I really appreciated the gluten free items you provided in addition to the buffet for my daughter and I. Your attention to this made all the difference and gave us a very enjoyable experience. Thank you so much.
We were in an ideal setting for a quiet conversation. We will be back
I have sent you an e-mail earlier this morning, stating how pleased I was, particularly with the outstandingly professional service that the three of us enjoyed at our table, from DAVID. I sent this e-mail BEFORE receiving this, from the Glen Erin Inn. I shall most definitely return, in the future, Just make sure that David takes care of the table I'll be sitting, at. I mean what I'm stating, here! No David and I shall walk, out; of this your management may be absolutely, sure.
1 I like outdoors even in winter and a real outdoor fire pit would be nice. 2 I appreciated the help with parking. 3 the food variety was pretty good, but could move forward with fusion food or more modern food ideas and flavors e.g. yogurt parfaits 4 wine is very good
very enjoyable Sunday dinner, lovely waiter, didn't feel rushed, very relaxing
Lovely and attentive service for our annual Staff Christmas Party and Baby Shower for a Staff member. Delightful Brunch Buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold entrees. It was a Perfect Sunday to formally open the festive CHRISTMAS season 2018
I hate getting emails from places for people that aren't me and can't unsubscribe.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time, the decor was pleasant and food superb! I look forward to visiting again on another special occasion!
From the moment you park your car, you know you’ve found a hidden gem. Then you walk through the front door and get the feeling of history, warmth, ambiance and class all wrapped together. The staff are friendly, courteous and make sure your time there is memorable. The food is never a disappointment and beautifully presented. Every time I take someone new to the Glenerin Inn, the comments are always the same “How did you ever find this place & and we have to come back”. I was just there on Friday with friends and we are already looking forward to it next visit to Glenerin
Reception staff very accommodating. Able to switch rooms in order to accommodate my Mom's mobility issues. I had booked the accessibility room but was never told it was not in the main building. Switched to main building to Room 104. Then Mom was across hallway from public bathroom with a handicap cubicle. Our room was nice but dusty. The mirror and wood tables were dusty. The vent had chunks of dust. The catering from evening event was good. We had breakfast and great food. The waiter was very pleasant.
On Mystic Events would like indicate Tarot Cards over Astrology.

We have all dined in establishments all around the world and locally throughout all of Mississauga and Toronto and David was hands down the best server we’ve all ever experienced. He was patient yet attentive and quick all the same time. He made our dining experience a 10/10!!
great service from staff
We were pleasantly surprised to be placed in a private room as this was a very special family occasion (90thbbirthday celebration). We had not requested it but it worked out perfectly. Considering there was a wedding in the main dining room, our server was excellent - we never felt neglected.
Always amazing food. top notch quality for good value.
It was very cold when we arrived. The window was open where our table was, and it was only about 12 degrees outside. The service was good, and the setting beautiful, but the atmosphere was lacking. There was no quiet music, so we had to play our own. Overall an ok value for what we paid.
Attended Thanksgiving Dinner at The Glenerin Inn & Spa and this was our first visit. Was very impressed with the attentive customer service, atmosphere and quality of food. The whole experience was enriching. Staff are very well trained and on point. Will likely visit again at Christmas and other holidays.
The appetizer and salad were delicious but the entree was not up to the standard that we expected. The turkey was okay but the vegetables of carrots and parsnips were over-cooked and dry and 3 or 4 tiny little round potatoes were dry and tasteless. With gravy offered, we expected mashed potatoes. For the cost, this was not up to the standard that it should be so we were not pleased.
The staff was very polite, but seemed too busy to look after those of us i the small dining room, as they were also looking after a wedding party in an adjacent room. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I took my mother to enjoy a nice Thanksgiving dinner. We both chose the prime rib entree. They both arrived as requested , my mother's well done, and mine medium rare. However, both prime ribs were as tough as shoe leather. When we told the waitress, she said, "Oh, I'm very sorry. I'll tell the chef." That was it. Nothing more. My mother ordered a decaf coffee after dinner. We waited 15 minutes, and asked about it's arrival twice. It never showed up, so we paid the bill, which arrived with a 17% tip already included, and left. I have been to The Glenerin Inn twice before, for Christmas Day Buffet Brunches, that were quite nice. This experience however, was a huge disappointment due to the poor quality of the food, and that fact that staff seemed unwilling to do anything about it.
It was beautiful
2nd visit and it was a different group and they thoroughly everything about it
