About The Pavilion Cafe
A place of calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our chefs have a wealth of experience in the world of food, some
have perfected the handcraft of bread making in the Italian hills of Genoa, while others have come to us with a knowledge of everything from fermenting to foraging, and a deep understanding of nourishment and nutrition. Their creativity and imagination to improve old recipes and develop new exciting seasonal menus, is reflective of modern Irish cuisine. Each of them share a passion for
real food made with the finest seasonal ingredients.
Respecting the Slow Food philosophy of Good, Clean and Fair, The
Pavilion Cafe focuses on using the finest seasonal produce, quality
wholesome ingredients, complimented with fresh statement salads.
Along with the daily savoury offering, are an array of hearty
homemade cakes and pastries, ready to crumble to the touch of a
