About The Prince at West Brompton Crossing
ONE STREET, FOUR HOUSE RESTAURANTS, TWO BARS AND AN ENCLOSED WOODLAND PERGOLA GARDEN
NEVER before has an entire street been transformed into an epicurean avenue dedicated to some of London’s most exciting food, drink and social experiences, until NOW… Part time speakeasy, part chowtime nirvana, part fairy tale enclosed garden. An enchanting blend of old and new, revelry and secrecy…
WELCOME TO THE PRINCE…
The venue itself is beautiful and lively - The perfect atmosphere for a great day or evening out. Unfortunately we waited over half an hour at the bar for drinks and even longer for food. On the plus side, the burgers were incredible! The staff were very welcoming and directed us to our table however once seated it was almost impossible to get the attention of staff. The drinks are slightly over priced bearing in mind most places in London are! The smoking area is directly outside the entrance which made it difficult to come in at the risk of having your bags/clothing burnt. The side door was also closed which meant you had to exit through the smoking area once again. Very congested! The bathrooms up stairs only had three cubicles and were not kept clean by any means. All things taken into consideration, it's a lovely venue and with some work, could be a worthy London contender.
Amazing place! Great atmosphere and good service.
Its a great venue but unfortunately the day we were there it was really overcrowded. I had a booking and we were shown to a tiny table which was far to small for a party of 6. However, we decided to make the most of it. Within 10 min another party was given the same table as us! Evidently there had been some confusion. We were then shifted to another table and that was also too small for our party as we had to share it with an existing booking. Very annoying having to squeeze on such a lovely but hot summer evening.
We arrived and our table wasn't quite ready but the team handled it really well. We then asked to move tables and this was arranged for us with no issues. My party and I all enjoyed the afternoon, food and drink was all great and really good value!
Firstly the booking system was great, the staff were very accommodating to my last minute changes of time. I was shown my table upstairs by one of the staff and I popped downstairs to buy some food from Begging Bowl on returning to my table, there was someone else seated at my table insisting that it was hers. This was resolved but it would have been less awkward/embarrassing had she been shown the correct table in the first place. The Prince ran out of drinks on tap which was one of the reasons we picked it over other locations, one of my colleagues is a complete stickler for draft beer and it was his only request. The outside area looked great, I'm sure the atmosphere would have been better had I managed to secure a booking there.
Brilliant night! Closes too early!!
Pre-booked a table for eight and was given a table big enough to fit 4/5 people. Bit annoying seeing as my friends had travelled from afar to make it yesterday and could barely sit at the table.
Table we had reserved had buckets and a wet table due to leaks. Not a good start. However the guy who was sorting out tables sorted us a new one pretty much straight away which was really good bearing in mind how busy they were. Packed garden which was cool until the ceiling started leaking a bit but overall much better experience than last time!
Great venue, great for a summers evening, however equally as wonderful as a winter wonderland. The place to go all year round.
Gabby was amazing, and really helped with the organisation of drinks, food and the space we used for the day Throughout the day , she was checking in to make sure we were being looked after, and was great in allowing us to have Sharkey and George in to keep the kids entertained for 3 hours. I woudl thoroughly recommend The Prince Fulham for a gathering of large/small groups of people. the venue is lovely to look, at, the staff are very accommodating and it is good value for money ( 75 people with food from all the restaurants and booze worked out at £4000) The only gripe, would be the heat in the venue ( there were 75 people in my party, and everyone complained to me as the aircon really could not cope with the unusually warm weather we are currently experiencing. Regards TC
Could have asked for a better night!
Had a fab evening at The Prince. Thanks to Gaby who really went out her way to find us seats downstairs - excellent customer service!!
Amazing venue, we booked the terrace in the day and had an area in the pub for the evening for 35 people. The staff are super friendly and will do anything to help make your time more comfortable! Best venue for a birthday
What a great summer spot! Venue looks great and the atmosphere is perfect. Good drink selection and super friendly bar staff. Would highly recommend booking a table for a group of friends. The food is also brilliant. Overall, a new concept needed in London and they’ve pulled if off.
Service at the bar was a little slow. Insufficient staffing levels rather than the actual staff member.
Only downside was how hot it was inside the venue on the day. It would be nice to have more outdoor space for the summer months
Amazing place for a big group outing. The staff were so friendly and made sure we surprised the guest of honour.
Despite requesting a great table for an 18th as it was important we were given the worst table upstairs in a corner with no view. Happily staff sorted out one downstairs. Pay attn to booking requests! Food very average street food. Drinks dear.
The service behind the bar felt chaotic and didn't reflect the prices. There were many drinks you'd expect behind a bar not available such as mocktails and the selection just gelt as though it was bought down the local supermarket and set up. I would advise a better and more luxury service if you want to charge £10 for spirit and mixers that could be made better.
The staff were super accommodating and wen't over and above to make sure our time at The Prince was enjoyable
Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing paprika fries
Had a great time here for my birthday. Great food selection and everyone enjoyed it! It would have been nice to have our table for longer but it was very busy. Only downside was the drinks being quite pricey - £32 for a bottle of prosecco was a bit much, especially as we got a few bottles.
Fab place and easy booking process
The bouncers around our table were really helpful
