About The Mill at Worston
The Mill at Worston is a charming country pub and restaurant that's packed with history and surrounded by extensive picturesque gardens. Nestled in the heart of rural Staffordshire the building dates back to 1814.
On early arrival we were seated straight away having been given a choice of seating, the staff were super friendly and service was excellent, the food was perfect and great value for money, thank you and well done 👍👍👍
Fantastic brunch - well set up for the time we are living in - beautiful surroundings xx fab servicr
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful accommodating a move of table at the last minute. Service was quick. We felt extremely safe with their COVID-19 measures. Food was of the highest standard. Overall we highly recommend a visit
Lovely meal in pleasant and safe enviromeny
Thank you for a wonderful evening..food superb and possibly the most efficient, professional and friendly restaurant team I’ve encountered in ages. Our waitress with her beautiful handmade mask was delightful... marvellous experience all round - thank you all.
Excellent and felt very safe 😊
Felt really relaxed and comfortable. All staff followed covid rules and we all felt at ease
Excellent customer service, outstanding food and a relaxed atmosphere. All in all perfect!
We have been back here 3 times since the reopening. Always a friendly welcome and a relaxed atmosphere especially in the current situation we are in. Never had a bad meal, the food is always well prepared and a delight to eat. We will definitely return in the future.
A great way to break a long journey and avoid busy motorway services in Covid times. Excellent social distancing and prompt service.
Most of the food that my group ate was good but I ordered a Millers Burger which was over cold and the bun it was in was stale. Shame as everything else was lovely. Thanks
Lovely meal out with good service.
Very organised and felt safe eating out again
I booked a table and was really looking forward to visiting as we had never been before. The table wasn’t ready and about 4 members of staff spoke to us before we were seated. We were only given the Sunday menu and no other options and when our order was taken the waitress had a face on her. The food was not good at all, loads of dry veg in a different dish and I only ate it because I was that hungry. My husband had to get up to go and pay the bill as were waiting for ages. We won’t be back.
Really nice experience in these unsure times
Fabulous as always! Great to be able to visit again. Very well laid out & compliant in all ways.
Menu not that extensive, but food was good and the adherence to the Covid secure procedures was excellent. Felt very safe.
Needed music where we were sitting and despite a request, this never got turned on. Service excellent where food and drink concerned. Staff polite and friendly. Food wonderful apart from very dry and tasteless Yorkshire pudding- looked good but we’re nothing more than dried out thin tasteless blobs.
We had ordered 3 meals and only 2 came out, we were then told by staff that they had forgotten to put the 3rd meal through and had t wait for the meal to be done but would be done soon. One of the meals had arrived partially cold and By time we had got the 3rd meal one of the other meals had been practically finished. Very disappointing
We had been planning to come to the Mill for a while now and after finally making it there it exceeded all expectations. We would be definitely visiting again.
