About The Poacher's Pocket
Traditional British Cuisine
Lovely atmosphere great service with a smile! Great with kids too!
Another great meal in Poacher's Pocket. Four of us (regulars) opted for venison, two haunch, two hotpot. It was very good indeed ... cooked to perfection. The Rioja was excellent. As usual, the choice on the menu was extensive and the service both friendly and professional.
Fantastic food and great service!
Wonderful- as always
All good bar the beef check on numerous occasions very fatty
Really like this restaurant keep up all your good work see you all soon
Very good food but slightly pricey.
Great food. Service was slow at the beginning waiting to make a drinks order. After that though attentive friendly service. I usually go to Balloo but glad I tried Poachers and I will definitely be back
Great evening at Poacher’s. Amazing food and good portion sizes. Thought there may have been more game on menu though.
We had a great meal in the Poachers Pocket on Monday 2/12/19. I had 47 ladies there for tea. Service was quick, waiters were great and Mante was excellent. No matter what I asked for it was done. Food was terrific. Not one complaint from the ladies. Unheard of ! great value as well. I would recommend highly
accommodated wheelchair ..thank you
They are trying to make the food fancy but just lacking the flavours to do so. Servers are not entirely sure about the menu either
top Notch roast beef as always !!
As wonderful as ever!
Food was good as usual however service was not as attentive. Had a lovely night though
Turkey was dry and mushroom sauce on the cod was very salty. Overall the food was good. The young girl who served us wasn't very well trained.
We have been to PP quite a few times. Service food and staff are great. Cannot think of anywhere else that comes close to them in quality and value.
Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch at the Poachers Pocket. It was our first time visiting and definitely won't be the last! Would recommend.
3 course meal- every part of it was excellent. Taste was fantastic and service was quick between courses. The one and only thing was that we ordered additional drinks which didn’t arrive so had to enquire. Otherwise excellent
lovely spot. rare to find authentic fare in NI.
Great Sunday Dinner
An excellent, family-friendly dining experience. We went on a Sunday, and it was very busy with Sunday lunches, but the quality of the food was excellent.
Really great food and lovely place.
Good food (sticky toffee bread and butter pudding was incredible) good service, good atmosphere, cosy and lively, not so great when it came to the amount of time it took for them to facilitate paying but forgivable.
