Good food, great for pre-theatre
Had a great meal here- pre theatre. The food was excellent- and far exceeded our expectations. The service was good- but we did wait a little too long for our main course... which was delicious- but left us a bit rushed to get upstairs got the show. Definitely worth a visit! 😊
Fabulous night. The burlesque was a great bonus. Loved Belle Roscoe
We arrived 15 mins late to our booking but were assured that we were still able to get our meal in time for our theatre show. After enquiring where our mail course was twice, the food arrived at 19.05 and we had 15 mins to eat it before having to head to our show. Not a pleasant experience. We had to head back down to the restaurant afterwards to have our desserts and were able to stay for the performances.
Fab find after googling nearest restaurant to Phoenix theatre - didn’t disappoint - as you advertise on the menu best chicken Kiev ever - it certainly was - great pre theatre menu - nice choices and excellent value for London - we will be back.
We had an amazing night, a perfect Sunday evening and could not recommend this place enough. A true gem and will most definitely be visiting again.
Lovely place to chill and eat - Emily who served us went out of her way to help us. Love this place
We had a great evening
The food is excellent and the service was friendly and good. It's an excellent place for a pre theatre meal.
Fantastic place lovely ambience, acts were very professional, great party atmospheric staff were really friendly can't wait to visit again
The Phoenix Arts Club is the best place for a fun night out in London. The food is delicious and well presented; the entertainment and music never fail to meet expectations.
Great place. Totally recommend!
Fabulous - great food, great service and great prices...all convenient for the West End theatres.
Your staff are so lovely which is why we didn't really mind all the issues, it took us a while to get an order taken, our mains took an hour but when they did come, they were dry chicken Kiev, because I've eaten with you guys before, I explained this to the staff and upon examining the food, they replaced without question. Understandable it took longer to get the second lot out. The blonde Scottish waitress was really lovely and explained you had a lot of nice new staff hence the running issues. She hadn't realised the issues with the meal but comped us our sweet potato fries and a drink. I love your chicken Kievs! Entertainment was superb and made the night. I'm a top Google reviewer so will leave you a review there as well Thanks
We had an excellent evening. The staff were warm and welcoming. The menu was as expected limited however the food was of good quality. The entertainment was brilliant, really made the visit special. Would definitely return and have already recommended it to others.
Such a great night. 44 of us came for my birthday celebrations. Staff were extremely accommodating. Food was tasty, entertainment hilarious!
Had a pre-theatre meal here which was excellent. Totally recommend especially if seeing a show at the Phoenix Theatre! Good food, good service and good value.
I love this place for a pre theatre dinner and drink. Good atmosphere and delicious food. Always have to start with soup as I know it will be wonderful. Great value for money and service with a smile.
Another fantastic night at the Phoenix, best yet. Gingzilla was unbelievably talented, and her hanging from the Chandelier will live with me forever. Unbelievable food, great staff and an unexpected After party - took 10 of my friends for my birthday they loved it! Can’t wait to come back - thank you
Best club in London!
A truly brilliant and memorable evening.
Food portions were small especially the pork belly. We found the over head coloured light bulbs a little off putting whilst eating, we couldn't see what we were eating and the lighting gave the food a strange colour which we thought was a little tacky. Maybe keep the fun glitzy lighting for the bar / show area.
We didn’t enjoy the show at all. Not funny. Food is ok but they had run out literally everything we wanted... from order to desert which was rather annoying. Two positive points though: the waitress was nice and friendly and offered us our wine bottle in compensation and the music after the show was just great!!!
