Nice atmosphere and staff very friendly and efficient Food choices very good
I can’t remember the name of our waitress unfortunately, however she was a young girl and was absolutely fantastic with us, great server! She’s the main reason i’d recommend the restaurant to a friend, and have done already since last night!
A lovely family meal again- have bought vouchers for 2 members of my family so they can enjoy Vincent’s too!
We visited for my eldest daughters birthday and it was a great success .
Our northern go to for sushi.... the beauty of the Vincent menu is there is something for everyone without compromising on quality across the different styles of food. It was the first time in a while we have been in on a Saturday night and the food, service and atmosphere didn’t disappoint. The staff are honest and attentive without being over bearing and the night as a whole was spot on. Would recommend with no hesitation.
You are still advertising traditional afternoon tea online and also on this feedback survey and as we found out on arrival it is no longer available, however the Asian tea was good just need to update everything !!
My all time go to restaurant for sushi. The best sushi in Liverpool by far! The cocktails are also incredible. Amazing service. Staff are lovely. Would highly recommend to everyone.
Lovely evening with great food and wine
Great service as always
We had a delightful evening celebrating my husband's 40th Birthday as a group of 10. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived late for our reservation. The food was delicious and we will definitely be visiting again.
Easily the best food in town. Friendly waiter service as always
I love Vincents! Have been quite a few times-it’s the place I take visitors to if they are staying in Liverpool with me-it’s never let me down.
we were greeted with a smile , shown to our table and looked after , food was delicious definately come again .
Food was good, service was slow and had to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce. No one asked if everything was ok. Restaurant was draughty at 8pm and positively cold by 9:30. Bill was £180 (no wine, desserts and only one coffee) for 4, didn’t feel we had value for money.
Lovely friendly atmosphere, staff very efficient. Food gorgeous and plenty on the menu. Used there private room for a birthday meal. Couldn’t of asked for better service
Me and my husband enjoyed a lovely dinner here the hosts were polite and attentive the food was amazing, great cocktails too well worth a visit.
Staff seemed disinterested in the customers, food took far too long considering it was afternoon tea. The only positive thing is the venue is lovely.
We came up from Cornwall for sons 30th birthday meal. So was really excited as he is a big Steven Gerard fan,, the experience was not as hoped for starters were nice and 3 of main meals were ok to but unfortunately 1 fillet of steak was not up to much , but they did change for the lamb which by the time came to table everyone had finished,, and this meal was not cooked either so left that one aswell. You did not charge us which was ok ,, I would love to try again when back up again , this hopefully won’t put us of ,thx barrie
Love it here.
We had previously had a few breakfasts at the Vincent which were really nice and comparable to other restaurants. We decided to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday there because of this. We all thought the size of the starters were good value but £29:50 for a steak , 9 chunky chips and half a mushroom and tiny tomato was extremely overpriced. The mains were ok but not wonderful. We all thought our steaks were quality meat but not really hot enough. Again not poor enough to complain but not fantastic either. Service was excellent.
I would give every point 5 stars but there wasnt sticky toffee pudding or apple crumble left for our dessert and my mother was very disappointed. However our waitress was extremely helpfull and proffessional throughout and offered my mother a free dessert - a lovely touch.
The reason I have marked the service low was nothing to do with the staff just the lack of staff, everybody who served us was so pleasant and nice and could not do enough for us. However we waited for the food for ages which I think is expected of a Saturday night but that didn't bother me it was the fact that in the whole 2 hr 40 min I had 2 drinks as there's wasn't enough staff to keep on top of the drinks orders. The waiters were running around and seemed to be hostess's just standing around who could of at least took some drinks orders to help. As a business you could have made a lot more money whilst we waited if we were drinking. However the food was amazing and I would definitely return just the lack of drink was a bit annoying
Cannot believe how much of a mess the afternoon tea was. Table was booked for 17:15. 6pm still no sign of our afternoon tea. When it did arrive I had to laugh at how bad it was. Completely different to the other afternoon tea I spotted when I arrived. We didn’t even bother to have our tea after the afternoon tea. To charge 20 odd pounds for what we received is absoloutly shocking
Very slow when paying both times have been. Waited 20 minutes yesterday causing Taxi fair to double. Didn’t take deposit off bill until I asked. Not very good. Watress had been excellent however throughout meal
Lovely food, great service and friendly staff. Jim the barman makes the best cocktails. Can't wait for my next visit :)
