Lovely cocktails and fab food.
3 ⭐️ I have put that I would recommend. However the management need to read the reviews and sort this! Everyone is saying the same! Unfortunately I didn’t before I booked for a family meal to celebrate a special birthday. Food was lovely but service was very poor. Seemed very under staffed. The male that served last night didn’t even smile or talk when putting our meals down. Sat for a long time with no drinks (not great when you are out celebrating a 50th birthday). We had asked the person who brought our starter but that wasn’t his job so said 2 mins but nobody came. Eventually stopped a female staff member who did sort this and did give us a SMILE 🎉 She did apologies for this. We eventually got our drinks AFTER we finished our mains. Could see them sitting on the bar on a tray for 10 mins before they were brought to us. We won’t be rushing back until we see that your reviews are better.
Food and service absolutely fantastic as always. Highly recommend.
Menu Presto is excellent!
Service was a little slow especially as restaurant wasn’t overly busy but the gentleman who served us was very pleasant and seemed to be working extra hard to make up for the other staff who didn’t seem to be as efficient. Food was good as priced reasonably.
Always good value and good service
Great service fantastic food
As always very happy with food and service.
Unfortunately the service we received was poor. We felt rushed, the waiter forgot to bring our drinks order over until it was too late. Had to seek out staff to ask for spoons etc. Which is a shame as our salads were tasty. There was not hot sauce on our hot sauce deserts. It has put me off returning.
Always very happy with food and service
Music could have been a bit quieter and desserts were disappointing.
Very quick service to begin with but as restaurant got busier we were forgotten about and were then late for our evening plans as it took 45 minutes to get the bill after finishing dessert.
Excellent all round
Was there on a Friday about tea time so not too busy, however there didn’t appear to be enough staff on. Had to wait to be served and even longer wait to order desserts and the bill, we had to ask numerous times so not very good service that evening. Perhaps they had a lot of staff no shows but there was no apology for the delay we experienced. Would have to think twice about returning. Also the restaurant was cold I think they need to think about putting the heating on.
I have thought long and hard about whether to be honest or not. This visit was terrible. It was my child’s birthday & his favourite restaurant. The waitress was rude, surly and unhelpful. It took way much longer than normal to have our order taken. The food took way to long to come to us and when it did something’s on the plate were hot and others cold. They refused to take back my lukewarm pizza. They eventually relented with my husbands meal and refreshed his vegetables. The manager was unusually unhappy it seemed when he brought my sons birthday cake to the table. We tried to complain to the waitress but she stormed off. As a family we have been going to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed our food and the staff are usually brilliant. This however was awful. The restaurant was not busy. There is no reason for the staff to treat customers in this way!
Service was slow. Friendly staff.
Very nice restaurant, excellent food and staff very attentive. Could not ask for more.
Poor service, no one took our order and we had to ask. No drinks order before food order. Asked for extra crispy pizza and wasn’t. Good still nice. When asked for bill we had to ask for someone to pay. Felt like if we walked no one would have noticed.
Monday was my daughter’s birthday. She has two small boys so we decided on a 6 o’clock dinner at your restaurant. By 7.30 we’d had our starters but still awaited the main course. By then our elderly aunt felt unwell given the wait for food and had to be taken home. The boys had been given their pizzas and had finished them and were tired and restless. Even my daughter’s wine was wrong. She ordered Pinot Grigio and it plainly was not. We eventually had to take all the food to go. The pizzas had to be binned as they were cold, stodgy and unappetising. The rice dish had no rice. To say my daughter’s birthday meal was ruined is not an exaggeration. There was no opportunity even to have her cake that we brought. We have been regulars over the years at your restaurant but after this evening, never again. Clearly you were understaffed. The manager was abrasive and not at all welcoming. All in all this was very disappointing. My son-in-law paid £80 for one of the worst dining experiences I can remember.
A really lovely relaxed meal. Pity we did not have room for a dessert as they looked delicious.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, however we did have to wait longer than expected for our drinks. The food was absolutely lovely.
My husband and I recently visited the restaurant on Queensferry road for the first time. We had the early evening menu and were very impressed with the quality and price of the food and the authentic Italian service.
My daughter, granddaughter and I enjoyed our evening very much, lovely atmosphere, food and friendly service
