About Tony Macaroni Silverburn
We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Tony Macaroni restaurant at the Glasgow Silverburn!
Our restaurants in Glasgow have always been a popular choice with the locals, so opening our new restaurant at Silverburn is something we’ve been really looking forward to! The latest addition to the Tony Macaroni family is situated in the food court near the multiscreen cinema, making it the perfect place for a tasty bite to eat after enjoying the latest blockbuster. But it’s not just cinemagoers that can enjoy our authentic Italian cuisine. We’re right next to the gym too, so if you’ve just finished a heavy session and need a healthy post-workout meal, head down to our restaurant for a pasta dish that will be make every rep seem well worth it.
We’ll see you there !
Been to the restaurant lots of time’s. Unfortunately my food was really bland. I ordered the pollo Milanese ugh arribiata and it was tasteless and chicken was overdone. The starter and mains came out together - all food was out by 1:09pm ( table was booked for 1pm) wasn’t impressed this time.
Beautiful food and great service. Very clean. A very pleasant lunch out.
Great service & value for money.will certainly return
Staff where very rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was to busy and there is no social distancing.
Great service - lovely food
I was surprised that there was no social distancing and that all tables were occupied. If it was not a lunch to celebrate a birthday I would've left. No hand sanitiser was offered and the one way in/out was not followed. I asked if my 22 month old daughter's kids meal of pasta could be brought first, it wasn't and it was too hot to eat when it arrived with the other food. The plate was too hot to touch and I had to spoon pasta onto a napkin for my daughter to eat. No children's cutlery was offered and the still water that came with the kids meal was a plastic cup of tap water. The burgers which we've had before and enjoyed were spicy and not what was expected, one member of our party couldn't eat the burger as it was too spicy. The portion of chips with one burger was half that of the other two and presentation was just food on a plate, no effort. Despite it being a Monday the 50% off was not taken from our bill and as we were in a rush to leave due to how busy it was we didn't query it. I won't be back soon despite having previously had good experiences and great food.
Food was not that’s nice the lasagne was very bland and no taste at all my husband who never complains had to send it back and got it took off our bill we won’t eat at Toni macaroni again.
Hi. I’m glad I have this opportunity to leave feedback. The Manager questioned us about our booking (I had made a 15 minute change due to being kept behind in work, to note online availability showed plenty of options in 15 minute slots). The manager wasn’t particularly friendly in his approach. Proceeded to sit us at a table back to back with another table with a large party. We had about 3 inches of space between us. The sign above the table advised there should be a 1 metre distance between other tables. It’s not the case as we were also within this distance to another table to our right too. I got the impression this branch just want to seat as many people as possible to get cash in. This was my first time out since lockdown in March so I was already very anxious. Their approach seems cash before safety. The member of staff who took our order and let us move to another table was very friendly and chatty. 10/10 to this gentleman. The service from this gentleman & food were fantastic but I don’t think this Manager should be front of house. You can tell someone’s demeanour despite wearing a mask and a gruff approach to customers doesn’t put anyone at ease. I wouldn’t normally comment on this as I know we’re all human and that people can have their ‘off’ days, however my friend was at the restaurant a week before and had a similar experience where the same manager ignored her when she asked a question. Thank you
Polite staff. Good food. Nice to enjoy a meal out post lockdown and feel safe.
Good food lovely friendly staff And quick service. Definitely be back.
Food was lovely. Service was great. Eat out to help out meant the price of the meal was reduced which was good.
Government defo helped our experience; wish we could do that more often; as our meal would have actually been £55.00; The food was amazing carbonara; king prawns; tomatoe bruschetta; spicy chicken pasta and kids chicken and chips were absolutely gorgeous; my kids finished the whole lot x Thankyou To the new girl and the chap who was training her; we sat at 3.45pm and were right next to the till at the front
Excellent will be back
It was good price because of the eat out to help out sceam, ok the first person forgot to add it but luckily the other server seen it and corrected it
I didn’t actually eat with you last night as the table provided was unsuitable for my party. I had 2 over 70’s in my party and we were being given a raised table with high bar stools which was completely impractical for them. I was told by the person on duty that I had requested this table when booking - I hadn’t! Extremely unhappy as was looking forward to a celebration meal; we won’t be back.
Service was good, food was lovely. we sat right under the air conditioning and our food went cold very quickly. Macaroni seems to have changed since we last eat at Tony macaronis was still very tasty just different.
Food and service was amazing
Very good service
Food was great and had great atmosphere
We waited over 1hour and a half for our food the drinks were very watery Even the coca cola drink and i kept getting sent the wrong drink Which was ment to be a vodka and tasted like it was water and lemonade We got sent our garlic bread nearly 1hour before we actually received our pasta i would maybe come back but maybe not at dinner time all the prices are far too high and not worth it
Perhaps provide a full covering around where customers are queueing as it’s a bit off-putting whilst having your dinner and a line of customers and children staring at you eating.
Our server was so friendly and helpful. We will certainly be booking again.
Excellent value for money, staff great and friendly, will definitely go back again.
Food was great however the service left a lot to be desired. We had to ask for cutlery and condiments. My daughter ate from the kids menu and ordered a dessert from the A La Carte menu however no one checked to see if we wanted the dessert included as part of kids meal. Menu prezzo was on and despite ordering macaroni cheese we were charged price from A La Carte menu I assume this was because my husband ordered a starter and I had garlic bread. To top things off we ate during eat out to help out and only received 3x £10 off despite 4 of us dining out. If this doesn’t apply to kids menu they should say so, however my child did eat a dessert from adult menu so should have received 50% off her dessert at least. Not impressed at all.
Asked for non alcoholic beer got alcohol cos girl didn't know it existed. Waited so long for drinks we had finished our meal. Stodgy pizza and risotto way too much garlic and sugar. Felt sick rest of night too much stodge more healthy options needed to the already ginormous menu. Menu way too big half the options would be better.
