Thank you for looking aftet The Intelligencia Club. Everything was great
Food and service were amazing!!!
The food was nice and large selection of drinks, however service and attitude of staff let the venue down hugely. It was a birthday meal for myself however I arrived 15 mins late due to the giants being in Lpool. My friends had already ordered a bottle of prosecco. When I sat down we were pounced on by the waiter to take our food order, we asked for 5 minutes. He said “well it’s going to be busy soon so the food will be slower to come” my friend said ah that’s ok we’ve got time. He responded “actually you’ve only got 1.5 hours now because we need your table back.” Bear in mind I had only just sat down, and it was for my birthday. I was furious and he was lucky that I didn’t tell him what I thought of his level of customer service and attitude. I was close to complaining to the manager but I didn’t want to ruin our evening. The waiter in question also kept touching my friends and I when he came over. Bizarre and far too overly friendly. We reserved a booth near the bar for after our dinner, but were moved by the bar manager saying that it hadn’t been reserved properly. He was rude and didn’t try and reciting the situation. The booth we were moved from was then empty for an hour, while we were spending money. Overall not impressed by most of the staff we came into contact with.
Fabulous food... and service. Definitely recommend to family and friends.
we had a lovely evening, I had a fantastic singapore sling cocktail made for me by friendly, chatty bar staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and was very well looked after by our waiter for the evening. The mood was relaxed and we were allowed plenty of time at our table. Would definitely recommend and would visit again, sadly though we live quite a long way from Liverpool......any chance of opening a venue in Cardiff?
Charged for drinks we didn’t have and starter was awful
The Vincent never disappoints, the best Sushi in town! Amazing food and great atmosphere
best sushi in Liverpool and lovely service as always!
Excellent Service - with thanks for a great meal.
We shared a starter platter and small sushi platter between 4 of us and it was the perfect forerunner to a delicious roast beef Sunday Lunch. The service was attentive but no overbearing. We chose a Malbec from the wine list to accompany our beef and at £28 it met our taste and price expectations.
We had to ask for our drinks with our afternoon tea on two occasions. Service was poor. Food was lovely though!
It was slow service due to servers doin several tables at once
Booked in for the Asian afternoon tea through their website. Upon arrival was asked if we had a Wowcher code which we did not. We were then seated and asked if we’d like prosecco or tea, we asked for prosecco and this was brought swiftly. Cakes and sandwiches were then brought out on a stand, so I said I wanted sushi instead of sandwiches, which was specified on their website menu. The waiter didn’t know what this was so went and asked another member of the team who confirmed that they no longer do the Asian afternoon tea (even though its still currently on their website). I then asked if they could do half the tea vegetarian so some different sandwiches were brought out. I asked the waiter if he could tell me what were in the sandwiches and which were vegetarian, he said he didn’t know and he’d have a look. Not really acceptable to have a guess. 5 out of the 8 looked like cheddar cheese and tomato on plain white bread, served with 2 scones, 4 tiny pastries and a mousse of sorts. By this point we just explained to the matre de that we were not happy with the service or quality and left without touching the food. Having seen many images online of the Asian afternoon tea, I can only assume that they have skimped down due to the Wowcher offer. Shame really as it’s such a nice venue.
The childrens favourite sushi in Liverpool
A thoroughly enjoyable evening all round on our Anniversary weekend with a knowledgeable and great fun Brazilian waiter to make the night with his advice. We would recommend wholeheartedly, but don't expect to see Stevie G!
pleasant but very slow service. food was good but very overpriced. for a meal for 3, without a proper starter, deserts or alcoholic drinks to cost nearly £100 is absolutely ludicrous considering we didn't even order too much food.
The food was very good as was the service One of our party ordered turbot and we all agreed the portion size was small we raised this with the waiter who was helpful but disnt actually agree with us On the whole a good experience
The service & food was unbelievable, we haven't had a meal that good in such a long time! The Vincent never fails to deliver 👌🏼
Service quick and very friendly, food was amazing
Amazing Sunday roast with large portions and beef melted in my mouth . Fantastic value for money .
The Vincent never disappoints.
We waited over 30 minutes for our main course, no explanation nor apology given This is the second time we have waited some time for our mains to be served, it was the same four weeks ago when we dined there
Starter was very good and one of the main courses but other than that I was very unimpressed. The duck dish was not as discribed and the service was poor. We waited far too long for the mains to arrive and was never asked how the food was. The duck itself was chewy and it was accompanied by some garden peas and pea puree, again not as discribed. I would not recommend and at all
Another wonderful evening spent here. Thoroughly recommend!
The staff and the service are first class. The food is exceptional and the ambience is perfect for a great night out
