We had a really beautiful meal at the Kinmel Arms on Friday, there was 6 of us and all had something different, everything was cooked to perfection and the desserts were fabulous, lovely friendly staff in beautiful surroundings, would highly recommend, will be going again soon, Thank you !
The pub is very nice, clean, well kept and in a lovely location. The staff are very pleasant and attentive, service with a smile. The food is very good quality and arrived hot and well presented. I would not hesitate recommending this restaurant to anybody. Please visit and enjoy the food and hospitality that the Kinmel Arms has to offer.
Pleasant venue for a satisfactory meal
Lovely meal, haven't been for many years - would definitely come again. The afternoon tea looked fabulous and my lamb rump was delicious. Coq au vin was a bit disappointing - not what you would expect.
We felt only 2 scallops for the starter at a price of I think 11 pounds 50 was excessive. Have never been served fewer than 3 before
The service was excellent. We did sit in the bar because we had the dog with us and so probably missed out on the nicer atmosphere but it is still lovely to be able to come out for an evening meal with the dog.
Great food and service just a shame it was so quiet. Will try an evening next time but will definitely return.
Great food and drink in a lovely location. Staff were very welcoming and the food was fantastic. We stayed overnight too, and breakfast also lived up to the high standards we came to expect after a lovely dinner.
Me, my wife and daughter booked a table on Wednesday. We visit wales each year, we had a family function here last September and ssid we would be back. We were impressed the 1st visit... even more so this time under new ownership had a refurb and now is even better than before, menu choices were excellent just too much to choose from so i had 2 starters a main and desserts as i couldnt decide. We will be back next year on our annual trip to wales. Thank you to all for making us feel welcome. We look forward to next time.
Sunday lunch was fine beer was good however the desert was poor Apple crumble was just a bowl of stewed apples very little topping not value for money.
Your waiting staff were outstanding. However there was a lengthy wait for food to appear and one meal was inedible, although a replacement was provided. We were put in a corridor to start with and when we asked to be moved this was done. There was a table set for 6 diners but we were given one that hadn't been set and were told the other was reserved. Then when eventually the people for the set table arrived, they removed the place settings and sat there for drinks and the quiz. They were obviously locals. We would not recommend this as a place for tourists to dine. We had a far better experience at the Denorbin Arms the night before.
Awesome food good beer great service I will definitely be back👍
Always a pleasure to dine at The Kinmel Arms. Staff welcoming, polite and efficient. Food tasty - will have to visit after 6pm to sample A la carte menu - something to look forward to
We were made very welcome by everyone and the food was excellent.
An absolute delight to visit the Kinmel Arms, from the wonderful, friendly welcome from Andy and his team, to the equally friendly "see you very soon" goodbyes after a delicious meal and quality wines. Gorgeous atmosphere and excellent service, where you're made to feel valued. Love it! We had a great family Sunday lunch in the conservatory restaurant this weekend, enjoyed by all. Looking forward to booking an afternoon tea in the bar area and taking our little pup with us for lots of fuss. And the August bank holiday entertainment is looking like great fun too. Fabulous!
First time for many years - very good all round - no complaints. Enjoyable experience.
Did Sunday lunch or the whole family as it was my birthday.Superb food, great atmosphere and friendly service. What more could you ask or a birthday treat. We will definately be coming back.
Excellent meal and service
very enjoyable meal staff were very good, had a lovely welcome on arrival.
Food and service was out of this world. Cannot praise this place enough
Enjoyed it all but get those Mussels to the table Hot! Invest in some tableware with lids....
Very good meal , we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing too pretentious ,just good portions of good food.
Excellent all round. An enjoyable evening with 10 friends.
Exceptional service, meals really tasty and lovely setting
Pre-ordering with manager ensured lunch for 10 Europa League football officials was on time without any problems. This is the 3rd year I've booked the Kinmel Arms for this event besides enjoying private meals too. Very accommodating. Easy to find and park. Relaxing & pleasant atmosphere. Roma Gray
