I went there on New Year's Eve Brunch ... Really bad experience. 1. Booking: I made reservation by e-booking for a group of 20. The e-booking only allow 10. So, I made 2 e-bookings and made a phone call (as instructed). Ms. Tanyatorn(?), your staff, confirmed. ... At the day, only one table of 10 is reserved. ... Why do we bother to make a reservation, if things didn't turn out the way we made. 2. Time: You advertised it as a brunch and open from 1130hrs. At the day, all 10+ of us need to wait (in a tiny waiting area in the front) for the restaurant to be ready and open until about 12noon. ... This is the occasion when we take our family to celebrate. There are about 6 elders (more than 60 yoa) in our group. Among them, three are more than 70 yoa and one more than 90.... Not a good welcoming experience, is it? 3. Food: Not much variety of food. ... Very marginal. ... No Turkey (as described in your advertisement). Not much different from normal lunch. But you charge it as "Brunch"! (and who open Brunch at 12noon anyway?) 4. Staff: Not professional. ... On the day, I went to discuss my reservation (discussed on #1) with Ms. Tanyatorn(?), your staff. She didn't even want to admit of anything wrong. .. No apology. .. Just said that one more table of 10 will be added as reserved. ...And the staffs in the dining room and Kitchen are not at all professionally either. Probably, they have been working too hard for too long. 5. Venue Setting: The dining room was setup with too many seats, may be. One part of our group need to rearrange our chair to give way to the "dish-cart". As there wasn't enough space for the cart to go thru between the table. Two person in our group, (a 50+ and a 80+ yoa) need to get up and remove their own chairs away from the table in order to give way to the cart three times during the course of our 1.5hrs dining. I WILL NOT going there nor recommend anybody to go there ever. Even with 50percent off the actual price (come to around 950baht/person, as I made reservation thru e-booking), it's still NOT worth the money. It was an unpleasant (even mentally upsetting) experience, one after another. ... Not a good experience to finish off my 2017, to say the least.

Excellent place for buffet dinner, aircon was a bit too cold. Food was great, nice variety to select from. My partner enjoyed the music playing in the background. Would come back for dinner again on my stay here. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Everythings are good except for the reservation which I book online but it is not reach the restuarant ( the waitress said they don't recognise that I book it). Fortunately, the restuarant was not full so we can get the table.

The seafood buffet I had on Friday 21 May 2015 was bad. I had diarrhea (8 times) and vomiting (3 times) back at the hotel the whole evening. The cooked seafood was not fresh, over done and did not taste well. For raw seafood, I only tried the oyster which tasted alright. It was a disappointing meal and I was surprised to see such a limited choice of food. There was no meat and salad (western style). I was also shocked to find that the thai shrimp salad was not yummy at all. Those served at many Bangkok restaurants and food courts are just terrific. I took my flight back to Hong Kong in the afternoon of Sat 22 May 2015 and was just devastated and exhausted throughout the trip. I would discourage all my friends to try Novotel restaurants in Bangkok.

Food variety is too too little. Sushi variety is limited. Drink should be serve for free, but not charging into bill. If not at least ice water free.

The crab came frozen to our table. Last night I had the worst food poisoning. I was throwing up crab all night and morning. Now I have terrible diarrhea. I'm never returning there again.
