Top notch place been coming here 6 years regularly. Whoever I have brought here has loved it. The grill selection and biryani is to die for :)
Always a great experience dining at The Regency.
Slow service. More staff needed. Food was great no complaints Asked for onions was brought to entire plate of onions to be charges for. Had to refuse made do without.
Consistently good food, great and friendly service and just an overall great environment. 100% recommend to anyone!
We had a trainee seeing to our orders. She was very very good and very professional. She attended to us promptly and also cleared out table to make the experience comfortable as we ate. Great service and great experience
The only thing I would say is that because it gets quite busy in there it is very irritating when you're eating and you have football hooligans shouting things at the screen- it's not a hugely pleasurable dining experience. Food was amazing so couldn't fault it. Atmosphere needs improving though.
Gret service and food A++++
Service was good food was great!
Truly the greatest club in the world!
Excellent as usual!
I've had the leg of lamb before(at least 5 times with you) but it seemed to taste not as juicy and tender as you normally have it But still was amazing
Seats with backs rather than stools which are uncomfortable Service could be better Food was amazing
Food comes fast and tastes great....
Too loud...stools uncomfortable
The food was great however the venue it self is very crowded, a table for 4 people is really a table for 2, it's a struggle to have all the dishes on the table with the worry of knocking things over, I think the table settings need to be looked at as it's far too crowded and no privacy as the tables are very close together. I saw 2 people at a table who really struggled to have there dishes on the table and were putting the food in a minimum amount of dishes so they could put the other dishes/plates away. Service was quite slow I must say.
Felt very rushed, even after my booking was incorrectly completed. Was told it was at 5.45 even though booked for 7pm. On entry, the waiter insisted it was for 5.45 and that I has missed it despite getting confirmation on the phone that it had been resolved. Service was typically slow and rushed, would not hurry back here despite generally positive recommendations from others. Many other restaurants available with less pretentious staff.
Food was lovely and the service was good. Just need to remember to ask for it to not be as spicy next time
When making a reservation, it was made out that The Regency Club was fully booked, and was told that "management" would only hold my table for 10 mins if I was late. Upon arrival, I was quite surprised to observe that the restaurant was completely empty. I was given a tiny table in the corner and was subsequently prompted to make my order. Overall, food was no better than say, Blue Ginger and so will not be returning any time soon!
Maybe better draught beers choice Fosters is a cheap beer to have as pints.
Great starters once again! My American friends & family enjoyed it very much! Pankaj as usual add to the welcoming and banter with the group. He's still got it!
Everything was perfect I will be back justba shame I don't live closer
Music volume too loud- can't talk to friends and family
I visit Regency on a regular basis with friends and the food is always nicely prepared. Menu has so many veg and non veg options and is reasonably priced. Service has always been attentive. Overall a very good dining experience.
The best Indian food in London!
