About The Windmill Inn Brascote
Our story
The Windmill Inn was taken over and fully refurbished in July 2012, opening our doors on August 4th 2012.
Our head chef (Alan Morgan) and head front of house (Steve Bazeley) own the business and are very much hands on! Our Head Bar and Waitress staff offer vast experience and support the team in all ways. It is a happy environment and pleasurable place to work which reflects on customer experience.
We are a team!
We pride our selves on quality at all levels. Our goal is simply for our customers to enjoy their time with us.
We firmly believe that only with quality comes success and always welcome your comments as a means of ensuring that all of our customers, both new and old, continue to enjoy their visit to The Windmill Inn.

Brilliant night
Marvellous. For a Valentine's Night menu, we couldn't have chosen better.. Well done Steve & Co.
Lovely food and excellent friendly service. We look forward to eating there again soon
Food was superb, 4 of us, all had different and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
Enjoyed the taster menu for Chinese New Year. Food and service excellent and lovely live music created a very relaxed experience.
Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects ot the Charity night.
Taster menu experience was excellent. Will definitely book again.
Best place ever X
Went on pie night. Best pies we have had! Real value for money too. Lovely surroundings and nice atmosphere.
Excellent Food and Service. Would definately recommend the food here.
This is the 3rd time we have ate at the windmill and it’s beyter every time The Sunday lunch is superb and the fact it’s only up the road from where we live is perfect can not recommend this place enough we will be back regular
We are fairly regular customers and last night as always was great. We went for the pop up steak night after seeing it advertised. The steaks were incredible, cooked to perfection and the desserts were indulgent and delicious.
Tasty food well cooked
The windmill never fails to impress!
Every time I go to the Windmill Inn at Brascote they get better and better and I would encourage one and all to pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.
40 members of U3A enjoyed a superb lunch with great menu, slick service, lovely staff and excellent value. Thank you to the whole team at The Windmill
We had a lovely meal I am gluten free and vegetarian, they change a starter for a main for me and made sure everything was gluten free before given. This was a welcome change for me as I often struggle to find food to eat and usually end up with a gluten free pizza so to have a risotto was great. The service was exceptional. We will be back for sure.
The food was lovely and the staff very obliging. Will definitely be going there again, have already told the rest of the family about it, One slight negative was the price of a large glass of wine at £7, thought that was a bit high.
Lovely food, friendly homely service. All round a fine meal. Note re 40th anniversary meal on the booking was not referenced, something extra special would have been nice.
Excellent could not fault anything Well worth the money Will definitely be back
Lamb shank pie was disappointing. To fatty and tasteless.
very nice meal and service was good also.
Delicious food and excellent service! We asked for a quick table and we were given exactly that! Many thanks!
Nice food, but poor service.
Very cosy, warm, friendly atmosphere with good home cooked style food at a reasonable price
