About The Plough Huddlesford
The Plough Inn is a country pub and restaurant with traditional values, situated in the delightful village of Huddlesford between Lichfield and Whittington alongside the Coventry canal.
If you and your family love Pizza you will also love the Plough. The first installation by new owners Mark Hynett and Andy Twigg was a stone baked pizza oven and the second was a wine cellar to suit every palate with some very quaffable choices for you to enjoy. Mark Hynett, British trained and a true Brummie has taken influences from around the world and brought them home to Staffordshire. Passionate about his food and football, he is looking forward to welcoming you to the Plough Inn.
Dogs and muddy boots welcome in our bar.
Favourite place to go for a Sunday Roast! Regular visitor & sometimes with my pooch. Food is always great, service quick & friendly & love the quirky decor
Brilliant experience, will definitely return.
Another lovely meal at the Plough. Great attentive but non intrusive service. Just need to put some fly zappers up as there were loads down the bottom end which we were constantly trying to shoo away. We will be back though.
More vegetarian options simple and tasty
Food was extremely tasty.... good speed of service, lovely staff and atmosphere. Our second visit and would definitely return for a third. Thank you.
Great food, great location hidden away
Yet again the Plough Huddlesford delivered excellent service, food and hospitality. Thank you.
Nice warm atmosphere, dog made welcome. Lovely food. Will definitely be visiting again.
Had a great Fathers day meal here, they do amazing roast dinners always lots of staff on we travel 7 miles to go to this pub but always worth it for great food service and atmosphere
Would like to see more fish options on the venue. I am gluten free and also do not eat meat so there are few choices for me. Either more gluten free vegetarian options or fish dishes would be good.
Good food at a reasonable price
Great first visit the staff were attentive the food was great we will be back
Lovely night again at The Plough. The food was excellent.
Been here a few times. Was actually quite disappointed with the service this time. One waiter was excellent have to say others looked like they wanted to go home. Also thought food was very expensive for what it was. Desserts quite disappointing.
What came be said I just keep going back that must confirm my high opinion of the Plough and staff
Good service and food on a busy Saturday night. Excellent country location and atmosphere.
Delightful setting with character. Excellent value and good choice of menu.
All meals seemed to be cooked perfect but mine the roast beef on the Sunday dinner was tuff and fatty but everything else was lovely.
Took my 93 year old mother out for lunch knowing she would love the place. Friendly staff as ever and fully understood her requirement for a smaller meal. The Plough is just a class place, see you again soon.
A nice meal on a busy evening.
second visit and as good as ever.
Brilliant Food and Great Service! Will definitely be returning ASAP
Two visits in the last two weeks and impressed on both occasions.
Great service & food!
First visit, but definitely not the last
