The worse customer service I’ve ever received, Actually think this was the only time I’ve ever said that I don’t want to pay my service charge. Firstly, We asked for a seat that was more comfy and near a heater because I’m 7 months pregnant and was told no unless was 4 of us, Even tho for 40mins the seat near the heater was empty, Also it was how rude this person was no apologies or I can have a look for you or I can get you a cushion I just got a NO. Secondly we must’ve have been given food about 10 times that wasn’t ours, We was constantly getting drinks coming to us that we hadn’t ordered it was like nobody new who ordered what, once maybe I understand but 10 times it just not on, I had pints beers and cocktails constantly been brought to me when obviously they’re not going to be mine. When my food came it was wrong I ordered the chicken and was given this Vegetable meal cannot remember what, What I said that wasn’t mine I got asked twice if I’m sure when obviously I know what I ordered. I think what annoyed me the most was that my food went to another table which was then left at that table and was then given to me which I think at the moment with covid I should’ve been made another meal but that wasn’t a option I was just told the customer hadn’t touch my food but I don’t know how they would be 100% sure. my mocktail was the same price as a actual cocktail with alcohol in it which I think isn’t fair. I don’t feel any like any covid safety measures were put in place and everyone was very rude. Apart from one guy I spoken to at the end he was more genuine. I’ve seen your restaurant on Instagram and I was so excited to go but it definitely didn’t live up to what I saw on Instagram.
Service was very slow. We ordered a bottle of wine about 10 minutes after sitting down - that didn’t show up for 15-20 minutes. We then ordered food at around 8.30 and that didn’t show up for an hour. Food itself was very nice but quite overpriced for what it was. £15 for a flatbread with some mushrooms on top? We then asked for the bill at 9.45. We kept looking around for someone to bring us the card machine, and that didn’t end up happening until 10.25. Normally we wouldn’t mind as we were catching up, but it was very cold and we weren’t sat anywhere near a heater. This was only with outdoor table service, imagine what the case would have been like if there was indoor and outdoor seating! Was quite disappointing.
Delicious food and friendly service. Will be back!
It was still covid restricted outdoor only service at the time, so it could have done with more and better patio heaters but other than that, great place and great service.
Fine in the end. One of the waiters got arsey with the booking, demanded to see booking etc, poor customer service despite being moved around by other staff members. Training needed!
Stunning very very nice. Great service. Second visit and everything we’ve ever eaten has been fantastic. The brunch is very good value for money. Will be back again in a few weeks time.
Very slow service
What a lovely place, great service and tasty food. A special thanks to Damien and staff for making my friend’s birthday so special and memorable.
We had a wonderful bottomless brunch experience over the long weekend! Laura was an excellent waitress and was very attentive and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend booking a bottomless brunch at Timmy Green.
Was completely overbooked and under staffed, waited way to long for everything sitting for two hours to wat cold chicken is not my way of enjoying a lunch. It was our anniversary and we noted it on the reservation yet was placed behind a table of boozy bunch clients and could barely hear each other. Will def not recommend or return.
Great food and service. Couldn’t fault all that worked there.
Great food, great atmosphere, very generous with bottomless
Unfortunately quite disappointed by the service and set- up as I had heard and looked at great things. Not very welcoming, fun or attentive. No umbrellas set out or heaters and just a bit of a downer on the day
Really lovely atmosphere and food, but the service was terrible and food and drink were freezing upon serving! We waited over an hour to even receive our coffees, cold, then breakfast took another 20 minutes on top. We had technically run out of our 90 minute slot before food was even served. Food taste incredible but being served cold didn't help with what is already a very cold outdoor dining experience. Would come again but only when open indoors and hopefully a bit quicker service
the *one* vegan option was overpriced for what was essentially a variety of cooked/ steamed vegetables and tofu. no nuts, no bread/ starch option inclusive. Bit of a shock compared to the prices of more filling brunch dishes that were non-vegan.
Great food. Service was good once we eventually got served. Would recommend
Really disappointing, really slow sometimes rude service (with the exception of a couple of staff who were great). Food was very average especially when it’s relatively expensive. Wouldn’t go back for dinner
Good food, quick service & most staff were lovely and helpful.
Had such a lovely time, food was delicious and everyone who worked there were so nice! Would definatly go again!
Fantastic serving team, friendly , delicious food! Slow service with the food but we didn’t mind as the staff were friendly and prosecco was free flowing !
Food was beautiful and staff were so friendly and accommodating!
I love Timmy Green (and the whole Daisy Green Collective including Radio Lamington!) I was already a fan and had been to Timmy Green a fair few times before Covid and so wanted to go back now to support the hospitality industry. We sat outside (because that’s all we are allowed now!) and it was freeeeeezing but the cocktails warmed us up! Two of us had the burger and I had the chicken parmy. The hispi cabbage on the side was so good! My only small niggle was the massively reduced size of the chicken compared to the olden days pre-Covid but I absolutely understand you need to make some money! The Mars Bar cheesecake was excellent but we were not so keen on the pavlova. It wasn’t made with love and missed out on the old school fruit. (As much as we all love rhubarb!) The service was amazing. I wish I knew the name of the girl who served us. She was Spanish I think. She was just wonderful and was working so hard.
Horrible experience. We waited for 1.5 hours in the freezing cold for our food to be served even after following it up with the waitress three times. We saw other tables being served before us even though we arrived and ordered way earlier than them. Even the house wine took forever to be served! Would not go again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Alex was very attentive and the food was very good
Staff were the main reason I would return, so friendly and accommodating and the conversation when taking orders was great honestly your staff are the key! They were so great
