Monday was my daughter’s birthday. She has two small boys so we decided on a 6 o’clock dinner at your restaurant. By 7.30 we’d had our starters but still awaited the main course. By then our elderly aunt felt unwell given the wait for food and had to be taken home. The boys had been given their pizzas and had finished them and were tired and restless. Even my daughter’s wine was wrong. She ordered Pinot Grigio and it plainly was not. We eventually had to take all the food to go. The pizzas had to be binned as they were cold, stodgy and unappetising. The rice dish had no rice. To say my daughter’s birthday meal was ruined is not an exaggeration. There was no opportunity even to have her cake that we brought. We have been regulars over the years at your restaurant but after this evening, never again. Clearly you were understaffed. The manager was abrasive and not at all welcoming. All in all this was very disappointing. My son-in-law paid £80 for one of the worst dining experiences I can remember.
A really lovely relaxed meal. Pity we did not have room for a dessert as they looked delicious.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, however we did have to wait longer than expected for our drinks. The food was absolutely lovely.
My husband and I recently visited the restaurant on Queensferry road for the first time. We had the early evening menu and were very impressed with the quality and price of the food and the authentic Italian service.
My daughter, granddaughter and I enjoyed our evening very much, lovely atmosphere, food and friendly service
Booke a table for 18.30 on Sat 7th Sept, not seated until 20 mins later, booking system needs worked on

Excellent food and service
Always very welcoming
Mushrooms didn't taste good. Manager was a bit officious.
Hi, I am afraid we didn't have the best experience. The restaurant was very cold. My husband didn't enjoy his pizza and left it. It remained on the bill despite the fact he didn't eat it. When he enquired why it hadn't been taken off the bill the Manager got extremely defensive and asked why he didn't like it and what was wrong with their cooking. My husband was embarrassed and didn't want to cause a fuss so simply said it wasn't to his taste. It was all very awkward. The service took ages, we had to wait 40 minutes for our meal. Was a real shame as my daughters 7th birthday meal.
Really disappointed with this visit. Very clearly understaffed, so service was appallingly slow. Made worse by lack of apology from staff. We are regular visitors as we live nearby, but this was by some way the worst experience yet. Pity - as it's normally really good.
It was very slow service last night.restaurant fairly busy. Not sure id rush back
Leonardo the waitress, was giving my friend very creepy looks, as if he was in love with her and when we asked if he could split the bill for us, he rolled his eyes, said something in Italian and walked away. We never got the split bill. Please fix this or we won’t be coming back. Which is a shame because your food is really good.
Food lovely, astronomical choice. Great for all occasions.
We have eaten here a lot and this was the worst experience. Food was very poor. The rice I had was over cooked and dried out. My 5 year old daughters pizza arrived 50 mins after ordering and my wife and I had almost finished our dinner by the time it did. I did say to the manger who apologised but no offer of not charging us for it. All in very poor. I will not be back.
Visited on a Sunday evening- good value Sunday menu. Service was slow between starters and main course and even then one main course had been forgotten! We received an apology and the cost was taken off the menu. Food overall was ok but not brilliant.
Great meal with the Grandkids!
We booked for my anniversary and took my parents so it was a special occasion. We booked for 530 and were not served our main course until 715 with no apologies or attention from the waiters or waitress. Several other people complained about their service and one person left refusing to pay ! Staff were rude and fed up with their jobs !! TM needs to think if they can offer a takeaway and a restaurant facility as there was more pizzas going out through the middle of the restaurant than there was getting served at the tables !
Waited almost 90 mins for our mains with 3 young children. Staff did not seem interested in the slightest. Extremely disappointing.
Lovely impromptu dinner - we love the Calzone! It’s great that all pizzas are available as a calzone.
Fantastic service and food as always. Staff are very friendly and didnt rush us out.
We arrived half an hour early, but were seated without and issue. Thank you for a very pleasant visit
