About The Italian Club Fish
Following the successful launch of our sister venture, The Italian Club, further down Bold Street, we are delighted to bring you Liverpool's The Italian Club Fish
The Italian Club Fish is our take on fish, a marriage between British and Italian styles, heavily influenced by our Scottish - Italian background.
As a Fish Cafe, many of our ingredients are subject to availability. We will always endeavour to bring you a like for like product! All our dishes are prepared from fresh, so it may take a little longer, but will be worth the wait.
The basis of our cooking, is extra virgin oil, freshly prepared vegetables and fish stocks, that render our dishes light and healthy.
Maurizio Pellegrini & Rosaria Crolla
First they took a long time to get our drink order, then they were wrong in our starters. When they cleaned the table it took almost an hour to come our mains corses which were only 3 small plates of pasta and two plates of regular pasta! They deducted from the account a starter who had forgotten to aim. We will definitely not go back
Picked from internet. The whole experience met all our expectations. Food was well prepared and presented and service was excellent with nothing rushed. Nice relaxing atmosphere and background music. We had three courses all were same high standard. Book with confidence. We will return.
We got the sharing platter and it was amazing!
Had the fish platter with a bottle of wine. The food was amazing and the wine they suggested was good too. Staff were excellent and the food was out quicker than expected
Great food, great service
Lovely meal and atmosphere.
My wife and I had an excellent sea food dinner last night before the Philharmonic concert. Food, wine & service were excellent.
Great food and service. I will be back there.
We had a table of three set up ready prior to our arrvial, mentioned we're interested in the sharing platter. Had a lovely waiter serving us has good banter, cracked open our crab claws for us as we couldn't do it.
Great place to eat before a show at the Philharmonic
The seafood platter is great!
Value for money! A great and enjoyable experience for the first try! The sea food is fresh and delicious I love it !
Great service - sang happy birthday
Food was amazing. We both ate as slow as possible as to savour it. Service was brilliant but a little too good as not more than 3 minutes passed between starter and mains. That aside I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
We had a fabulous meal here whilst in holiday in Liverpool. The food is some of the best seafood I’ve ever had (particularly recommend the langoustines) and the service is fab. Can be slightly on the pricey side but well worth it. Cannot praise this restaurant enough!
Excellent meal and service
The staff were excellent and so friendly. They took really good care of our large family group. Food was delicious and they catered for even our fussy egg intolerant child with no issues at all.
Had a fantastic meal, food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Liverpool. Very friendly staff too.
Wonderful restaurant. I can feel my cares fading away as I cross the threshold. Great staff, excellent food, coffee to die for. I might move in.
Fantastic meal with very attentive service ..... brilliant night with friends. Food was excellent and value for money too. We will definitely visit again!
Would like to come back to try the oysters. Great food!
Food was amazing but a little pricey
Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food was well presented and tasty. The staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend a visit. We shall certainly return.
Food was amazing but I wouldn’t come back here only because of the staff they were awful I never mind tipping but 10% service charge for bad service no way! change the staff or take the service charge off!
It was a simple request, and actually initiated by our waiter. Yes, we would like something else with our main course. Some mayonnaise. I’m not a fan of tartar sauce. We heard someone shout “two mayonnaise’s”. We waited for a few minutes. Food now cooling down. No mayonnaise. We ate. Still no mayonnaise. We finished our main course. Mayonnaise didn’t arrive. Pity really, because the food was good. But service appalling. Most restaurants (often sickenly) ask is everything okay. Sometimes I don’t know why they bother, they don’t really mean it. On this occasion, it would have been useful. Maybe we would have got a little pot (or even two) of mayonnaise, before we’d eaten everything. Would we return? Yes. But the staff need to show a lot more attention to detail. I hate to think what it would be like if the restaurant was really busy.
