Two Michelin starred The Tasting Room is the perfect place in Macau to experience contemporary French cuisine. With close-knit relationships to world class suppliers providing access to a selection of the seasons finest and most delicious ingredients, Executive Chef Fabrice Vulin creates artistic and meticulously crafted dishes that trigger all the senses.
The front of house team, led by Restaurant Manager Julien Gardin, welcomes guests wholeheartedly with a relaxed yet professional approach, and guides diners through this unique gastronomic journey of Chef Fabrice’s creations.
For more private occasions or larger gatherings, The Tasting Room welcomes guests to dine in the Private Dining room which can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Dress Code Policy:
We would like to inform you that The Tasting Room observes a smart casual dress code policy.
For ladies, we would not accept slippers, flip flops or any type of caps or hats.
For gentlemen, we will not accept tee-shirts, sleeveless tee shirts, shorts, sportswear (including hoodies), open-toe shoes (sandals, flip flops), slippers or any type of caps or hats.
We would require ankle-deep long trousers and closed footwear.
The restaurant management reserves the rights to refuse any customers without required dress code standard.
Children aged 6 years and above are gladly welcome (please note that the dress code also applies).

Presentation was superb, reminded me of 11 Madison. Every course apart from main was great. The morel stuffed with pike were slightly too salty, whilst not being offset by thr baby lobster tail, which was quite bland. Service qas efficient and friendly.
Service and food quality were excellent (I am pretty demanding). It is not often that every aspect of the meal was phenomenal, including the breads which is always a good indicator of the attention to detail by the chef and his team. Kudos for the passion for perfection!

Great services overall with detail introduction of every dishes; Staff with great smile on their face; Good interaction between customer and staff, like asking the feedbacks towards the food; The rice–performance ratio can be better with the quality of foodstuff; As the taste of an Asian, cheese might not need put too much effort on it; It is better for having an alternative choice on dessert; We have a great time in your place.
Overall food was good but the lamb that was so special didn't impress. I've had more juicy melt in the mouth lamb at a fraction of the price. For this price and what was an 18 week old lamb, the cut was chewy lots of some sinews. The lobster appetiser and poached oysters are great.The poached oysters were juicy and delicious.

Very disappointed. We selected to visit Tasting Room instead of Rouboun, but my guest all felt very disappointed

A fantastic experience. The food is a work of art. It truly deserves its 2 Michelin stars.
Reception are nice but not the server especially local one / sommelier so humble but not follow wine tasting standard .. should pour some and let the gst taste before serve / compare with bombana.. I think they deserve michellein 2 star ...
