WELCOME TO THE PRINCE…
really good to somewhere a bit different. was a bit of a struggle getting someone to seat us as we had a booked a table.
We had such a lovely time at the Prince yesterday. Staff were so so nice and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. The best service I’ve ever seen in London!
Would recommend the bottomless bubbles!
Buzzing venue. So much fun.
We had a fantastic corporate booking experience here - would certainly come back for another! Thank you!
Love this venue
The perfect place to be with a large group of friends. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good selection of drinks. Will 100% be back & would 100% recommend
Great place for a special occasion!
We got there and no one acknowledged that for about ten minutes. Then we we finally got to our table that we had to clean up ourselves- there were glasses and paper places on that and the girl who brought us to the table not even collected them or explain is how/ where to get food from and that there were no table service.
Celebrated my birthday there! We all had an amazing time, beautiful venue, very nice atmosphere!
Very unreasonable service. We had booked a table for 15 people at 2:30pm and were first only given a table that could seat 8-10 people. 13 people had arrived on time, but my girlfriend was running late and arrived at 3:45pm. She was by herself and said she was on a table but they refused to let her in. Appreciate the policy but this was extremely pedantic, especially in the middle of the afternoon. As a result, our entire group left and the door staff could not appear to have cared less. Such a shame because everything else was going great.
When we arrived there was a group already sitting at our table. They looked at us like absolute rubbish when they were told to move and then proceeded the whole night to lean over us to put their drinks/limes down on our table. We only stayed for 40 minutes as it wasn’t the evening we had hoped for. It was almost too busy, you couldn’t hear yourself talk, there was sick all over the floor in the toilet.... felt fairly embarrassed as i took a friend who was visiting London and and she thought I’d took her to the set of Geordie shore
Perfect for a celebration!
Absolute lovely and the frose is yum
This is one of the most fancy spot of the area. The only thing is wait if too long for food when is busy
I loved this place...The vibe is really good..
The venue is lovely, beautifully decorated with flowers and a nice layout. The brunch idea is relatively good value for money, £25 for unlimited prosecco and you pay for food on top. However the concept of the brunch is not very well thought out at all. You have to pay in advance and are given a wrist band, you must then go to the bar and show your wrist band to get a glass of prosecco and the bar staff will only give one glass per person so everyone in your group has to get up to get prosecco. Bottles are not allowed to be given out and you cannot ask for more than one glass to be refilled at a time. This means you spend most of the 2 hours going back and forth to the bar. We were originally sat upstairs, very far away from the bar and at a shared table for 8 people, there were 4 in my party. The layout of the table meant we had to ask the other party to get up and move each time we wanted a refill. As this was not ideal we asked to move tables and the front of house staff were more than accommodating and very helpful. We were moved to a table for 4, closer to the bar. However even though the front of house staff asked the bar to allow us to have 4 glasses filled at a time as we were close enough that the bar staff could see us and our wrist band, the bar staff said that was not possible so we still had to get up individually for refills. The food was nice, one of the pop ups was shut and we were not informed until I asked. Overall I would return for drinks or lunch but I would not go for bottomless again.
Fantastic experience at the Prince. Excellent service! Highly recommend.
I appreciated the hassle-free and straightforward process for booking an are at the Prince. It was perfect for a big group. The drinks are quite expensive, but the food options on site are great and the atmosphere makes up for it!
Lovely staff and food was great. Venue was very very busy (expected for a Saturday night) and would have been good to have kept a clear pathway for the toilets/food area as it was a real push to get there! Other than that we loved it.
