperate climate and abundance of land suitable for pastoral farming, New Zealand beef is raised on a natural diet of fresh pasture without the need for grain and nutrient supplements.
