Families and children are incredibly welcome.
Freshly ground coffee and delicious, freshly prepared afternoon teas are served daily.
Friendly staff, and a good menu with some unusual choices. Excellent range. Have already rebooked. Sadly, due to covid regs we had to eat outside on the windiest and coldest of days so looking forward to exploring the rest of the complex and eating inside. Can't speak to highly of the staff.
Lovely food and lovely setting. Thought the prices were reasonable and would certainly visit again.
Staff are all clearly working so hard to make everyone comfortable and make the experience enjoyable, even in the chilly conditions! Well done to you all, we shall definitely be returning
Great booking and service
We were excited to visit as we have recently bought a static at Heacham South Beach and we chose this area because of Heacham Golf Course (hubby loves his golf). We aren’t fans of outdoor dining even on a hot day, but the marquee felt enclosed enough to make us comfortable and we were offered a heater which we were very grateful for. The food was good and the service was very friendly although we had to ask twice for several things - steak knife/bread that accompanied one of the meals. We are very very excited to return once the indoor dining becomes an option and hope to be frequent visitors :)
The Pavilion are very well set up to be COVID secure. The staff were very attentive and the food was excellent
This was the first time we have been out since some restrictions were lifted and it was a fantastic evening. The service was exceptional and catered to all our needs. Blankets were provided when it started to get a bit nippy under the marquee, an overhead heater was positioned over our table and the food was beautiful. We had the pavilion platter and nachos which were delicious and a naughty pudding afterwards. Highly recommend and Heacham Manor have ticked all the boxes in terms of being able to deliver a dining service under the current situation. Felt safe and full covid precautions in place. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for the pavilion to be fully opened. Thank you to the team.
The service was a little slow, although staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream but it was served with key lime ice cream.
Excellent food and staff
We were a table of 5, tapas was good but hunters chicken was very dry and didn’t have any cheese on! The mussel chowder was ok but the bread bun wasn’t great didn’t have a great smell, burger was good, fish and chips were ok! Desserts and cheese were good.
Lovely waiting staff but seemed too busy to concentrate on the guests! Dips not provided for 2 x platters, we had to ask for them. I asked for crispy bacon on my house burger but chef managed to cremate the bacon & cheese Had to ask twice for tap water on the table Asked for dessert menu twice which we got from 2 different servers ...but no one came to take our order, instead we asked for the bill 😩 We only moved to Heacham late last year and were so looking forward to visiting, but sadly so disappointed. Perhaps it was an evening when you were short on staff. Best regards
A wonderful evening spent at the Pavilion for a birthday treat. The beautiful sunset complimented the ambiance. The food was presented well and was full of flavour. Well done to the staff for being very attentive throughout the evening.
Excellent service, very attentive staff. The food was good as always. Very impressed with the new building the Pavillion - very Covid safe. Look forward to returning soon
The food was absolutely amazing. Lovely friendly staff who were happy to help and very attentive. Will definitely be visiting again!
Loved visiting the new pavilion at the manor, I brought my 94 year old patient for lunch and neither of us could fault it. Kacie was phenomenal and nothing was too much trouble, food was as always really good and fair pricing.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully presented and good quality food. Would recommend and will be revisiting soon.
Totally blown away. - thank you! Visited on Saturday, the marquee was packed! We were served by a great guy, not too sure if he was the manager ? Clifford? Food took a little longer than I would have liked, but this was communicated to us and to be honest was expected, given the number of guests in there dining. The food was well worth the wait and the burger was sensational. We will definitely be back and this place will be our first choice when we are in the area. The only thing that tainted our experience was a golf club member (assuming he was a member as he had a branded sweater vest on). The team were clearly under pressure but doing an amazing job, but he kept going round trying to get other promote to complain about their delays, certainly wasn’t needed and shame on you if you are reading this. Some great food and wonderful staff, thank you. Keep smiling, it will get easier !! See you soon
Needed heaters in the marquee
First weekend open after Lockdown and there were definitely teething problems. Great that we could book in advance, but some staff seemed to be struggling with what their roles were and we waited to be served when staff were standing around. Some seemed to be table clearing, some were taking drinks orders, some food orders and some serving. Very confusing for the customer. Our order was incomplete but by the time someone had resolved it, my daughter had virtually finished her meal and the rest of the table had finished their meals. The cost of her meal was removed from the bill, which was a nice touch. The food was nice and the sticky toffee pudding was delicious. We were so looking forward to our first meal out and so were disappointed. I'm sure things will improve once they have been opened a few weeks. Some of the staff seemed to be more experienced and knew what they were doing. Quite difficult to review the atmosphere as we were in a marquee/tent due to Covid rules.
Our first visit and first time out from lockdown. The food was very good - the service let it down a bit but you have to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were operaiting in a new space with different table numbers etc. Everyone was very friendly. We will be going back.
Friendly staff but no organisation since reopened post lockdown. Service took ages! Over half an hour for first drinks. Marquee for lockdown is average but nice to look over golf course. Food was nice.
We enjoyed a great meal in the Pavilion marquee, which was also extremely good value. The staff we met were fantastic, as was the service. The only minor point (and obviously out of the establishments control) was that there was only one other table eating at 6pm, which seemed a shame as the other establishments we had eaten at on the previous few evenings (around 6pm as well) had been absolutely packed. Anyhow, top marks for the food and service, and every success for the forthcoming months.
