First visit and definitely won’t be our last . Looking forward to our next visit.
Very enjoyable lunch. Staff excellent food well cooked and presented. Very child friendly pub great for family eating.
Absolutely amazing service I was very impressed thank you
Lovely place, delicious food & impeccable service, thank you, we’ll be back.
we were celebrating a birthday and were looking forward to a steak.Waitresses really welcoming and friendly. Lovely food really delicious. Steaks didn't disappoint Gave us time between courses. Really enjoyable
The free state and dessert menu could be extended to include more mains and would still be good value with just a starter or dessert free even if only for a limited time
Excellent food and service
We booked a very large party late. We got a fantastic welcome and were brilliantly accommodated. The service was great, the food and drink was excellent and good value for money. This place is very family friendly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Cannot fault this place. We now go a couple of times a month, and most Sundays for a Roast Dinner. The Sunday Roast is one of the best I’ve had, and the Fillet Steak on a hot stone is amazing! Service and food are always brilliant.
Brilliant Sunday lunch. Highly recommend.
Visited yesterday for Sunday lunch was given our table straight away the service for food &I drink was spot on the mixed meat roast was delicious highly recommend it will be coming back
Excellent from start to finish. The food, service, decor, such a wonderful waitress nothing was too much trouble for her. We shall certainly be returning very soon.
Very nice Sunday lunch
Lovely evening, great food!
Outstanding value for money, I even took some home as there was lots left.
We were all very pleased with the service and attention we received yesterday at our sons christening/birthday party. The food was lovely too. We will be returning for Sunday lunch and also fish and chips because we spotted them as we walked through and they both looked awesome! Thankyou x
Sorry for not many stars but wasn't too impressed. We came 10 mins early & was told we were too early. I didn't think 10 mins was too bad. I know it was busy & no problem in waiting. Anyway sat at a table. Aft tea came. Well the food did. Sandwiches were lovely & best I have had with aft teas I've had elsewhere. Other stuff was nice too. After eating 1 sandwich someone did ask if all was OK. We were just left then. Got no offer of tea or coffee which I thought was on the offer so just bought drinks instead. When we finished no one asked if we enjoyed or not. Had to ask if our Groupon voucher was needed. I know it was busy so maybe best not to offer aft tea at busy times. Was supposed to be a nice Anniversary treat but didn't feel it was. Sorry for negative comments.
Excellent value for money. good pleasant service nice atmosphere.Food delicious
Friendly staff, speed of service with our family meal. One small comment, when desserts were served we had to ask for cutlery which took some time to arrive, otherwise excellent.
Our table was booked for 5:30. The only Sunday roast available was lamb and there were no roast potatoes. Only 1 “healthy option” which was salad. The Diet Coke was watery. £57 for 4 people who had 1 course each, 3 soft drinks and 1 small red wine. We won’t be rushing back.
Visited with a friend for Afternoon Tea, food was delicious and service was brilliant, couldn’t fault it!
Really nice meal and great place for kids with the regards to the menu and outside play area. Good value for money too so will definitely return.
