About The Moorings at Myton
Canalside gastropub specialising in home-cooked Anglo-French food. Real ales, fine wines & premium brand spirits served in a warm friendly atmosphere.
I am unable to comment as the reservation was not for me. I received a booking confirmation email. However I had not made a booking.
Great food as always , will always recommend and rebook anytime
Lovely Sunday lunch outside in the sun. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Portion for the trout starter was a touch stingy, but otherwise good. Not sure gnocchi and sea bass is the best combination, but the dish as a whole was fairly tasty. NB. I’m being super critical.
Lovely location, surprisingly close to the town, but in such a delightful setting. Now definitely on my list of places to go back to. thanks for a great lunch Only drawback is your feedback form does not work with all browsers...
Regular visitor to The Moorings, not cheap but you get what you pay for.
Very nice meal and excellent service
Food was delicious!
We booked a table for 5 people at 2:30 but waited 25 minutes until seated. When my wife complained to one of the staff he was not apologitic but instead he said he has offered a high quality service by asking me if we want to have a look at the menu while waiting!! His attitude was very rude and we were not happy with that. Apart from this, we liked the food
Really good evening out for wedding anniversary 2 hours flew by with Great service
Friendly, attentive staff. Very dog friendly. Varied menu. Only downside was that there was not sufficient roast beef left for all of our group that wanted it, but it had been presumably busy bank holiday Sunday. Overall I would recommend and return to visit again
Awful service with rude staff, slow food.
Beautiful food and great service
Enjoyable evening in nice surroundings. Staff were very attentive.
Quality and taste of food wonderful, as always
Staff were efficient and very helpful. Would definitely be going again.
Pleasant meal but service not as good as at the Stag at Offchurch. Rump steak could have been better.
I had organised my husband surprise 50th Birthday and it was amazing from the begining to the end. Food came out straightaway even though we had 23 guest all the food was hot and served with smiles. Everyone was complimentary in regards to the food and service we received. Even though we do not live in Leamington I would still continue to use and recommend to all my friends and family.
We went to the Moorings for Sunday lunch. Since we were a large group, I requested the side room on the second floor, which was laid out with a big table so there was plenty of room. The food was excellent - only one small incident with a mis-order of one of the main dishes (we'd submitted a pre-order but something must have gone awry). It was soon rectified though. Staff polite as always.
Very friendly staff, quick and efficient servicer and with the ability to pre-order our lunches we were able to enjoy our food without a long wait.
Consistently good food and drink, served by very friendly and helpful staff A great place to spend time relaxing
Great food and lovely service. Will be back.
Great service and excellent food, rump steak was amazing, beautifully cooked. Would return if ever in the area again.
Always good, fantastic staff and best Ribeye in Warwickshire. IPA on draught is excellent.
The Moorings is a great place to have lunch, with so many food options on offer, to suit any taste and your pocket! The Staff were attentive and courteous and we liked the fact that the tables are not too close together. Well done, we will be back.
