About The Tipperary
Situated in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, just 3 ½ miles from the historic town of Kenilworth, the ‘famous’ Tipperary Inn on New End Road provides delicious home cooked food available all day together with a great selection of real ales and quality beers. Friendly service, comfortable surroundings and a relaxed environment make The Tipperary the perfect place to unwind with family and friends whilst enjoying quality traditional food and drink.
The local area has plenty of interesting walks and customers are welcome to park up in our car park, enjoy a few hours of fresh air, and then join us for a well earned drink, a cup of coffee, or a bite to eat. We have a comfortable bar, lounge and separate dining area and our delightful beer garden provides the ideal setting in which to plant yourself and relax on a sunny day and enjoy alfresco drinking and dining. Dogs are also welcome in the garden.
We very much look forward seeing you soon!
A lovely evening spent with friends. The food was lovely, the service was excellent. We enjoyed it so much we booked up for another evening meal in a few weeks time
Lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful in recommending gluten free options. A menu that has dietary indicators would be helpful and it doesn’t take much to provide GF bread- you can keep it in the freezer!!
Love it here leena is an excellent host Beautiful food
A great little country pub with welcoming staff and atmosphere. The food is keenly priced, presented well and always very tasty. A good selection of beers, wines and soft drinks, their coffee is very good too. Well worth popping in or booking for Sunday lunch. Highly recommend.
I pass your place every day on my way to work but haven't been in for about 25 years What a find the food was fabulous the service was great and brilliant value for money Well done
Another fantastic meal at The Tipperary! Great service, lovely staff and fantastic food. Can’t beat it for a Sunday dinner
Went to the Tipperary for dinner and a pre-dinner drink. Their beer garden was very comfortable and with the sun shining provided a lovely setting for our drink. The food was excellent and the ambiance in the restaurant was welcoming. Will definitely return many times.
Service was horrendous! We had to repeatedly ask for service, either for the order and for the table to be cleared for the next course. We were offered items with the main that didn't come with the main as the waitress was new. We also ordered drinks that never came. Tiramisu as a dessert was comical, nothing more really than a plate full of cream.
Excellent all round, Difficult to fault. Thanks to all at the Tipperary
As usual had a lovely meal at The Tipperary. Food was great and staff very friendly and attentive
A good meal, efficiently organised with friendly service. Wine was also good and very reasonably priced. A good experience on our first visit.
I ate here with my parents the night before my wedding, and it offered the relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere I wanted. The food was delicious. Thank you!
Booked online, that was easy. When we arrived we were told they did not have a booking for us, I had a confirmation email that day to say we were booked in, when I looked at your booking screen on the bar we actually were booked in. Why the girl told us we were not, I don't know. The girl came up to take our food order, if I had not pointed out to her she had not taken my main meal order I would not have been served with a main course. Two steak meals were ordered, one medium, one well done. Both steaks came as medium, waiter took one back to the kitchen to have it cooked more. Whilst this was happening the lady with med cooked steak was sat there waiting for her potato's and vegetables to come, steak going cold, two lots of chips and salad came out instead of one chips and salad and one potato's and vegetables. I have been here on various occasions previously and have had very nice meals and service, that is the reason we chose to bring our four friends with us. I don't know if you have had a change of chef or serving staff, but I am afraid I will think twice about coming along to eat with you again. Above is the reason a tip was not left. Yours a very disappointed. Tony Ridpath.
Our second visit. I commented on trip advisor following our first as I was very impressed. Decided to take the family out for a visit last night. Lovely food, pleasant staff - enjoyed by all - will come again
Excellent service and great value for money
First visit but definitely not our last! Lovely atmosphere and friendly and efficient service and excellent food.
I had a party of 8 to celebrate my daughters birthday with a few vegetarians and a 1 gluten free with no eggs , fish meat.. the staff were very accommodating with choices and how they can adapt dishes to suit. Food was quality as nothing was left ..clean plates !!!! a winner for me..and reasonably priced drinks and food...
Lovely warm welcome. good menu Well cooked and presented food
Food was average for the price. There was also an offer on their own website that was in date (until 31st August) and was told we couldn't use it with no explanation. Other staff were polite and helpful though and service was good. Disappointed with the main meals, bland and unseasoned. However, the surrounding area was beautiful.
Food was good Service was very slow and clearly not enough staff for a Saturday night Disappointed by the limited choice of puddings
Fantastic food and service...and a great historical story to go with the place . Highly recommended
Our second visit and look forward to coming back. Have already recommended to people. Keep up the great work!
