Delicious as always!
Amazing as always
Excellent food and drinks. Attentive service will definitely return.
This is a very under the radar place but once discovered the outstanding quality of ingredients, presentation, service etc, it is a little gem. As a first time visitor to Beverley you could easily walk past but that would be your biggest mistake, this restaurant is fabulous, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
We recently got married at Beverley registry office, and were looking for somewhere small and intimate for our day time reception. As we only had 16 guests for the daytime, The pig and whistle ticked all the boxes. The location was ideal (2 minute walk from Walkergate house). We went for a tapas style buffet which was perfect, light but delicious and filling. Excellent selection of wine beer and cocktails. The team were faultless and attended to all of our needs to make our day so special. Thank you so much, we would highly recommend and will visiting again soon.
The quality of the food is amazing and cooked to perfection every time. Just wish I could have eaten more!!
Fantastic food and service as always
Fantastic dining experience
Loved the champagne and seafood evening. Amazing food plus an talk about champagne production and history. Would definitely recommend any similar evenings in the future. Thank you.
Interesting food selections, including local produce, could do with more non meat options. Very good service. A nice evening.
Superb ingredients and skills in the kitchen.
Excellent as ever!
The food, especially the range of cheeses, was exceptional both in quality and presentation.
Had a great time here, I would highly recommend coming here
Fabulous Friday evening. Great atmosphere and service. Particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood- oysters, hot juicy shell on prawns & octopus dishes. Great new draft Estrella Galicia beer and matching wines to accompany. You can eat and drink as much or as little as you want. We went for the much option. The Good Food Guide got it spot on putting this pint sized Bistro in the Local Gem category. Highly recommend- there's no other place like it.
Excellent food great menu with something for everyone. Love it
This was our second visit and we were extremely impressed once again with the quality of food and the service. The waiting staff were helpful when dealing with my dairy allergy and as the food is fresh and unprocessed there was still many things on the menu for me to eat.
Love everything about the food wine friendly service and value for money. Faultless.
We had the Easter Monday menu. The highest quality food simply but beautifully presented. Perfect combination of toasted walnuts and ham, tender lamb and crunchy carrots, smooth and delicious chocolate mousse. A delightful meal.
Tasty food, great choices, delicious and inexpensive wine. Great puddings. A very nice evening altogether. Our second visit, with many more to come.
Interesting choices of food. Cosy restaurant. Delicious main course. Expensive wines. Service slowed off a bit at the end. Ginger beer was the tiniest bottle ever. Overall, enjoyed it.
