About Tony Macaroni Omni Centre
An authentic slice of Italy
Our motto is “live to eat” — and after a visit to Tony Macaroni, it will be yours too!
Seating worn and torn, atmosphere felt like a slight step up from my work canteen, toilets could do with a deep clean with toilet rolls just sitting on cistern and food good but expensive for what it was. That said present professional staff
Always freshly cooked food which is delicious and very good value. Staff are all very friendly and professional at all times. Ideal location when going to Playhouse to shows.
Lovely evening food was great, potatoes didn’t arrive with food but arrived shortly after once reminded. Great cocktails and fab puddings, even a “happy birthday” tune xx
The service was really good, we were served quite quickly.
Very disappointed with service! Was given bill when still had half bottle of wine left and the 3 children were still finishing pizza! Then had to ask for the children’s ice cream and felt so rushed! Very disappoint great out
Had a lovely meal and drinks before a show at the Playhouse. Would dine again.
Fantastic service x food great x no complaints whatsoever x
Food was delicious, staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Great welcome. Well trained hardworking staff. Fabulous food. Wine list a little limited on the rosé front. A Zinfandel would be a welcome addition.
Food was great, service was terrible. Took an hour before we got our food and only came once I cbased up, when food came order was wrong so had to then ask for missing items to be removed from bill. Shame the service let down the food.
I will go back again
Extremely understaffed!! Food nice but no friendliness from staff who just rushed all our table service. Couldn’t pay bill due to no staff available. Manager at door with a large q of customers waiting for tables and still no one available for us to pay. In the end we butted into a conversation when he went to take more people to tables and left us waiting. We handed the cash and receipt, told him we were leaving and left unamused. Feel free to discuss with me on [email protected] Mia and Alistair McLeod
As always great friendly and fast service with amazing food
I would honestly say that this is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The restaurant is by far the best I’ve been to in the chain, and as well as the food being good, the service stood out as great as any 5star restaurant I’ve been too. Superb, and staff a credit to the chain. Set us up for the theatre.
Fantastic food, fantastic service
Was so disappointed in our meal, we both ordered lasagna, my mums had to go back as it was so burnt. They were tiny portions and were tasteless. Paying £9.50 for something that must of cost a pound to make and not even made well. Garlic bread was dry only decent thing was the wine which was delicious. 40 quid on a lunch was not good value, would of rather got a bag of chips from the chippy across the road. We go to the tony macs in Livingston all the time and it’s always good but I won’t be going back to the Omni centre.
As always Tony Macaroni @ The Omni Centre delivers the best food at the best prices. Wish I got the waiters name as he was wonderful. Thank You x
The waiter started to clear away used plates act while still eating then after he started he asked if it was ok to take my hubby bring such a nice guy said yes. Waited what seemed to be a long time for dessert to be ordered after given the menu wasnt what I was expecting to get as was set on menu as apple in filo pastry what I got was apple sponge with soft filo pastry But was still quite tasty
Busy but service was quick and efficient, food delicous and good value, what else do you need.
Nothing bad to say food was excellent service excellent will defiantly be back
Very poor customer service from staff at the restaurant! Too many staff rushing about tying to be efficient but infact, were making too many mistakes and making customers feeling rushed. Poor management if you ask me. Booked a pre theatre meal, brought starters and mains together, no offer to take the mains back etc and made us feel uptight. The que was out the door but kept welcoming customers leaving the restaurant overcrowded & uncomfortable. Would NOT rush back! ...
Food came very quickly but we felt very rushed to finish our meal and vacate table as restaurant was getting busier even though there looked like there were still plenty of tables free. Table was booked for 5pm and we were out for 5.40.
Seated for 2 mins when asked for drinks which was ok as we knew what we were ordering. 2 mins later, asked if we were ready to order food (barely even opened the menu). 1 min later, a different server asked if we were ready to order. 1 min later a different server asked. We could barely look at the menu for being interrupted! Our starters were lovely however my sister had just put the final mouthful in when a server came and asked if we were finished. Without waiting for a response from me (my sister couldn’t respond as her mouth was full), he took the plates away. When our mains arrived, again 3 different servers asked us if everything was ok. By this time we were really agitated. So much for a nice relaxing meal! We ordered 2 Flirtini’s which didn’t arrive until we asked. 10 seconds later a server collected them from the bar. They had obviously been standing there for a while as they were flat and warm. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. I’m afraid I won’t be back at Tony’s which is a shame because previous experiences have been fab!
I visited on Friday the 26th April and loved our service. I visited with my gran before going to Matilda the Musical and would love to come back with my mum. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with added chicken and got exactly that. The pizza was amazing I then had a lovely hot chocolate. Thank you Tony Macaroni!
