About The Pygmy Pineapple
A venue of generous hospitality and excellent produce where we champion what Dorset has to offer, forever changing with the seasons. British seasonal food and hand-crafter speciality drinks.
Would throughly recommend Pygmy Pineapple, casual friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Will visit again.
Lovely restaurant, good food and service. Loved the bloomer bread to start. Will be back soon.
Top service, amazing food and drink, and all without breaking the bank! Great background music too :) Will definitely be back again very soon!
Absolutely fantastic, the staff were brilliant and the Cheese Bloomer was to die for.
Efficient and friendly staff. Enjoyable experience.
It wasn't hugely busy when we were here, but the food is INCREDIBLE! We were booked in for a Sunday Lunch and the roasts are SO great! I have already recommended to friends and colleagues and will definitely be back. We had a mix within our group of the Lamb and the Beef and both were superb. Unfortunately they were all out of the Pygmy Pineapple dessert (which came highly recommended by a friend) so we'll be back to try that. The service was excellent - so friendly and helpful and a Sunday Roast, this good for £15! See you again soon guys! Thanks so much!!!
Amazing food and service as always. Thank you 😊
We had a super time in the Pygmy pineapple the young man who served us was very attentive, a nice touch was to give us a glass of water when we sat down... usually you have to ask for this! The food was delicious beautifully served. We would recommend the bloomer loaf as a starter. None of us had been before and we would all go back!
Great food, great service and amazing value for money. First time I have looked at the bill and been shocked...in a very good way!
The food was fantastic, both in taste and presentation. The server and the bartender were extremely friendly and attentive. The cocktails were delicious. All in all I cannot wait to return once the next seasonal menu is up.
great fun evening. Very friendly service, good food and interesting cocktails. I am sure we will be back.
Ham hock starter and pear tart dessert tasted even better than previously. Beef brisket was melt-in- the-mouth as ever. Merlot very tasty. Whole meal great value and service great as usual.
This is the second time I’ve been and both times were fabulous. The food yummy, cocktails delicious, service fantastic. I would reccomend and will definitely return!
We went for lunch on Sunday and disappointed to only be offered the Sunday roast. Nowhere on the website does it say the main menu is not available on Sundays - nor does it even mention Sunday roasts. Annoying we didn't get to try items we had read about on the website. The roast itself was actually very good, service was friendly. The music was too loud, especially considering the Westbourne clientele age range.
Incredible food, amazing service. Would definitely go again.
Lovely place !! Xx
This was our 5th visit to The Pygmy Pineapple and it is now our favourite restaurant in Westbourne. The staff are very good at their jobs and such fun too. The food and presentation are simply delicious and the whole experience is great value. Our friends from London who dined with us this time also loved the place and will be visiting again when next in the area.
We had an evening meal at Pygmy Pineapple. A lovely restaurant, with a great atmosphere and delicious food. The staff were lovely and very helpful. One of our party is Gluten Free, the waitress was very knowledgeable and able to advise on the various menu options Pygmy Pineapple is a great addition to Westbourne, we would definitely recommend it
