About Three Sisters Bake Killearn
At our café, in the idyllyic setting of Killearn, we pride ourselves on producing as much of our food as possible ourselves using a wide range of fresh, seasonal, local produce to create simple dishes which are bursting with colour and flavour!
We are fully licensed and open for breakfast and lunch seven days, serving a mouth watering array of home made soups, salads, pates, sandwiches, cakes, scones and breads.
In our craft boutique and deli, we stock a range of local crafts, gifts, home accessories, books and cards as well as delicious takeaway snacks, local produce, free range eggs and sweet treats.
All the savouries for the brunch were very nice although some were going a little cold. It would have been nice to have the cinnamon buns and mince pies served warm. My daughter loved the crafts and we all had a lovely time although it is slightly expensive for what you get.
Lovely event! Great to have a Christmas event that’s as much fun for children as it is for adults! Food was great aswell x
Delicious and my son enjoyed the activities.
We had a great time with our 4 and 7 year olds. Would definitely return next year, although I'd be interested to know if you make any changes for returning visitors or if it's exactly the same each year?
This was our third year returning for the crafternoon tea with our young daughters (age 6 & 7) Food selection was good albeit the children’s portion sizes had noticeably shrunk and the biscuit to decorate had halved and the icing they were given to decorate was now just one colour and it had almost set which made it a struggle for them to decorate. For the adult afternoon tea it was disappointing not to be able to choose a coffee that we’ve had before as part of this package such as a latte or a cappuccino. I felt that ‘upselling’ for other drinks was part of the experience this year which hadn’t been before. We were asked quite a few times if we wanted other drinks. It does put me off coming back again as I would rather pay for an inclusive experience as I felt that the atmosphere was more relaxed. I understand that prices can’t stay the same but I would rather pay a couple of pounds extra for the same experience had in previous years. Just a little disappointing this year I’m afraid.
Lovely afternoon, the staff went all out to make sure we had a great experience. They were very attentive and the service was great. Food was lovely also. Will definitely book this event again.
Great Christmas carfternoon tea! Food lovely, staff very friendly and my son loved the crafts!
Kids had a great time at afternoon tea with crafts. It was good value for money selection of food for adults and children was excellent. Well organised and liked by all. Would return next year thank you!
We had a brilliant day having brunch and storytelling with the elves yesterday. Would highly recommend it and will definitely be booking it next year. The adults enjoyed it as much as the kids.
Loved the story time brunch! Staff were lovely, huge effort put it to ensuring everyone enjoyed themselves. Lovely food. Books were a great touch. Will be booking again for next year, my 3 year old keeps asking to go back and see the elves!
We preferred this year at Killearn instead of Quarriers last year. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive (we were regularly offered drinks). The food was better this year. The Christmas tree activity kept the kids entertained in what was a bit of a lull last year. It’s a great event and we will be back next year!
Food was delicious & staff very helpful. Definitely worth a visit!
Lovely freshly prepared food, cakes amazing. Very accommodating in changing our booking, all round great place.
Lovely fresh food served by friendly staff. Views are amazing too!
Lovely lunch with my Mum.... Great atmosphere. Lovely festive decorations.
Offers good vegan 🎂 cakes
Delicious food served by amazing, friendly staff. Every visit a pleasure.
Beautiful food, very helpful and attentive staff, really enjoyed the visit.
Not a problem with food or drink but having spent in excess of £30 in addition to the Itison voucher was appalled to find we had been charged £1.50 for additional bread requested to finish large portion of hummus when we hadn't been advised of same. The portion of bread given initially was very small. I can but a loaf for this amount and would have declined if I'd been advised of charge. Have been to all TSB venues but this marred our enjoyment and won't be back.
Lovely light bright cafe and we were there on a gray rainy November day. Very busy, and righty so the food was totally delicious, fresh, homemade, and seasonal. The staff were lovely and helpful, service was excellent. Will definitely be back again
I have been to three sisters bakery on numerous occasions and always really enjoy it, the reason I purchased the itison deal. I took my mum as a treat and wasn’t impressed atol. I asked for the taster board which came on a small plate not a board which I know it comes on usually, i was suppose to have homemade ciabatta along with it, I was given a slice of brown bread and was only given an explanation about the bread when I asked a staff member who informed me the ciabatta was finished. We were put at a table with a sign saying itison deal which I found extremely embarrassing. It really wasn’t a very pleasant experience atol.
When i made my booking i thought it was a selection of the crafts i didnt realise it was all included in the fantastic price. We had a good time and was a nice start to halloween week. Will do it again!!! I even told my friend and she also attended and a great time with her daughter
Fabulous time crafting and eating. What a brilliant idea. Coming for Christmas crafternoon tea. Can’t wait. Thank you. X
Pumpkinfest was a hit; the kids loved decorating the pumpkins and the colouring in, but the absolute highlight was icing the pumpkin-shaped cookie. Great, friendly service and helpful staff. Very pleased overall. Thanks!
We had a lovely lunch, Pumpkinfest crafts were a brilliant idea. Entertained our 2 year old while we ate. She didn’t even help herself to Mummy & Daddy’s cakes which is unheard of!
