About Tony Macaroni Irvine
Our Irvine restaurant is located in Riverway retail park in the centre of town and a stone’s throw from the train station.
There is a wide selection of retailers next to us with lots of parking and we attract local families and shoppers. We have a take away counter so you can pop by and collect Tony Macaroni favorites to enjoy at home.
The menus have been created by Italian celebrity chef, Fabio Campoli who collaborated with our own award winning chefs. All of our food is made fresh onsite from the finest ingredients while our chefs have extensive training in Italian food.
Our produce comes from Italy and from the best local suppliers and we have a wide selection of fine wines and cocktails.
Lovely pre Christmas lunch with family. We all enjoyed our time at Tony Macaroni
We usually love eating here but it really was a disappointment this time. Heating was broken. Place was absolutely freezing, so much so we ate as quick as we could so we could leave. The main course came 50 mins after our booking started. My daughter hated the macaroni and never ate much at all. Took it with her to be polite but tasted like it was made with Parmesan. Did not taste nice at all. Was a real shame.
Had lunch and had a fabulous experience. Our waitress was lovely and couldnt have done any more for us. The food was terrific and portion sizes were great. Certainly never left hungry. Will definetly be returning
Staff were lovely, service was good, all restrictions in place, I love this place.
I think it was the manager however my partner and I were having a Christmas lunch before the festive period. The female manager took.tike.to speak to our 6 year old son, got down on his level and gave great service speaking about Christmas and Santa. Great food, great portions and great atmosphere will definitely be back as we enjoyed the food and overall experience so much. So glad that there is now a Tony Macaroni's near me 👍🏽
We usually love toni macaroni but it wasn't very nice yesterday. The chips were burnt and we waited over half an hour when it wasn't busy. Its normally lovely but my sister was disappointed and it was for her birthday
The shift manager worked flat out to deal with all the challenges of an under staffed restaurant. This was the last Saturday before Christmas and the place was woefully understaffed. The service was ok given the circumstances. The food was average. It took nearly 2 hours for 2 courses so service was not rapid. Do not over stretch staff and it will pay dividends!
Always a great dining experience at Tony's in Irvine. My local one is Largs but it is shut. Chef Ali is fantastic ans Laura was as usual brilliant. Lillian and I will be back again once the restrictions are lifted.
Full marks to the staff for making us feel secure and well looked after. They worked their socks off!
The service was nice & welcoming and the food was excellent. However w did have quite a wait for our starter & main course. The prices are good on weekdays, but overpriced at weekends.
Felt very safe In the restaurant yesterday. The staff were lovelt and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Absolutely fantastic!! Couldn’t believe the size of the portions. Took a doggy bag away, kids had it for dinner and loved it too. The girls serving us were very nice and super quick. Great wee lunch out :) thanks!
Got the traditional Christmas lunch, thought four small cubes of potatoes was a bit on the mean side, sprouts were a tad hard too, but was lovely none the less. Just needing a wee cheeky cocktail to wash it down with
Food was fantastic with great size portions, as was the service. Great place the only downside was the cold temperature in the restaurant. Other than that I would give it 5 stars
Went to Tony Macaronis for what was supposed to be a nice Sunday dinner. Disappointed to say the least it was a complete waste of money. I understand that during these times there is little atmosphere due to no music etc but it was not a nice place to sit in. Food was terrible, risotto was sloppy and tasteless, pizza topping slid straight off base as so greasy, fizzy drinks were flat. Staff tried their best to be cheerful and the waitress who served us was very pleasant. I will not return and I will not recommend.
Pizza base was thin and soggy.
Great meal , staff are very friendly and good quick service . I have been to Largs tony macaronis a few times and been really disappointed in the food and speed of service , but the Irvine restaurant is a million times better. Food was fantastic . I will defiantly be back . Staff make you feel so welcome
Huge portion, excellent food and great friendly service.x very impressed. Great prices for what we had.x
First time visiting for lunch and it was amazing, staff were very friendly, food was lovely, good sized portions, great menu choices. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Lovely lunch today - huge portions but was a very uncomfortable visit due to the venue being freezing - don’t think there was heating on at all
Enjoyed our food in your restaurant. The only problem was that the place was really cold, don't know if the heating was on, but didn't order dessert or coffee because of this.
Really good food and really good service. Strangely no back ground music
We booked for 12pm didn't actually realise that is when it opens and the only thing I could fault on is the restaurant was freezing - I had to keep my jacket on all through the meal. The food and service bwere great and it was the first time visiting this restaurant since it was converted from a Frankie & Benny's - I'll definitely be back.
Love the pasta dishes. Really enjoyed our meal and the service was lovely. Only downfall was the decor and lack of atmosphere let the place down. Although relatively new the resteraunt feels old and tired.
