Very nice meals hopefully the atmosphere will improve as restrictions lift could do with more staff .
Slow service. We arrived at 6:30 and had bread then didnt get mains until 7:40. Was a bit disappointed cause we knew service ended at 8pm
Excellent lunch, had the Katsu chicken burger, followed by the chocolate brownie dessert 😋 only marked down to 4 stars as the coffee very disappointing at £2.80, don’t mind the cost if good!! Large cup of hot milk with a hint of coffee.. only downside to an otherwise great place to eat!!
We had a lovely meal, the food was of a very good standard. Our server was very friendly and professional. The 3 for atmosphere was only because we were sitting next to where the cutlery was being lifted in and out of a plastic container and this was a bit noisy. It would have been better if this had been in a non public facing area. Apart from that everything was great and we could see the covid rules were being adhered to. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, would certainly recommend the restaurant.
First class - very enjoyable experience
Food was amazing will definitely be back 👌🏼
A very warm and welcoming environment. We had a baby with us and sat out on the heated patio the temperature was more than comfortable. Food was great.
Service was extremely slow, we waited over as n hour for our mains then had to send one back as it was cold greasy and overdone and the other meal was very salty
Friendly service great value for money Happy staff that provide a fabulous dining experience
Great to be out and supporting a local business! Food is great and staff very friendly. Got the feeling that they hadn't managed the booking slots well as staff/kitchen were overstretched and as a result the table service was very slow which is not ideal when you have a hungry family. Problems with bill as had not been recorded properly. Will be back, but by then hopefully the problems will be ironed out.
The staff were lovely & super helpful, despite our turning up early. Food was good but the pod was a brilliant idea as we could enjoy a meal together without worrying about rain.
Was lovely to be back and enjoy a lovely meal as always!
1st time here. so was looking forward to this. didn't disappoint. service was too slow and thats my only complaint. i will be going back very soon. The staff were fantastic and the boss was totally understanding. keep up the good work.
So pleased to be out! Lovely meal great service. We’ll be back soon
Atmosphere in the igloo was lovely. Team were friendly and welcoming and food was amazing. Few small things that I think worth being noted. The table in igloo has slates and inbetween them are filled with bits food and dust. In one right next too the edge was quite a sharp nail and even though it’s down a groove my little girls finger still found it. Kids garlic bread was a hollow bit of solid baguette where as the garlic bread that came with mine was soft and gorgeous. I swapped her. Even with these small points we are still looking forward too coming back as we had a lovely family evening and food was gorgeous.
Excellent service. Very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing
The Juniperlea is an amazing venue, that's why we picked it for our first meal after lockdown and as usual, we were not disappointed. The service from entry to when we left was second to none. The surroundings helped with the relaxed atmosphere and this continued into the meal, where nothing was a problem to the staff. The food was superb and tasted amazing. The cost was very low. This was the last place we ate prior to lockdown and we are glad we made it our first. We will be back.
