About Woolpack Inn Warehorne
A beautiful 16th century inn nestled in the peacefully picturesque village of Warehorne. The Woolpack is opposite St Matthew’s church and surrounded by grazing Romney Marsh sheep. There’s a wonderfully welcoming bar, comforting food and five characterful guest rooms.

****WHY WAS I ALLOWED TO BOOK WHEN THE PUB WAS CLOSED? YOU CONFIRMED MY RESERVATION AND WHEN WE ARRIVED AFTER A 45 MINUTE DRIVE THE PUB WAS CLOSED. VERY UPSET
Excellent stay and excellent food.
Lovely, cosy pub. Dog and child friendly (all well behaved, of course). A great find. Looking forward to our next visit.
Very enjoyable
Great setting, super food and lovely people. What more do you want?
We really enjoyed a roast dinner (best one we have had out for years)and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend!
Booked a table for myself and 3 friends for Sunday lunch pre lockdown 2.0. The staff were fantastic, attentive and the food was lovely. I'd highly recommend the best of both roast dinner which on this occasion was beef topside and roast pork. Good portion sizes and we will definently be back in December once they are back open.
Perfect setting for a roast on a wet and windy Sunday. Great food as always.
.
Lovely little pub with great food and atmosphere.
Third visit to the Woolpack in the last year as the pub is sadly 50 minutes away from my home... Fantastic pub with lovely atmosphere ... Food was excellent, service friendly and very welcoming. Will definately be back again. Only thing missing was the fire on our side of the bar, but hopefully next time ..... Thankyou fir a lovely lunch, and all the best in the next Lockdown
Friendly service, lovely atmosphere and great choice for vegetarians.
We understand it is difficult for everyone at present.
Since this pub has changed hands I believe the food has improved so much .Its a very cosy great atmosphere for a quiet drink and a lovely meal
Lovely meal well deserved after a 2 mile hike across the fields. Kids were impressed so happy days all round. Thank you
Our favourite pub. Wonderful venue, excellent service - most pubs would give their right arm to have such a dedicated team. A really enjoyable experience.
This was the nicest dining experience we have had for quite a time. Lovely service and really delicious food in a very cosy pub. My only criticism is that I don’t like Fentimans tonic water !
Great value on the eat out help out discount days, we were really well looked after, great personalities there :) Oh and family really enjoyed the food, too.
I paid a solo visit to the Woolpack Inn in Warehorne in late October. I was a little early for my reservation but was welcomed by the friendly lady who also took my drink and food order from my table. The Pub was not busy, so lacked a little in a Pub "hubbub" but the food was excellent and service great. I will return with a few friends next time!
At last somewhere that served the best roast dinner I’ve had the pleasure to eat out
Nice welcome and friendly service. Good atmosphere in the pub and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend.
Fabulous!!
We stayed here just for one night. Our room was delightful compact and cosy loved the free standing bath. Room was extremely clean as was all the pub. We booked an evening meal which was delicious, service was great. Our waitress and all staff were lovely. Would highly recommend such a picturesque peaceful little getaway. Good value for the money 😊
Great evening, despite the COVID restrictions the staff have done themselves proud. We had the Folkestone Turbot, really really nice, never had it before, quite expensive and not much on the plate but... it was worth it!
Absolutely outstanding once again. Service was fantastic from check in to our meal in the lovely restaurant. Lovely guy checked us in and served us throughout the meal. Very polite and attentive. Room was spotless and we felt very safe at all times with precautions put in place by the woolpack. We are so looking forward to our 4th visit as soon as we can get another night away child free! Thank you to you all. Keep being amazing!!
