About The Windmill Inn Brascote
The Windmill Inn was taken over and fully refurbished in July 2012, opening our doors on August 4th 2012.
Our head chef (Alan Morgan) and head front of house (Steve Bazeley) own the business and are very much hands on! Our Head Bar and Waitress staff offer vast experience and support the team in all ways. It is a happy environment and pleasurable place to work which reflects on customer experience.
We are a team!
We pride our selves on quality at all levels. Our goal is simply for our customers to enjoy their time with us.
We firmly believe that only with quality comes success and always welcome your comments as a means of ensuring that all of our customers, both new and old, continue to enjoy their visit to The Windmill Inn.
Everything about this meal was excellent.
As usual a fantastic rally wat the Windmill.
Had a lovely evening and enjoyed the new menu
My favourite little place. Can't wait to book for my 40th!
The singer was also very good
Excellent meals and presentation
Always our go to place for a special occasion or just if I can’t be bothered to cook after a long week
Food here always great. (Omg the pies!! )My birthday treat and I enjoyed it immensely
Nicely presented food with good flavours we all found something we liked - friendly staff. Enjoyed our evening very much, thank you. Sharper knives for the steak and chicken would have been useful maybe but we didn't ask for them anyway! and a lighter pudding option ? We will return again. It is without doubt the best Sunday dinner I have ever had in any pub or restaurant ever; the flavours were outstanding..real food made by real chefs EXCELLENT!!!
Absolutely brilliant! we have been many times with friends and family, sometimes large groups, always receiving superlative food and service. After a very poor experience before Christmas with a group of 18 people, the return visit was wonderful and up to the usual extremely high standard of food and service from friendly and efficient staff that we are accustomed to. Thank you. We've already booked to come again!
Had the posh pie and it was amazing, just one thing, your website says the price is £12 for the posh pie but on your restaurant menu’s it was £15, but still worth it.
Everything was really good and the food was excellent.
We've been before but this time we used the online booking and it was so easy! Our meal was great, good vegetarian option for Sunday lunch. The lady who served us was also very friendly and provided excellent service.
As always a lovely welcome and service
Never disappointed here. Good choice of real ales and the food is always excellent.
Well cooked interesting food served by excellent staff.
Mussels were good quality and VERY tasty. T bone steak a bit fatty. Flavours in bass fillet dish were excellent. Cheese cake is the nicest I’ve ever tasted!
We came here with a friend for Sunday lunch. The food and service was excellent (with generous portions!) and lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
We have been several times now for evening meals,Sunday lunches and last Xmas, every time the food has been excellent, will be going again soon.
The inside of the restaurant looks good, but externally is scruffy. The Staff were great and the food was very good. However £9.60 for a Gin and Tonic? Robbery!
The whole experience was wonderful. We heard about you through a friend and visited the day after our Wedding for Sunday lunch. We returned again this week for my mum’s 60th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service! Will definitely be back again soon!
Everything about the evening was great. Easy to book online, welcoming and efficient staff and excellent food. Will definitely go back.
