Pratique de part sa localisation proche de l’aeroport mais probablement notre plus mauvais restaurant en trois semaines d’Ecosse. Grosse préférence pour celui du centre de Glasgow.
Just one quibble. I changed our reservation on resdiary from 1930 to 2000 a couple of hours before we arrived, and had the change confirmed, but staff were unable to find our reservation on arrival, which was a bit embarrassing. Fortunately, we were accommodated anyway.

Your staff are truly an asset. So accommodating and all with genuine smiles! The burgers that my friend and I had were not only delicious, but cooked perfectly. Having read previous reviews decrying your pizza, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that my sons pizza was not only homemade but obviously very tasty.
Great food was marred by lack of service. Groupon deal is a way to let customers try the service & food to encourage them back - totally fulfilled this on food but definitely not on service. We would have ordered & paid for dessert but after waiting with dirty\empty plates in front of us for 20 mins we have up!

It appeared that the left hand did not know what the right was doing when we visited on 12 March. The server was shocking, starting to take the order on a tablet, then reverting to paper and having to ask for everyone's order at least three times. I had been given the room service menu which he insisted didn;t matter as it was exactly the same as the restaurant menu, when I pointed out the differences he still continued to tell me it was the same menu.]IT rather ruined my husband's birthday meal and we won't be returning to the restaurant.
Really good service, attentive but not intrusive. Meal was very enjoyable but did think it a little expensive. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself has very little ambience and a piped music system, which was fortunately not very loud, that kept suddenly stopping in the middle of a song and then starting a few seconds later with a different song. However, I would eat there again quite happily.
Lunch arrived quickly and was lovely and fresh. Cocktails were well done and service was excellent, will definitely be back.
Very disappointing lunch on 21 December. Food was bland and tasteless - the soup of the day tasted like a packet soup, the sandwiches were soggy and the chicken wings tasteless. Water glass was dirty. Service was good enough but the restaurant was empty and devoid of any atmosphere.
Staff were excellent. Food was exceptional. Only disappointing aspect was paying for parking. I think there should be exception for diners.
Well worth the money that we paid for bed and breakfast
The team dealt excellently with an unusual request (a table to fit 6 which was only for 3 people).
