Good service and great food!
Superb polished casual dining experience. Great service
Wonderful waiter Lovely staff - great service Food came quickly Lovely range on the menu Possibly could benefit from more vege options
We were served by Jordan whom we had not met before He was super Very smart, very attentive and very efficient.
My wife and I have been to Chewton Glen on many occasions over the years since we only live 25 minutes away and enjoy the atmosphere[here offered by the Hotel. However this was the first time we had visited The Kitchen and in spite of having to hurry our lunch due to my wife's appointment at the Spa we much enjoyed what the Restaurant had to offer, and indeed the young lady who waited on us was excellent in areas of service. Thank you!
It was our first visit to The Kitchen and the staff were very polite, helpful and informative. The food was delicious too. Thank you for making the whole evening very special.
Unfortunately we arrived late which meant that the last order for the food was deferred for 15 mins. Despite this we were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the occasion. Having a shuttle service to the kitchen and back to the main hotel was very convenient.
Lovely relaxed meal. Waitress was lovely and very helpful. Food was very nice maybe a bit too pricey but as a special occasion it was fine.
Very nice meal
as always the food was great and we had excellent service - our son would live on the pizzas!
Lovely atmosphere. Wonderful waiter. He was so helpful. Recommended food & drinks to us which we enjoyed! Thank you. Will be back
A good informal dining experience with great food, fresh and tasty. Service friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!
Very ordinary pub like food, had better for less money at a pub! Ran out of beer on opening. Staff were very capable & friendly.
First visit, 4 of us, really enjoyed the whole experience, great food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly experienced and knowledgeable staff without being intrusive.
First time visiting the Kitchen. Really enjoyed it. Food was lovely and staff were friendly. Will definitely return. The wine was great too.
We were given a warm welcome by the manager- he remembered us! The chefs are wonderful, please pass on our thanks. Everything wonderful and we are going to book for Christmas lunch! Thank you to everyone at The Kitchen.
Very nice lunch, lovely staff.
We had an early booking so no real atmosphere. Food was good. Real problems with card machine when we came to pay. 3 attempts to get this to work at table and then we had to go to the bar area. Eventually the machine worked, but only after our problems had been noticed by the other diners - quite embarrassing as some obviously thought that there was a problem with our card! Table service was excellent.
Gabor made us feel welcome and was knowledgeable about our drinks. And a delight to chat with. Laureen was happy and fun and knowledge about our food.
Great birthday lunch for me! Thanks Georg, chef Steve and all the staff. Amy
Lovely food, lovely place, lovely atmosphere and Agniezska was a fantastic host. Thank you
Staff friendly, food good. Would prefer option of deciding own tip rather than having service charge applied. One dessert arrived in a chipped dish which was disappointing at this venue.
The restaurant was busy when we turned up due to a member of staff calling in sick. We had to wait around 15 mins for our table but we were given a drink on the house as a result of the wait. Our waiter (Jordan) was very nice and personable and the manager went out of his way to apologise for the delay. All in the all food was good, the service was good as was the atmosphere. We'd definitely recommend visiting.
