Our party of 22 was welcomed and nicely accommodated for a very enjoyable Christmas dinner, with excellent food nicely presented and very good service.
Very pleasant meal
Superb evening! could not fault it in any way we all had a fabulous night. I for one will come back to your pub as the food was excellent. Many thank for your hospitality.
Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable meal from start to finish. Sarah deserves a special mention for great service, efficiency and her cheerful, welcoming manner.
We again had a very enjoyable meal, well cooked and served. Only one suggestion: perhaps a change of menu soon?
Great food and excellent service!
Will be back soon
Will be back soon.
Had a good evening with friends
No triple cooked chips!
FOOD WAS LOVELY & STAFF VERY HELPFUL
Service was quite slow, even though restaurant not very busy. Starters were good (soup & smoked salmon). Main courses: rosti too greasy, and gnocchi sauce rather sweet & sickly.
Had the Sunday roast and we were all disappointed. Veg were tasteless gravy likewise and both the meals and puddings were tepid. This was a return visit with friends as we had eaten a lovely Sunday roast a few weeks ago which was delicious. We have also eaten at several of the Red Mist establishments but this visit did not live up to expectations. The staff were attentive but sadly the kitchen let them down this week.
Well modernised pub good decor.
Another lovely meal at the Temple. It was a quiet Tuesday evening but Nat looked after us well. The woodburner was on and the beer and food excellent. What more could you want or need.
Didn’t think the food was as nice as previous visits
Great local, good service, value for money and friendly atmosphere. Will be visiting again.
Was a little disappointed if honest atmosphere was poor only a few customers , service was provided by one guy who was running restaurant and bar at same time I thought £2.40 was an excessive price for a 200 mil bottle of diet coke this is a drink you would expect as a mixer on an airline rather than a drink in a pub . Dont do tesco meal deal serve a proper 330 ml bottle with a meal .
Lovely evening celebrating my 40th Birthday and all the staff were really attentive and helpful. The food was amazing and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The refurb looked fab too!
Okay pub. Need to turn lighting down. Leak in ladies toilets.
Great sticky toffee pudding with lots of hot sauce.
Lovely lunch and bottle of wine with excellent service.
This was my second visit and I shall be dining here again. Excellent food, great service, reasonable prices. Our lady guest was very impressed. David Taylor
Very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal
