Nice setting and great for the kids. Unfortunately had run out of pizza dough at six in evening and service was very slow.

I’m a local and was at the Postman’s Leg for my birthday. I wasn’t impressed with the waiting time at all. We arrived at 8pm and our food didn’t come to us until 9:15. There was next to no one else there. (In total, scattered around I would say there wouldn’t have been anymore then 12 people, including my table of 5). I would say if you don’t mind sitting and waiting & waiting & waiting some more this is a good place. However if you want a restaurant which is faster, I’d say this isn’t the place. Based on my dinner experience I won’t be back here for a while! Fingers crossed they correct this.

Food was great! Service was a bit slower than the other times but it was totally understandable as it was a busy Sunday. Besides, we were not in a hurry and enjoyed our time listening to the live music. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was we ordered vanilla ice cream with sprinkles on a cone for our little one but they gave it on a bowl instead, with no cone. You know how little ones can be grumpy if they don’t get exactly what they asked for. So we talked to the waitress. She apologised and told us she’ll go back and give my daughter a cone. Long story short, my little one didn’t get a cone in the end even though we had an eye to eye contact with the waitress every now and then to make sure she doesn’t forget. She passed by our table several times. It’s just a simple minor thing but it can speak a lot about how they value customer service and satisfaction.

Just want to say a massive thank you to our waiter Jacob. He was just fantastic! The food was great and the atmosphere as well but the service was outstanding. Will bring all our friends and love the new menu as well.

Hi. It would have been great to know that Wednesdays were pub quiz night. It was hard to celebrate my daughter’s birthday in that atmosphere. A simple warning on your website would have been appreciated. Thanks!

Don't be a bit late for your booking, they will cancel it with no communication! Otherwise good spot

I booked online 2 months ahead of schedule for my sons first birthday and requested a table against the wall, highchair and asked questions about 'cakeage' and decorating - I got no response. Closer to the time I tried again - still no response. So I rang 1 week before and finally got answers and was assured all would be sorted and that cakeage was $10. I arrived on the day 1st October 2019 to decorate - was greeted by a Chinese lady who's face looked so "sour" not a single smile or any warmth - she showed me the table. Not by the wall, no highchair and her response..."ohh I'll move it" her whole manner was very "rude and annoyed" always looking at her watch making remarks "you need to pay the $10 cake age fee" feedback*** she needs to be put in the kitchen! She is a terrible first impression (she was at the front desk) to customers - and her customer service was horrible. She behaved like we were one of her workers barking orders at my Partner about where to put our cake box. She behaved like "We the customers" were a nuisance" Your facilities are amazing great outdoor area, beautiful warm indoor and the food was great! We loved the food. So, to be let down by her terrible service is really a shame. I got the impression - she was in charge of managing the front of house staff that night and It was being run very poorly what a shambles. My compliments to the chef - WE LOVED THE FOOD But, even with our mains we had to clear our own table which we stacked and piled on an empty table. The asian lady (running the show- I think was hard to tell) made a comment in passing "ohh we will hear that" then walked away empty handed? A different waitress came over. Asked us to give her all the empty glasses (not sure why)she piled them all on the empty table beside us and walked away? Was that following direction from the 'asian lady' not sure - clearly that message wasnt clear. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks. Service was terrible because they just werent talking to each other - very disjointed team under poor leadership. We had to go find our actual waitress twice to ask for our mains and then for plates to cut our cake. We cleared our table twice by ourselves - And I walked out feeling embarrassed at having invited family and friends to your restaurant. Especially since I had raved about how lovely it was here for families. 1 STAR because of your service 2 STARS Food and drink because we never got more drinks and food we had to chase up.

If you’re going to have the ability to book a table online available on a night with a big sporting event you should reserve the table and not call me the morning of the event telling me that you aren’t reserving tables and that it’s first come first served. This was very unprofessional especially considering that I’d made the booking on Wednesday and had received two emails telling me a table had been booked for me. I’m very disappointed and ended up watching the game somewhere else because of it

We are not ones to moan about anything as we know how hard it is working in customer service even more with food... I order a medium rare 300g steak - the steak which was cut in half was NOT 300g so that was one problem next, I order medium rare and I got well done. when I ask the lady, who served us if this was medium rare, she turned around and pretty much said I was wrong that I had said well done (Which was a lie as the 5 people just around me heard me say medium rare.) we then had someone come up to tell us that we were wrong and by then I was over it. We then have another lady come up so as you can image, I was angry. I didn’t do anything, and I am normal the one to sit there and just take what I have been given… it would have taken 5 mins for them to cook another steak in the same about of time they where telling us how wrong I was I would have got a medium rare steak.

Booked a table and arrived to be told it was a 1 1/2 hr wait for food. There were 8 seats at the table I booked for 16 The garden was sunny and the kids has a good play. We stayed for 1 drink only. You missed out on 16 covers of food +kids meals due to inability to keep the wait time down. Thoroughly disappointed. Perhaps you could prioritise orders from booked tables- other wise there is no point in booking. We should have gone elsewhere
