About The Junction Eatery
A place to meet, have fun, drink great beer or exciting wine options. Fill yourself with food done right. Or relax and watch the world go by.
Always amazing service, lovely food, great atmosphere
Great meal and wonderful location. Didn't really know what was tucked away up the top
The service was really good and a nice setting with lovely views. The food and drink was average. It was also really cold in doors.
Massive portions , enjoyed entree and main, bit if an unusual layout for restaurant but overall great service and enjoyed experience
Suggestion - could be better lit and more welcoming form the street. Hard to see if it is open at night.
We were given the downstairs area since we had a group of 12 for two birthday celebrations this worked very well for us. The Staff on Saturday night were fantastic, good communicators and efficient Food portions were generous and was delicious. Definitely going back!
Great location, food and service ☺
Lovely staff and food so nice to have a decent restaurant in highbury .. the only thing was could really see the view
Divine scotch fillet, daughter gave thumbs up to beer battered fish. Brilliant location, fab service. Will be back soon.
A first class experience.Attentive staff and good food. Most enjoyable!!!!
We ordered a cheesecake for my daughters birthday. It was delicious and was beautifully presented. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you.
Really enjoyed having dinner here, highly recommend the chicken breast. The service was superb although the food took quite some to come out although it didn’t bother us much. Restaurant is rather small but nicely intimate with beautiful night time views. Would definitely go back again
Meals were stunning, we all really enjoyed them. Not the most child friendly place but would be perfect for a date night.
Very helpful and easdy to book a table
3rd, maybe 4th?? time we have been to the junction. It is our favourite place for lunch/brunch. Even though we are spoilt for choice in Ellerslie, we have no issues travelling to Birkenhead for breakky. Food is amazeballz. Coffee is great (not been there late enough for alcohol although 2 of our party had a cheeky breakfast expresso martinis...) and service is great too. Awesome views and heaters/blankies available if sitting outside overlooking Rangitoto.
Thank you for being so accommodating in allowing my son to have a different entree.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food fabulous. Will definitely go again.
love the food, big portions, will definitely go again
We got great service and the food was delicious.
The food was tasty and definitely value for money.
Great brunch had by all! Great service
Great friendly service and delicious cocktails. Amazing views. Small meal portions. Nice food but nothing spectacular.
Waiting over 1hr15 for food. Acknowledging it wad Mothers Day though. Food was good, coffee was mediocre but it was obvious the staff were under pressure but they were friendly and did what they could to accommodate. Will go back when it is not so busy.
Absolutely terrible service! Waited half hour for drinks, waited an hour for meals. When the meals finally arrived we only got 3 meals out of 4. When my friend asked about his missing steak he was informed by the waitress that she never heard him order it, even though we all heard her ask him how he wanted it cooked? This was just one error, the rest being wrong wine order, wrong sides and then at the end they overcharged us for the meal.
